I have done business with this dealership and bought millions of dollars worth of parts over the years. But according to current management, because I sell a few parts to other shops( just like all dealers and wholesale distributors) this branch now considers me a competitor and refuses to do business with me. The GM and parts manager even went as far as kicking my new employee out of the store and said he was banned, and when asked why, he said because he s trash and a liar among other things. I Never imagined a corporate store of that size would be so petty. Very poor behavior, very unprofessional, and very disappointing.

Had to come in for DEF issue. They were pretty busy so had to wait about a day for them to get to my truck. All in all had a good experience. Very friendly and professional. Chris the mechanic is awesome!

I had a seal replaced on a Truck.Got there 7am left at 3pm.I must say I was happy long wait but I guess work was difficult but overall staff kept me updated.The drivers lounge had Wi-Fi.There are places walking distance to eat and truck stop around the corner has at least 15 parking spaces to park.If you have a trailer they have a drop yard on the opposite side of repair shop.Hope this helps other drivers.

This is a place where you get treated as a human, you deal with Blair or Kay and that does it all; very nice professional and generous people here, I totally recommend it to anyone, everything I wanted I got it; except for the million dollars I ask for lolKeep it up girls keep it up and may our dear God always Blass you

The sorriest shop I ever been to. They don t have a sense of urgency about anything. I arrived between 8:30-9:00am and sat till about 3pm before they even touched my truck only for them to wait till close to 6pm to tell me that they wouldn t be able to finish till the following day. There was also another guy there waiting since 8:30am for a oil change he also didn t leave till closing time at 6pm. They never have answers they are always vague. Mechanics are slow and it seems like the only thing the employees are serious about is taking their lunch. Supervisor sits around and talks to them throughout the day instead of making sure the work is getting done. Honestly they don t deserve the one star but I had to give it in order to leave this review. On top of all this they have the nerve to have a sign saying leave a google review with your honest opinion as if they are confident in their work. I hope this is not the work that builds their confidence and makes them happy!!!

Good morning, and to whom it my concern, this is Jarrid Hicks, and I m sending this email in regards to unit number 23055, which should be unit number 23065 because it is my truck number not 23055.I brought truck into the peterbilt dealership on Tuesday due a massive fuel leak. I was told by the service department that there were other issues always. Which I m find with because the truck is under warranty by NTP/premium 2000. I received a email yesterday that my truck was waiting on a bay/tech. I m reaching out on this Thursday morning to see if my truck will be done today???I tried calling the service department this morning, but I was unable to get through.Please advise,Mr.hicksSent from my iPhone

Had to come in for a headlight issue on a new Pete after replacing the bulb a few times. There's construction in the lot so I had to drop my trailer next door. Got me in the next morning. While I waited they ordered BBQ for the employees and got more than they needed so offered me some. They didn't have to so it was nice...and who can say no to BBQ! Great staff. The kind of hospitality I would expect in Texas! Thank you!

Got there first thing that morning! Got checked in and then they started working on truck! Everyone there from service writers to mechanic to salesman and parts personal was nice friendly and helpful! Probably one of the better Peterbilts I ve been in!

Wish I could give 10 stars, These people are so polite, and my favorite thing is there professionalism. I came in knowing there were busy and they helped me fix some issues I had with my flatbed trailer.Richard said we will take care of you.Ms. Rachel is so sweet making me feel comfortable as I waited for work to get finished. I sincerely thank all off you for keeping us safe and on the road. Please don't hesitate to stop and ask of any questions you might have ,these folks go beyond to help. Will definitely be back!!!!

What a great experience. The counter staff in the Parts Dept. and Service Dept. we're most helpful. And as a long-hail trucker, my time is money. The service guys got me in and out quickly. And the cost was the most pleasant surprise. Less than half what I expected. Because the problem I went in for was difficult to diagnose, their fix was only partly successful. However, I would go back in a heartbeat.

Sat for more than 24 hours being told multiple times that we were next in line only to see others pulled in a head of us. One young lady was super friendly and tried to be helpful but another employee was flat out rude when my husband simply asked for an update. Employees could be seen smoking and milling about with little to no sense of urgency to help customers get back on the road.

This dealer is bad no communication they tell drivers one thing and do another. I brought my truck in because we was told they had the part in stock and could look at it the same day. 48 hours later they still don't know what's wrong

Rush Texarkana and Rush Waco are the only places, I do business with service dept. The best in Texas. Always great service and Hospitality, Highly recommend these places . Thanks for your great service

This place is a waste of time if you drive anything other than a Peterbilt or or Paccar engine. Wasted 8 hours and 2 hours the next morning only to be told they don t have the software or don t know what s going on with my International. International down the road was able to get me in and run a diagnostic determined it was a small rubber piece that had fallen of of the exhaust line. 1hr 45 min. Tops. The technician talk about your equipment not even caring if you can here them. Very unprofessional, will never again go to another Rush as this is the second time I ve had this experience.

I have a bus i was driving through here and got stranded. I told them in full detail what i had the issue narrowed down to and told them what kind of bus i have. They said they could take a look at it the next day and get it fixed. I called every day for an update on it, then 3 days later they told me they couldnt fix it and i had to have it looked at somewhere else. I asked why i wasnt told that in the first place and they shrugged. They couldnt even tell me what the issue was. Shouldve just been honest up front instead of wasting 3 days of my time.

The company truck has been there since Friday (3/25/22) waiting for a hose to be fixed with the promise of it being fixed by noon everyday since Tuesday. Today is Thursday (3/31/22) our fleet manager keeps getting hung up on and spoken to incredibly rudely.If you can avoid using Rush of Texarkana, you ll be much better off. -this has been happening multiple times within the past year

Called in Friday late to parts department, went there Saturday morning, Kevin waited on me, super nice, knowledgeable, in and out in no time. I do not usually rate good on dealerships, but these people have been great every time I come by. Thanks.

The lady at the service counter seriously needs some training on people skills. Shop cant seem to correct the issues my truck is having but for some unknown reason my company keeps sending me here. Drivers lounge is neat but not kept cool where the rest of the building is comfortable. Not impressed AT ALL!!

Great customer service and they get you in and out with whatever problem you may have as quick as possible. The best Peterbilt-Rush shop I've ever been to. I Highly recommend them to everyone.

Worst place I ve ever been far as a RUSH location! They need some color in the place if you know what I mean.... I take pride in my truck stays polished etc.. I took my tuck in for a hose, and it took 5.5 hours and 500 bucks. Then next day I m doing a pre trip and I m leaking coolant! The mechanic closed all my coolant valves which caused a backup in coolant lines and pressure has to go somewhere. So coolant coming from everywhere so I got it right myself. Then after leaving my bunk air stop working AND I have something that looks like someone threw something on my fuel tank went to wipe off and it won t! Had to scrape off with razor! I will tell all my friends not to come here.. an I will never again myself. Truckers work hard for our money and make HUGE sacrifices daily so putting up with this type of mess is unacceptable!

Very happy with the work,professionalism,and speed to fix my equipment.I am a OTR driver so time is definitely money..24hrs later and I am back on the road..Thanks again..I would be definitely recommending others to this location if in need..

Anyone one with semi troubles with in the area, the best place for any semi services would have to be Rush Truck Center in Nash, TX. My Tractor broke down on I30W near Texarkana. What happened is that I called roadside assistance and was unable to assist me and yet still charged me $450 late at night. I then had to tow my Semi to the nearest freightliner dealer and waited more than 6 hours for them to tell me what the issue that I have already stated initially when I have arrived and was yet charged $750. MY semi IS STILL OUT OF SERVICES through various attempts to solve my issue and lost $2200. Yesterday, I walked over to Rush Truck Center with a lovely lady at the front desk assisted me. I explained my tough situation I was in and they were gladly able to further assist me on getting my Semi up and running. They ordered the parts to be shipped overnight and by the following morning my Semi was up and running and I was fully satisfied with my service with them. I have been driving for a long time and have broken down in the middle of many highways throughout the country and I have would have to say the RUSH TRUCK CENTER in Nash, TX has to be the greatest yet outstanding help I have ever received. I will be following up with freightliner, roadside assistance, TA and many more to speak upon my issue but if you ever have any issue with your semi near the area of NASH, Texas head straight to RUSH TRUCK CENTER for amazing service.
