I put my car in the shop twice,l didn't even make it home before it stoped on me ,he fixed something that was not the problem and I never got my car repaired spent over 800.00.Still had to take it to the dealership, they even said theyessed my car up ,it was in worse shape then when I took it,maybe a suit is on the horizon.Do not take your car here. Use

The shop did a very speedy and excellent job fixing three dents on the body of my car. The cost was more than reasonable and turn around was very fast. They even offered me a ride home when I dropped off the car. I highly recommend them and will use them again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had a really great experience. I had a coolant leak and could not figure out where it was leaking from or why my truck was losing so much antifreeze. The mechanic located the water pump as a source of the problem and had my truck fixed within 2 days. Plus the pricing was really reasonable and because they worked on it the towing was free. They even came to my place and picked me up so that I could get my truck. By the way, the mechanic was completely friendly and helpful in every way.

They did a great job fixed my mustang got it back to the way it needed to be took a couple of days longer than they said and cost more than what I was quoted but very happy with the job they did

He told me I needed a new battery AND alternator. I do not know anything about cars, so I agreed on the hefty price of almost $700. Unbeknownst to the owner, my father is a mechanic who came out of town questioning him on taking advantage of me. My car has less than 40K miles, so it shouldn t need a new alternator. It is very unlikely that you will need a new alternator AND battery at the same time. I spoke with the owner over the phone and he was very rude and not polite while I was trying to be as nice as possible. In the end, got my car back and he made me pay for labor, which was not right. My father and I got a new battery at O Reilly and my car is working perfectly. It did not need a new alternator.Initially, my car wouldn t start in my apartment parking lot, my geico insurance covered a mechanic coming out to jumpstart the car. The owner was very rushful with the process and even questioned me wanting to just take my car to a Firestone. He told me just to take a it to Wright Automotive, so I did. It was just a bizarre situation. I was basically a young female and he saw money signs. More to the story, but too much detail! Although, he did let me use a courtesy car for the day, which was nice, but that doesn t take away from the fact he took full advantage of me. The courtesy car had an inspection sticker from January of 2020 and this was May of 2020

Honest work, honest prices.Wright automotive has repaired three of my vehicles and they've always got the job done quick and for a fair price, they'll even tow your car to the shop if it breaks down in the middle of town for free. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I have done business with wright Automotive since 2009. They are friendly and fast. I recently had my front CV axles and wheel bearings replaced. They were able to replace them in under one hour. This company has grisly been a blessing.Thanks!

Amazing people!! Tow truck got there in no time, quick diognosis, and they helped me find that my car was covered under warranty forgoing business to make sure I knew the best options. This will be the first and only place I go from now on.

My Durango was wrecked everyone l went to told me it wasn't worth fixing.Well,l called Me.Wright and he assured me that he could fix it as well as paint.l was well pleased with the repair and the communication .

This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with ANY business. It took him 3 different tries (and 3 different pumps) to work in my Yukon. He came up with crazy excuses. No southern hospitality here. He insults his customers and honestly, I felt as tho I had just dealt with a con.

They were really rude and unprofessional. They charged me over a thousand dollars to get my car repaired and when I picked it up it still had the SAME problem! I contacted managment and got no where! I took my vehicle to another shop who fixed it for $65.00...REALLY? WHAT A RIP OFF! If you're going to take someone's money, learn to fix a car.

Great service, Checked my vehicle and was able to have it fixed in the same day. Quote was accurate, no adding on charges I do not understand. Guarantees all work done to vehicle.

Over the last three years as I have moved here from Colorado I have been deal with being screwed by the car shop but this time I will say was a crazy even t I took my car in to get a belt fixed that I had replaced once and took it to get fixed at the shop after that I was told all it needed was a belt and that it would be 180 and I end up paying way over and he added more and my car did not ever drive smooth out the parking lot worse then when I took it in and I won't be back after how I was treated once I asked them to look at thier work an the belt they just put on snapped within a day I put my own on and was driving with no problem don't recommend and have many of other that agreeServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

I really appreciate this business my mom just died we were broke down in parking lot they sent a tow out for free and repaired the vehicle with parts for right about 100 dollar very honest and professional service would recommend my daughter or my wife

Would give this place a negative amount of stars if I could. The owner will take your money and make promises he can't keep. When he fails to repair your automobile he becomes highly disrespectful and refuses to refund your money.

I have taken 3 vehicles there and I was not satisfied with none of the work done. The owner blames the customer if there are issues after you drive away and does not guarantee their work.
