My car had started rattling & shaking at idol so bad months ago & it was very loud. I ignored it for a while & finally brought it here to get worked on. It ended up needing a tune up & new motor mounts. Now, after they did the work, I feel like I have a brand new car!!! I didn't even realize how bad it had gotten. Its so smooth and quiet now! I actually feel safe driving my car again thanks to the Wells Auto team! The results from before and after are like night and day. I can drink coffee now without my car shaking and splashing the coffee all over me! This place is the best! They definitely have some "thank you" donuts coming their way soon!!Services: Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

It really depends on which person does the actual work. Did not get the experienced person we requested. Work was passed off to a younger less experienced person & did not agree with that choice. Had to go back for adjustment since wasn't right first time. They were polite but we wish it had been who & what we asked for originally. When paying for repairs we like to feel like our concerns are important to the business. Otherwise the place was clean & looked well maintained.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto maintenance

As we stated in our first Google review of a business, which was a store in Dallas, our business does not do Google reviews. But in that case, the service was so outstanding and they had earned far more than a 5-star rating that we decided to give them a review.Now for Wells Automotive Service. We have been using their services for three or four years now, perhaps more, and they are outstanding in every way. Paul, Weston and their mechanics are as honest as the day is long. Their diagnostics and repair work are excellent, and they are very professional and dependable with their work in every way. They take great pride in their work. You can tell a lot about a business and the quality of their work just by looking at the condition of their shop and office. At this business, everything is in meticulous order. (And they don't leave greasy oily hand prints all over your vehicle like other shops do.) These services and more were completed over the last several of decades. They are dependable, and take all kinds of vehicle repairs. I currently have a Ford C-Max so I know they are great at Hybrid diagnostics and repairs, but in the past they have worked on my Chrysler's, Ford van, and several others. Paul and Weston trade at the business where I work. They both are very professional, and courteous. I took my Ram 3500 to them because there shop was very clean, and they themselves seem to care a lot about their appearance and how they conduct business. Had a brake problem with my truck, I myself am very picky about this truck and where I have work done to it. They diagnosed my problem, fixed what needed to be fixed and tested it two different days to make sure they had fixed the problem. Everything works great, and the price was more than fair. If you want professional work at a well maintained and well run shop this is the place you need to go. Thanks again Paul and Crew, you've earned my confidence.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been a customer of Wells Automotive for years. They have done exceptional work on all the vehicles we take there. The prices are reasonable and service is very professional. I made the mistake of taking my car someplace else once. Lesson learned. Highly Recommend! Very nice customer service,very reasonable prices&very quick to get your car repairs finished. First time using them today&they got my 2003 Impala running like a brand new car. Great work!

Making Nacogdoches our domicile has been rewarding. But one drawback is that there is no Lexus dealership nearby. Our older Lexus presented a problem. Relying on one of our trusted new neighbors we contacted Wells Automotive Service for help.Our experience was Five Star. Knowledgeable about the Lexus vehicles, professional and competent, along with immediate and clear explanation of the problem.In addition we had our vehicle returned to us the very next day after we authorized the work. Car repair is always an unexpected expense but Wells documented cost for parts and labor were reasonable.And Paul Wells is a nice guy.

I went into Wells Automotive this morning and talked to Paul about getting the mirror on my truck fixed after someone hit it yesterday driving down the road. We went inside to get an estimate and I asked for a printout of the estimate, and he said he wasn t going to waste his time with giving me that and gave me his business card for the other person to call him. He lost my business today, as well as in the future. I went to Renfro s Glass on north street and they were $50 cheaper than Wells Automotive and they gave me a printout of the estimate. Not sure how Paul made it to manager with the way he treats his customers.

I always take my car here, they are honest, not too pricey, and usually helpful. They work on most kinds of cars. You can drop your car off on days/times when they are closed, they have a key drop, but you have to call them once they open, they will not call you or do anything at all till you call them.

Sorry about the pervious rating. Had some technical difficulties. But I personally feel that the Wells Automotive Sevice is a very good service. They can be trusted and will treat you with the upmost respect.
