If I could give them zero stars , I would in a heart beat!! They had my car for 2 hours for a battery change , sent me a text message stating that it was ready. Got up there to pay & the rude a** cashier lady gave me a paper & said "oh! They couldn't fix it because of such & such!" All they had to do was call me!! But they didn't! They ended up having to boost me off & everything.I went straight to Auto Zone & they changed it in less than 10 minutes! I'll never deal with Walmart auto care again!! Yall are so full of it! Take your car to Auto Zone instead of wasting your time here!!

Just needed a simple patch (I have a warranty through Walmart) and got turned away. Employees instead aired up my tire and watched while we put the spare tire on instead of assisting us. I would give zero stars if I could. The manager was rude and unhelpful.

Told us 2 hours, been here 4 hours and counting. Waiting for tires, as the employee all stand around talking and taking smoke breaks together. Too bad I can t give 0 stars

I came in for a new battery for my van. From the moment I pulled up, the customer service was not great. I was asking about the warranty on the battery and the guys rudely interrupted me and said, "you got the paperwork?" Which I didn't and that's fine, but he was a bit rude.There was only one person ahead of me and that person was there for an oil change. As I watched the guys "work," they were mostly standing around talking. You know when you go to one of those quick oil change places and you see how fast they can move? This ain't that. These guys had no sense of urgency despite the six cars that were waiting. 40 MINUTES LATER, they still hadn't touched my vehicle. I asked the auto care manager how much longer. She went out and asked them how much longer and they said about 10 minutes. At that point, I asked if my keys were in the vehicle because I was going to leave. They were, but my car wouldn't start because, well, it needed a new battery. Two of the guys jumped my van and I went down to Advance Auto Parts. I paid about the same price, a better warranty, and i was done in 8 minutes.These guys need to figure out what customer service looks like. 2 stars because they gave me a jump.

Girl told me the tire wasn't repairable without even touching it or finding the hole.Oh and they don't have the same grade so I would need to purchase TWO new tires. Went to Herman's on south street, tire is reparable. Patched it. Eff Walmart.

Not happy with auto customer service. Today the max 78 battery (bought in 11/16) in my truck went nearly dead. The mechanic there was very courteous and helpful however he did test the battery and found it to have a bad cell. As far as I recalled, the warranty is 5 years but not sure of its replacement warranty. The bad battery was nearly close to 2 years old so with a new replacement battery, I should be entitled a free replacement or pay a pro-rated charge. Instead, I was charged for the full cost of a new battery along with a 5-year warranty. When I tried to explain to the best of my ability to the representative behind the sales counter, it appeared that she was not listening and when she replied to my questions, she talked so fast and unclear and it was frustrating that I did not want to continue. I went ahead and paid for the new battery as I had a schedule to keep after waiting for 2 hours for the truck to be finished. In conclusion, I feel that a pro-rated refund is due me and I'm warning other customers to please be careful with situations similar to mine. Thanks.

My experience with this location in particular was awful! I traveled to Nacogdoches from Dallas, TX. I went in to simply have a tire replaced and receive an oil change. A few hours later, my battery died. In addition to this, once my car reached a certain speed, my car would shake, my brake lights popped on and my speedometer stopped working. When I called management about the issue, they informed me that I needed a new battery. I bought a new battery and continued to have the same issue. I took my car to several mechanics, only to learn that when the crew at Walmart replaced my tire, they messed up a sensor as well. Once again, I called management demanding they fix the issue or a refund. I continued getting the run around from various "managers" and my issue was never resolved. I was out of unnecessary money and did not receive the customer service that I expected. I will never, ever, ever give them any business of mine. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I would not even recommend utilizing Walmart for your auto needs. It's unfortunate that this one location has put a bad taste in my mouth and ruined the opportunity for other locations to gain my business. I am still very disappointed. If I could give them a rating of negative 5 stars, I would. I only gave them 1 star because it is required to give them some type of rating.

If I could leave no stars I would. Drove into the tire service department wanting to purchase 2 tires cash and take with me without mounting since purchasing for a gift to my brother and there was no cars in bays no cars waiting not a customer anywhere and they told me no I could not go into side door and pay and get them because the bay would be blocked. I left and will be purchasing somewhere else

Yes they are cheap, but usually slow. I've had real good luck. I watch to make sure the work performed on my vehicle is done properly. At one point in time I was manager of Discount Tire and Brake, I also was an A. S. E. certified mechanic, so I know the proper procedures when comes to tires and such. I graduated Texas State Technical College With an Associates Degree in Automotive Technologies. I always purchase the road hazard warranty, it cost a little more, but it is well worth it. It has paid off for me, more than a few times!! Yes I hate Walmart but they are cheaper for me.

I'm glad they were open when I went in to get a plug for my tire but it took them over 2 hours and there was only three vehicles in the shop

The staff went above and beyond to help me when I was in need. A mechanic took time to walk out to the parking lot to help me with questions. The price was still low, but the quality of work was high.

A few months ago I would have rated this store a 4 or 5 star location, but lately they have apparently stopped restocking many of the products that are a staple of my home, they have 'rearranged' the aisles so that the products they do still carry are very difficult to find, the aisle signs are no longer accurate, and employees (when you can find one) are rarely able to help find anything. The stores parking lot tends to have all of the front most parking spots occupied by construction workers who seem to just. Wander aimlessly most of the time, even into the late night hours. There are few alternatives for shopping in nacogdoches, so I guess they deserve 1 star just for still being in business.

Took a half hour to get someone who knew how to look up the warranty. Then I Was told it would be an hour to replace the tire. Two hours later I was told they would not warranty it. By then it was to late to go anywhere else.

The crew was Wonderful here! We were heading back home to Missouri and we got a flat tire. We came here and they patched our tire up and we went out on our way! Thank you!

Never ever again will I come to Walmart for anything related to my car. Took an hour before they even started the oil change and I was THE ONLY CAR HERE. Just spend a few extra dollars and go anywhere else. Staff was disinterested and unhelpful.

The car center in Nacodoches Tx really messed up my left wiper blade arm and the workers did Not have a good attitude. My left windshield wiper still leaves a water streak on it .

Ima bump this raitng up a bit...yes, they take for ever to do anything, but it's a lot cheaper than other places and I haven't had any issues with them breaking anything or being rude

Went for an oil change and they stripped my oil plug on purpose after the attendant was rude to me and my wife. Had to buy a new vehicle shortly after needing a new engine
