Absolutely amazing customer service. My son had his window broken while away at school at SFA. Not only were they able to get the window replaced the next day, but offered to drop off and pick my son back up at campus to retrieve his vehicle. And also had the best price around! 5 stars and highly recomended

An elderly friend of mine needed her windshield replaced and the guys at Star Auto Glass were so nice from the first call I placed for a quote all the way to getting her in and out quickly with a brand new windshield. She said they were the nicest and best place she d been in awhile. Best place to get your windshield replaced in Lufkin Nacogdoches area hands down. No one had the glass in stock for my truck, but they ordered the glass and installed it the same day. And the price was very good. Keep them in mind next time you need glass work on any of your vehicles.

The guys at Star Auto Glass replaced 2 windshields for me this month. I have to say that this procedure has never been easier for me. They were efficient, professional and friendly. When the glass for my truck windshield came in scratched, they caught it early and re-ordered it. It postponed the work, but I wasn't inconvenienced at all. When it came in, they called, came to my shop and replaced it on-site. They handled the insurance claim, making the experience as pain-free as possible. Star Auto Glass is my go-to glass company from now on!

My wife recently bought a brand new 2023 Kia K5 GT Line and has been on cloud nine.....until an eighteen wheeler driver got in front of her, hit rock in the road, and it flew up and hither windshield at the top corner. This cracked it instantly and the crack grew as she drove home. We chose Star Auto Glass because of the many 5 star and positive reviews and they were right! Eliseo and his crew know their stuff! They did everything they could to help my wife and luckily he had the windshield for her car already in stock. After dealing with my insurance company, Eliseo got her in and got her taken care of. The windshield looks perfect and we drove the car in pouring rain today......absolutely zero leaks. When I arrived there to meet the wife, I was greeted with a smile from Eliseo and a handshake. Friendly service and the job was done perfectly! If we ever need any auto glass replaced in the future, we will be returning. Great job!

After Snovid 2021, my windshield cracked. Called them on Monday, made an appointment for Wednesday at 5. Showed up at 4:30, they were ready for me. Friendly, professional,and best price in town for my 2018 Sentra. Eliseo went above and beyond when he fixed my rear window. He showed me where to find the part I needed at the best price on Amazon, and when it came in, installed it in just 15 min, and I was ready to be on my way. Now for the above and beyond part: Eliseo noticed the plastic cap over my door lock was missing, and picked one up a junk yard for me and replaced it for no extra charge.

Eliseo from Star Auto Glass came tomy apartment and replaced my windshield.He was extremely fast and efficient, as well assuper friendly!!They have the best prices in town (believe me, I've looked)and they offer discounts for students with an SFA ID!I would greatly recommend this business!

My daughter got a chip in her windshield on her way back to SFA and she was did not want it to spread across her windshield before she could get back home next weekend. We called Eliseo at Star and he said he would take care of it. My daughter sent me a page after she left letting me know how nice and helpful they were and that made this mama happy! Needed my passenger side window replaced (it was shattered by tree branch). Only has to wait a day for the part to be ordered. Fast and friendly, good price. Would definitely recommend.
