Scott met us for an early morning appointment to diagnose our auto s problem and give us an estimate. Within an hour Scott had isolated the issues and had an estimate. His work was spot on and the repairs completed on time.

Came into town from San Antonio. Truck was good until I made it into Nacogdoches. Scott was the only shop to make time for me to inspect my vehicle. I thought the worse, engine about to go out, not able to get home. Scott inspected it, got it fixed, and did it quickly. GREAT MECHANIC, GREAT SHOP, AND GREATLY PRICED. Thank you Scott for helping the out of towner sir.

I have taken all my cars and trucks there for the past 5years or so. I am super pleased. Here are a couple of trucks he's worked on for me, also a 40 Ford, 02 Envoy and a 2017 Traverse. Always professional, always polite.

Scott was able to fix a fairly minor issue on my truck in several minutes and didnt charge me anything. The lock on my hood wasnt engaging, so he took a look at it, and after a couple minutes of work with some pliers, he had it fixed and didnt charge me anything. Great guy, company, and service. Thank you Scott!

We are very satisfied with Scott's Auto Service. They replaced our daughters starter while away at SFA. We handled all the details through the phone and email. Detailed reports were emailed and the turnaround time was less than 24 hours. Honest and reliable.

Just got off the phone with Scott at Scott s Auto Service . Daughter is a student at SFA. We had a unique problem with my her vehicle and Scott tried for 3 days to track down the issue but couldn t and it needed to go to the dealer. After 3 days of work, trying to track down the problem and even replacing some parts, including a fuel pump, HE DIDNT CHARGE ME A DIME! I ve never even heard of that. Not to mention he was a hell of a nice guy. He said I can t charge you if I didn t fix the vehicle . If I lived in Nacogdoches or surrounding area, I would take everything to Scott for repair! Wish his service were closer to me (Conroe)....

The owner was so rude. After he worked on my car the electric was all crossed. I would honk my horn and the radio would turn on. He said oh well sorry about your luck and he refused to fix the issue he caused. They won't be open much longer.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair
