My starter went out on me. I read reviews on this company and thought I'd give them a call. I was completely floored/satisfied with their prompt and attentiveness. Got my part, got to my truck, and got me back on the road in a timely fashion. I highly recommend giving them a try with your truck services. Also, Prices are Not Bad at all.

Samford & Sons LLC Heavt Truck Repair did and excellent job on repairing our old pickup. Needed transmission clutch which was hard to find for older vehicles like ours. He got it and had it fixed in no time.. Did and excellent job and we are forever grateful for him.. Very reasonable too. Quoted price and that was what we paid and highly satisfied.. Came here this morning to get my air conditioner checked out. A young man named Anthony took care of me. He was very thorough, and extremely polite. As were all the guys there! They went well above and beyond to take care of my AC I came in with. He explained exactly what he did (Anthony), and even put dye in my AC line for future preventive measures. I'm from Arizona, but if I ever have truck issues passing through this area, this will be my go-to place! Thanks guys!Oh and I can't forget to mention that the price was right! Good experience all the way around.! And to anyone leaving these guys bad reviews, I have but one thing to say to that... THEY'RE JUST DOUCHEBAGS! LOL

Called for a roadside assistance and Gilberto came out and got me out of derate. Only took a couple hours so was able to keep moving. Definitely recommend

Had a blowout on the steering axle and happened @ a bad location( shoulder of fwy overpass). NO PROBLEM!!! Called Samford and Miguel quoted me a fair pair for a New tire and came right out and NOTICED MY RIM WAS DAMAGE & ended up needing another rim, Miguel track one down for me within minutes Came back Bam,just like that Back Rolling!!! He and his crew is The Real Deal!!!Top notch ,friendly, professional people,Easy to do Business with. Glad I made the call!!!

They were very professional. Went out at night and diagnosed our truck and made sure our driver was taken care of and safe (placed extra triangles out for him).They came back the next morning when parts were available and repaired the truck.Their price was very fair and they were very professional to deal with.

This company was amazing. I was having a horrible day with finding QUALITY AND COST EFFICIENT maintenance until I found Samford & Sons and they were a literal God sent. They produced quality work and I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Wonderful guys much better then loves the guy that came out was 100% fast and accurate with fixing my big truck thier were a few problems he got fixed it and got me back going and he had to come over 40 miles to help me these guys are on par thanks to them I am able to get my load on time and safely highly recommend them

Great hard working guys, honest prices and quality work. I totally appreciate the fact they used all their resources to help accomplish the job. Miguel and his team is the most helpful and honest people that I have encountered. I lost my husband and not knowing a lot about the saltwater industry he was compassionate and gave me so much knowledge about my pump and trailer. I could go on and on but I'm so thankful for them. The rates he gives haven't been beat.

Horrible experience the owner is dishonest, they don t disclose prices, they delay services, then steal people commercial vehicles by charging storage fees , outrageous prices and rude service, they ll turn a bad situation into a nightmare

Good shop I had a bad air bag, I explained that I was waiting to pick up my next load and even at 4pm they said come on they had me fixed up and ready to go quickly I'll definitely use them agin.

Just want people to no what type of business this is had my truck in the shop for a month charges me 7400 dollars to fix my truck I don t live there so I had to fly my truck driver in becouse he said the truck was fixed so I paid him thousands of dollars my driver leaves with truck and it s running worse than it was when I dropped it off to him when I confronted him about the engine light still on and truck has no it s still not fixed he yelled and screamed at me and told me it was basically my foult and I need to bring it to another shop because he did all he could with it lol I m blowed away after a month in the shop and 7400 out the window so be very careful with the shop I would not recommend any one here to take your truck here they are scammers and take no loyalty in there business or costumers I can t believe he told me to take it to another shop after I paid him and lied when he said truck was done

Just gonna put it down right here, these fellas are amazing honest and quality work, told me 40 min eta and had me fixed in an hour, upfront pricing and very reasonable for coming to my rescue, my brakes were locked up due to a brake release valve malfunction and was leaking air, Highly recommend their service, they spoke perfect English and perfect Spanish .or I assume so because I don t speak Spanish, they made me believe they could .Lol!! My new go to place when I m in the area

These guys were quick & efficient with my emergency truck repair. They got me right in, got the part I needed and got me back on the road so that I was able to still deliver on time. I would definitely use them again if a need arises when in the area!

My transmission cooler line ruptured on the north side of Nacogdoches late one evening. One of the tow truck companies recommended we give Sanford & Sons a call. We called Sanford about 9 p.m., and Miguel showed up in less than 10 minutes. He quickly assessed the problem after checking on parts - even offering to get a custom hydraulic hose repair job done in a late night repair. We declined the extended night repair job - and were able to secure the parts we needed the next day.While we were waiting on parts, Miguel quickly stepped in to disassemble the parts - and then reassembled everything in very quick order. He was courteous, professional, and demonstrated a person that simply has a good heart. We highly recommend Miguel at Samford & Son.

My husband and I got bad gas on New Years Eve from KJ s and Miguel was able to save us with his roadside assistance within 20 minutes. He had a local tower help us off the busy highway. He was able to tow our truck and our uhaul with no problem. Miguel did everything he could to help us on this holiday weekend and we can t thank him enough. Wish we lived closer, we would use him for everything!!! Thank you again so much!!!

My radiator broke along the bottom right side just north of Naccodoches TX. TA express recommended Samford and Sons repair. They got it in and diagnosed first thing in the morning. Miguel went above and beyond locating a radiator for my W900 ! It took a couple business days but when he got it they were very quick about getting it in. Very clean installation. They are now my east Texas go to place for repairs! Thanks guys! Phil R
