Purchase a vehicle at this place. Never missed a payment, always paid extra. The vehicle purchased had to go into the shop at pinewoods motors because it was dying going down the hwy, oil leaking,etc. Got it back, same thing happened. Told Mr. M. He ignores this. Finally sent it back to him for doing the same thing. 3 certified mechanics said a broken wire in the wiring harness. Mr M. Has never called an tell whether the vehicle has been repaired. Meanwhile I'm an elderly disabled vetnam veteran that has no mode of transportation to get to an from the VA for treatment. Paying high notes. The way I was treated is a form of abuse of the elderly an disabled. No respect for my service of helping keep America free.

I have done business with, and purchased two vehicles from PMC/Pineywoods Auto. I had some issues on my second vehicle, but Pineywoods showed me 100% Customer satisfaction in the matter. I highly recommend Pineywoods to anyone, and will certainly do business with them again in the future.

Blaz was very helpful with getting me into a vehicle that I really like! Some of the other people there are a bit rough around the edges...All in all I was lucky enough to have dealt with Blaz and he made everything a smooth process.

This is a predatory CAR LOT! I got a car from them and I paid my note on time. My insurance was through a third-party payer. The payer canceled the insurance. Piney Woods did not notify me until I paid my car note and was 10 days behind on my insurance. They towed my car immediately after I paid the note. Bad business. Scammers! Do not get a vehicle from them! In addition, they told me "You should go to work and pay your bills on time. ". They towed my car from work! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

I ve never had an issue with the local office. They are always kind and understanding. They help you get into a car that fits you. I love our car from there. No major issues, more than enough space for the kids and the dog. The staff are so kind and sweet.

Blas and company were outstanding!! They surely are helpful in getting you into a vehicle that you are determined to get into. Never had to wait a moment and just the sheer professionalism of everything!! Would deal with again and recommend new customers anytime. Nice job guys!!

This car lot the Employees are very rude. I went today to see about buy a car. And just because I didn't know the year of the car they Assumed I was there to buy it for someone else. Am I not aloud to live in Hudson? This company need to Re evaluate their employees. Because they were very rude to me. The man I spoke to try saying I was there to buy the car for someone else. When I told I wasn't there to do that he told me he wasn't aloud to sell me the car. That alright neither of these car lots will ever get my business again. And if I was to buy a car for someone else I would have told you.

Pineywoods Motor Company is by far the friendliest, most professional, and helpful car retailer I have ever dealt with. This group has helped my family get into an affordable car at a very reasonable price with payments that work well within my budget. The quality of my car also matches the quality of service I have received. Not one issue with it. Interior was spotless, and mechanically it is sound. I will be returning to purchase a second vehicle from them in the very near future! Thank you Pineywoods Motor Co.!

My family bought 2 cars on the same day and not less than 2 months one of the cars for my 17 year old nephew having issues and they aren't trying to do anything to fix it. Mine have had some issues and the horrible short guy there who has no people skills tried to get and attitude and, also tried not to have my issue fixed about 3 weeks after i bought my car....my nephew needs the car to get back and forth to school and work but, PMC told the repair shop not to fix it, because it cost to much. They aren't even offering to provide him with another vehicle in replace of this one..He has been with out his car for almost a month but, I bet they still want their payment....it seems in my opinion they are in the business of selling lemons because, as i talk to people and ask around im hearing alot of horror stories about their business.. A complaint with the BBB and DMV will be filed, if no resolution is made. I really regret doing business with them and will NVR get anything else from there...this is just a warning to buy there at your own risk!!!

This really isn't my story to tell, so I'm going to copy & paste what my husband wrote: "So let me tell everyone a story. Myself and my son decided to look at trucks today. I have seen several at Pineywoods Motor Company and decided that this was a good place to go look. We pulled in at 1:52pm. We looked at several of the crew-cab trucks and one blue car that my son insisted looking at. This took all of 17 mins. we return to our car and get in to pull out. and they have locked us in....YES WE ARE LOCKED IN THE CAR LOT. okay... Look at the door to the business and low and behold they closed at 2pm... At 2:09pm i placed the first call to them trying to get a hold of someone to let us out. No Answer...Call again a few minutes later...NO Answer.... okay... Choice time...Break out? no probably not a good idea. so i call the Nacogdoches Police department. Who are very helpful and get into touch with someone and they come let me out... at this point i still believe this is funny. However, the lady who lets me out greets me with "YOU'RE LUCKY I'M STILL HERE!" okay the funny just wore off...Now they are being rude to me after locking me in...... Anyway. Long story short. I suggest anyone that is looking for a new Vehicle to try somewhere else. There they were all over priced, High mileage and older model. And to Pineywoods Motor Company. I have decided that i shall never look at another vehicle on your lot and I'm informing all my friends and family and couple of random strangers that I ran into after these events that your customer service is deplorable and your rude and inconsiderate. Have a wonderful day."They need to also update, online it says their hours are until 6 pm this day.

I will not be buying a car here again!! Multiple things wrong with the car. When asked to fix, oh dude got an attitude.. Leaks, fills with water.

I LO'VE THIS PLACE OFF THE LOOP BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT THE MAN THAT WORKS AT THE CAR LOT WHERE WE BOUGHT OUR NEW CAR IS A VERY GOOD AND A VERY HONEST PERSON !HE IS OUR PROPERTY MANAGER WHO HAS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL TO US!!!
