This dealership is charging $8999 above MSRP for "market availabilty" for a Palisade SEL with awd. This was a tactic employed by hyundai dealers during the pandemic due to availabilty. Hyundai sent a notice for dealers to STOP doing this as it is hurting the hyundai brand. Apparently these guys didn t get the memo. Worth the drive to go to Dallas-Fort Worth or Houston, most have stopped this. Just bought a 2024 Palisade limited awd for 52k. These guys want $63,0000. 432 available in those areas, $8999 is worth a 2.5 hour drive with a hotel and dinner at del friscos.

They made us wait all day. Not a single Apology. In fact, we went there to pick up the car. He said that they are going to check the car right away. Waited for 4 more hours . Then, hearing no that they are not going to fix our tire. Do not buy a car from them. They have a terrible afterservice.

I dropped my car off for a routine oil change and car wash and It was ready at time requested. I ALWAYS receive the best service from Perry Hyundai! Gordon and Julio are great assets to the company! You never can go wrong with Perry Hyundai!

This was by far the easiest car buying experience EVER! Mr. Tilley was an awesome sales rep....We corresponded mostly through texts, and I may have spoken to him on the phone for 5-10 minutes. My car was delivered from East Tx to Houston for free.....and all of the paperwork was laid out and took me maybe 2-5 minutes to sign. Again...I can't say enough of how easy this was! I have NEVER had it go quite this easy!

What a frustrating experience. They are unbelievably unprofessional. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody I know. Extremely disorganized. You go there and have a business with them. You will know what I said here. Once they sold a car to you, they do not care about you at all. Among hyundai dealerships, this place has only one technician. Salesperson is ok but after service is just awful. I will never buy a car from them ever again.

Kyle Noland, salesman, greets you with a smile is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He will work with you for the best deal. Go to Perry Hyundai and ask for Kyle.Also, you can t get a better in-house warranty!

I recently visited Perry Hyundai and was interested in seeing what could be done, if anything, on a new Hyundai Sonata. My consultant, Kyle was very friendly and offered me a test drive. I absolutely loved the car! Kyle answered all of my questions and was very helpful, even when I changed my mind on the color that I was interested in. Sadly, a deal could not be made, but this review and rating is not for that. It is because these guys tried all they could and genuinely made an effort to get me in the car, even though a deal could not be made this time. Everything was peaceful, professional and friendly, and I loved that......seeig as how many other dealerships acted like they didn't care if they helped me or not recently. I would recommend Perry Hyundai if you are interested in any new Hyundai vehicle! Even though we couldn't arrive to a deal this time, I know I will be back again later! Thanks for trying guys and keep up the good work.

Go see Justin and Muncie. They'll take good care of you. We had a pleasant experience and feel that we were treated with respect and dignity. We drove away with a fair deal. In this crazy market, that says something!To be clear, we did not have Hyundai on our list of vehicles to consider. But after test driving and researching, we got the superior vehicle in its class. Let's hope Perry and Hyundai continue to surprise us!

I was able to make an appointment online. I got a call back to confirm and added a couple other issues I was having with my Hyundai Tucson. I was able to drop it off after hours. They called me with an estimate and it was fixed before I returned from out of town. Everything was explained to me and I was never without my vehicle. I feel confident making my daily hour commute now.

Absolutely loved being able to purchase my first vehicle. I did a trade in, and signed a lot of papers. My salesman said he would mail the paperwork to me which, I wish I could have gotten copies the same day I signed. That was truly the only downfall.

For me, purchasing a new car was a good experience. Just don't expect any referral award if you send family or friends to them. It has been a year since I sent my son there to purchase a car and have NOT received the $100.00. I have communicated with the salesman and nothing.

I got some mail from Perry Hyundai that said they'd pay off my $3800 loan to get me into a NEW CAR!The sticky note was signed, "Chad."I called to ask how they knew I had a loan and even how much the balance was for. Luckily, Chad answered. When I asked about it, he started cutting me off to tell me they do it all the time.When I told him I didn't care what they did with other people's information, he hung up.I called back and spoke to his supervisor, Sean Bush. He said they do this with " "thousands" of people every day. I asked who made the decision to run my credit for this. He said, "a third party company." I asked who made the decision to hire this 3rd party company to investigate my finances without my approval. He said he and another guy did. And then he repeated that this is some thousands of times a day. I again responded that I don't care what they do with other people's information, but I want my name talking out of their system and that I never want any correspondence with his company again. He hung up on me.I haven't been in the market for a car in over 5yrs. So these people have had my personal data on file and have used it to do "soft" credit checks on me for that amount of time?Let me ask you, potential customer. Do you think this should be normal? And in our town of quiet country Nacogdoches, no less???I'll find out today if there's any legal route for me to take against these people. Even if our government is too corrupted to provide me a legal recourse, I feel people should know how these people are literally sitting on your finances without your knowing our approval.

Great place to buy your SUV, truck or car. Our salesman, Ben Curtis, was excellent and even went above and beyond to help me with our needs and came to our house and programmed our garage door and even put up with my wife coming up there a couple times so that could show her how to use do the car programming stuff. I'm definitely going to be buying another car from him, and I recommended my mom and my children and all our friends to go there. Heck you even get $100 referral fee for people that come in and say that you told him to come up there. Excellent place to buy a car. Excellency and beyond with our salesman. Ask for Ben Curtis. You will be incredibly glad you did!!

I hate to give this place 1star because at first I did have a great experience but I m highly disappointed in the car that I decided to buy. I didn t have my car not even for a year and all things are wrong with it. 1. Breaks needed change by my second oil change. Tires on yellow as well. Windshield pump no longer works. Rear door no longer opens automatically. I definitely understand all cars need maintenance but wow sooo dang soon? I went to a dealership to get a Good quality Car but it feels like I got a cash car with all the maintenance needed so soon. I trusted to go to a dealership for the quality I thought I d get. As a mother this felt like the most convenient thing. I was told they check all cars when received I second question this in my case.

Only giving this place 1 star because of the quality of car I have received. The employees and service could not be better. However, I was pretty much guaranteed a good car with the 100 point check system but have since had to take the car to the shop several times and even had it break down on me yesterday. Have yet to take it to the shop but whatever it is does not sound cheap and I feel like pretty soon I will have paid more on repairs than the car itself
