What I went in looking for O Reilly s doesn t carry but the associate did everything he could to help me find a place that carried the battery for my lawnmower. The place I originally bought the lawnmower from couldn t help at all they were clueless. But O Reilly did great. They help me locate a battery, so I was able to just go pick it up.

I have to give this store a big thank you. My daughter just started going to school at SFA and hadn't even been there a week when she got pulled over for her third taillight being out. And she had one of those sparkle license plate frames that may have covered an 1/8th of the word Texas on the plate. They didn't give her a ticket though. I live in Dallas so I couldn't just run down there to change her taillight out. I had her run by O'Reilly's and not only did they change out her taillight, they also took off the license plate frames!! So, thank you to the staff for taking care of her!!

Poor service... always put you on hold then they hang up on you ,,,and arrogant employees it was horrible please go to another parts store or another town ido not recommend this place avoid it like the plague

I love O Reilly Auto Parts period, and both stores here are great.I needed an assist with my AC, and these folks gave me some guidance that proved to be invaluable. It really meant a lot to me that they listened to my specific issue and get me back on the road again.

Thirsty dude at register chose to help a woman install her windshield wiper blades rather than check me out really quick.I left everything on the counter and went somewhere that will take my money.

O'Reilly's is a good place for auto parts they are quite busy alot so you need to have time to wait around even with 3 or 4 lines and the phones but they make it work an in my experience 8 outta 10 times I get right parts

The guys that work at the North Street store are so great!! I am absolutely NOT auto mechanics friendly but am always sent to the auto parts store and they always are so patient and funny and sweet when it comes to me and asking a million questions. They always go out of their way to make sure everyone has been helped quickly and that whatever someone needs they will be sure to get it for them!!

I took advantage of O'Reilly and their free service to read a check engine code on my vehicle. They were very glad to help and even researched the problem with detailed printout of codes and recommended fix. Would recommend this store to everyone..

I went in to purchase a jack for my jeep. Sales person politely offered to carry it out to my jeep. I told manager I was borrowing his employee for a minute. That was very sweet. Thank you O'Reilly for your kindness. Jack was reasonable price.

About some windshield wiper blades and I was struggling on getting them on and they come out and put them on for me I'll tell you these are the most respectful respectable people and helpful but I've seen in a long time

We get most of our Auto supplies at O'Reilly's. The only comment I have is regarding part catalogues for finding the correct windshield wiper or lamps for your specific vehicle. Retailers have gone to electronic listing with QR codes. Who asked for these infernal devices? A printed catalogue hanging from display or on the shelf worked just fine. The electronic system was not working at all. It reminds me of the electronic "mandatory options" that have been appearing on vehicles for a decade or more. They cost more, add unwanted complexity and will keep me driving a pre-2008 model truck for a personal vehicle. The electronic add-ons SUCK. Cash for clunkers destroyed some of the best vehicles made. Modern ones will never measure up.

Quick and expert service. The employee found my car battery right away which came with a 2-yr warranty. She recommended the wire brush and battery paste to ensure that the new battery had the best life. You can save $18.00 by recycling your old battery... So bring it!

We have a shop that buy parts from them quite often and will the manager is amazing and a very good man the first call side for business is terrible. Parts rarely get delivered on time. Parts get charged and never sent out. Parts are wrong. Lately it has been nonstop issues with first call started using university oriellys and they said that many people had the same issue. So I would recommend university oriellys.

This place, no matter what town, is extremely helpful ..I'm appreciative for staff assistance..From light bulbs,Diagnosis tools..To gas caps, staff is extremely helpful and never complain about me asking a question..

Yesterday morning i dropped off a dead battery to be checked out. Asst mgr said that they would charge and test it and would call me. I hadnt heard from them by late afternoon so i called them. I was lucky and got lindsey/ lindsay. She put me on hold to check status. Came back and advised that the battery was bad and went to confirm that she had a replacement in stock. She told me that it would be on the counter waiting for me when i came. I showed up and the battery was there, with a printed receipt. She even wiped the battery off and advised that she tested it to make sure it was good.I couldnt have gotten better service than i did with her anywhere and left there happy and feeling very good about oreillys.This was the second bad battery though, that i had bought there in six months so im hoping that this one will hold up.

The workers recognized I was having a bad night as my radiator had burst and helped me out as best as they could, and it ended up getting the car home.
