Had my truck estimate and fixed over a week ahead of schedule. Great job and also called me to approve replacing a bad part with no additional labor charges to ensure my vehicle would be dependable. Lady in office very friendly and gentleman doing repairs very professional. Also they provide warranty for their work which gives you peace of mind of a quality shop.

Greetings, you know what? I don't usually give reviews but I must say these people were very honest and could have taken me for a lot of money. Honestly, I thought something was wrong with my transmission but they checked it out and said everything was fine and sent me on my way. I don't remember if I had to pay anything but it would have just been for a checkup and change of oil. The thing is, they really could have taken me for a lot of money but they were honest.

This business and the people that own it are absolutely amazing! They stayed open past their business hours twice to accommodate me and got my truck back to me before time promised plus the pricing was great as well. Highly recommend them to anyone! The lady that works behind the counter couldn't be sweeter and more friendly.

Excellent work and fair price. I have had two major repairs done here on different cars and they did great and it wasn't too pricey. But the thing I like is that my last transmission issue was a simple fix--and he could have just charged me the high price and I would have never known it. This was years ago. Recently my child in Nacogdoches had transmission issues. I said take it to Nacogodoches Transmission, find out it was simply out of fluid. I was very relieved and was prepared to pay four figures--it's like I found money. Very honest. Great people!

I'm not a mechanic, but my mechanic friend said my transmission was out on my 2011 malibu. Well, I checked all the people that I knew that worked on transmissions and these people had the best reviews as any. When I met them, I see why. THESE GUYS ARE PROFESSIONALS. Everybody in the shop is very courteous. The told me my transmission wasn't bad, an axial was out. I'm sure many repair shops would have sold me a transmission, but these guys acted like they were glad that I didn't have to spend that kind of money. Thank god there are still a few honest people that own shops.

Very Honest PeopleI recently had a chirping that sounded like a bad throw out bearing on my mustang. I took it to Nacogdoches transmission expecting to pay big bucks for the repair. James said he would take a look at in. After inspection the noise was coming from the pilot bearing not having grease on it. James said that it wont hurt the car at all, and it is fine to drive. He recommended to just to live with the soft noise rather than pay to have the whole transmission lowered. Most places would have had the customer pay the expensive labor and probably more.I have also had my clutch and reverse gear replaced at Nacogdoches transmission. I have yet to be in a mustang with a better shifting experience than mine after I let Nacogdoches Transmission take care of it. New GTs, Cobras, GT500s all haven't felt as good. The price was also very, very reasonable.If you want quality, honest service, go to Nacogdoches Transmission!

I live in CDA Idaho but my Daughter lives in Nacogdoches. Last year these folks rebuilt her transmission and did GREAT work. This year she thought that the trans was leaking so she dropped it off for their inspection. It turned out not to be a transmission leak but a small oil leak instead. My point is I called them and they were just as professional and nice as they were last year EVEN THOUGH they could not do the repair. It is VERY HARD to find such a great shop like these guys that STILL practice the old fashioned way of putting honest service above all else.

These guys are PROS. Saved me from spending hundreds elsewhere. Best transmission shop in the lufkin Nacogdoches area. These guys stand by their work and get the problem fixed right the first time.

Got it scanned and had one problem, they scanned it and told me it had many problems. Took the truck to Jones Auto on South St and got it properly fixed there, great people. Careful here folks.

Brought car to get looked at on a Friday (03/17/17) business is closed when the business hours online say its open and its not a major holiday. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
