My favorite dealership/ repair shop to come to. My family has been coming here since 1968. My dad worked here as a mechanic.I buy my vehicle here every time.Knowledgeable, courteous, timely. Helps you above and beyond. Thank you for all your kindness. It is like family. Sort of like visiting my dad.

I did not purchase my Jeep here, but I use their service department when needed. If you are in need of assistance when your Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler product this is a good place to go.Make sure to get there before 07:30 and ask for Tony or Troy.

Unless you have a 850 credit score or 10k to put down, you mean nothing to these people . I had to call everytime to get a awnser. They never called me back not one time to let me know how the application was going.

Would have given a zero if I could. This is a good reminder to all consumers to check the reviews first. I dropped off my truck at 730 this morning like I was directed. Called SIX hours later to get a status and was informed that they would not be able to look at it today. When I stated that it had been there six hours he said "I've had cars here six days". Read the other MANY terrible reviews. This service department is garbage.

I've had issues with this shop for a while.My first instance when I took a vehicle in for fluids and tire rotation since the front tires had wear and the rears still had a lot of tread. Front tires are supposed to be moved back and rear tires crossed and moved forward. I got the vehicle back with the front tires still work and rear tires with lots of tread.Second issue was most recent when I brought in a vehicle for vibration and AC blowing hot. They replaced a rim and filled my AC with R134a.I still had a vibration at higher speeds so I returned. They balanced all tires and kicked it back. Vibration is still there, and now the AC is hot again. I was told they could not find a leak. The invoice does not mention use or charge of due and I suspect they just filled it, charged me and kicked it back.I'm not sure of the incompetence a dealership should have in diagnosing a failed AC system. Part of it feels like they don't want to tear into the dash to replace an evaporator. Just tell me next time so I don't waste my time. I use my vehicle for work and getting a rental is almost impossible and very time consuming.I've brought this up to my fleet network and they have flagged the shop.

I came from Austin just to get a great deal on a used 2017 SUV!The experience was fast and painless. I decided I didn't want to get another car in a big city and deal with land sharks and finance manager b.s. ! I went there to purchase a vehicle with cash/credit combo (only because it was Saturday and DCU didn't have enough cash on hand) and was told they "prefer customers who finance". The car was way worse looking than the pictures they posted online and they didn't want to budge on the price. They even wanted to change extra to put it on my a part of my full cash car purchase on my credit card (which was not an issue when I bought my wife's brand new Honda in Tyler). The salesman did not even try to solve the problems and even put extra problems in the way of my purchase

After three months of looking for an affordable vehicle and a dealership that would not take advantage of a first-time female buyer, this dealership went above and beyond for me. Riley Perry and Nathan were the most I spoke to and never once did they make me feel like a burden by my questions. There was also an incident to where I had to get a new spare donut due to the one that came with the vehicle did not originally go with it, they repaired the spare and paid for my towing. 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone. Thankful, Thankful, Thankful!

Service manager Tony what a lifesaver. I m out of town working at a local hospital unable to repair my truck because it s still under warranty I already have a suspicion of what the problem is the starter because I ve had problems before. Customer service was above and beyond. The most professional service I ve had in a long time so helpful they even gave me a ride 10 miles out of town to the RV resort where I was staying. Above and beyond! I really appreciate this business I recommend this business to each and every person. he understood my situation that I didn t have a vehicle and enterprise rental car was unable to help me and my time of need. So he worked hard to try to get my vehicle to the top of the line. Man I appreciate this help God bless thank you!!!!!

I took my car in for an oil change and it s making a weird sound. My grandparents bought all of their cars from here as I was growing up, so I had high expectations for exceptional service. I guess exceptional service is from days of the past because I was charged $42 for them to drive my car to hear the sound and misdiagnose it completely. My oil WAS NOT CHANGED because they couldn t get my hood open I was literally at their service department where they are suppose to repair cars and they couldn t get my hood to open (my husband had it open in 5 seconds when I got home). So I basically paid for them to drive my car into a bay, waste 1.5 hours of my Saturday only to leave with no oil change and a Missed diagnosis. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to take anything here

Darius in the parts department helped us out with a part that was on national back order and nobody else had it. I ordered it yesterday and got it over nighties to florida and received it today before noon!! The service was amazing and friendly. Thank you for helping us out!!

Oil change, filter change in the service department seems simple right? Guess not... they had no problem charging me, that's for sure. Thing is I went to another (my regular before I moved) dealership in Houston 3 days later when in town for work. I just didn't feel good after leaving Mike Perry as the technician I spoke with was just shady sounding, and their quote for other repairs seemed ridiculous.Well... turns out they never actually changed my oil and my filter was damaged. The quote Mike Perry gave me was more than $1200 over what I got at my regular dealership service department. I will be turning the report over to the BBB. Do not bring your vehicle here, they are a straight scam and could have caused real damage to my vehicle the way they damaged my oil filter.

The recent repare shop lost my lug key. I was unable to drive to have them change it. This was due to it not being a slow flat. I offered to buy the key however none were in stock. As he came out, he also brought spare lugs to replace the key lugs on the spot. While he was at it he even changed the tire to the spare for us. I say if you guys are not already a customer then you should really consider it. Cars or parts and service! Thanks Evan

Do not do business with their Service Department. They are not there to determine what is wrong with your truck especially if you had brought it anywhere else first or if it s over 8 years old. I had to get my vehicle towed from them and over to another Repair Shop after waiting close to a week and a half of it not being touched at all. Alex was dismissive, and expressed zero empathy throughout. I believed this was the proper place to take my Dodge Ram to be serviced because of advanced diagnostic tools available to dealers and dealer service departments, but I was told I was wrong. It turned out to be a defective water pump taking down all my other parts interconnected on the serpentine belt. Truck works fine now. Thanks for nothing guys, you should be ashamed to be called a Dealer Service Department.

My review gets 2 stars because Troy the service advisor was great to work with. I brought my vehicle in to get a recall done. My problem however, is with the techs who worked on my truck.From where I was sitting in the waiting room I could hear a truck being revved and tires squealing on the shop floor. I could tell by how it sounded, that it was my truck.I checked my dashcam and sure enough, they were popping the throttle, revving the hell out of my diesel while it wasn't up to temp, and squealing my expensive 37's on the shop floor. For anyone denying, I can provide said videos. There's always 3 sides to a story...On top of that, you can hear them looking through and commenting on what I had in the compartments in the back seat area.They also pondered the idea of taking it out for a "ride".Very unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable.

My clutch went out. I live a hundred miles away. A friend recommended I take it to Troy. They got me fixed up in no time and even fixed my cruise control (which hasn't worked in 7 years). Great work, fair price, speedy turnaround.

Overall we enjoyed our experience. Great staff. Even though we knew what car we wanted and had a pre-approved financial application through their company, it still took 4 hours of sitting around, which I don't understand. Love the car so far!

Just a warning. Don't take your free oil change and tire rotation card in. They do what they can charge you for and find an excuse not to do the otherHad my oil changed then they came in the waiting room and told me it would be an hour before they could rotate my tires. I had another appointment so I had to leave at that time. I wrote a negative report and received a email offering to come pick my vehicle up and rotate and balance my tires at no cost. I thought that was great but never received any more emails concerning this.Very disappointed

Was promptly met and assisted ! Have been acquainted with this type of service from them the first time over 40 years ago. The car was available and in pristine condition. The offer was well below what other dealers were offering and all the xtras well within range. Far beyond average service. So pleasing to know they are still practicing such quality products and service after all these years. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about this particular dealership and their high level of service. Henry in the service department was extremely helpful, fixed items that were out of warranty and he did not need to fix. We received excellent service from them and were shocked at their honesty and their kindness. They even cleaned our car and vacuumed it out for us. They arranged a rental vehicle for us from Enterprise at no cost. If they sold milk and bread I would buy it from them! Anytime we need a vehicle serviced or looking for a new vehicle we will be sure to go to this location. I truly could not be more pleased!We were extremely disappointed by the dealership that we purchased the vehicle from an Austin Texas. Mike Perry Motors has completely changed our mind about buying another Chrysler or Dodge vehicle.I'm so grateful that we made the choice to have the vehicle taken in to Nacogdoches, when we have a dealer a few miles from our home. We heard very negative things about the dealer in Lufkin.I was shocked that they arranged to have the vehicle towed at their cost on a flat top carrier to prevent any damage to your vehicle at no cost to us.They are Awesome! Who knew there were still Honest car dealers?

Worked with Ran Perry on buying a new Jeep Cherokee as a first vehicle purchase. He couldn t have been more helpful in providing information, guidance, and insight into the buying process and about the vehicle itself. The whole dealership staff demonstrated courtesy and professionalism during my time there while also personally engaging and taking an interest in the people they were around. They were accommodating in discussing various financing options and worked to find the one that fit me best and they also did it quickly and directly, being sensitive to a time conflict I had immediately after making the purchase. All in all, this is an excellent place to do business and I m looking forward to future positive interactions with the team at Mike Perry!

As a current repeat Mike Perry Motor Company customer, I recently purchased a new Dodge 1500 and couldn t be happier with my purchase! Ran Perry was amazing in assisting me with my purchase.
