This location always has something exciting going on! I popped in today and in addition to the awesome bikes on the lot and in the showroom, there were food trucks, live music, plenty of smiling faces and a rocking tattoo station!!! Definitely ask for Zach and he will assist you in getting what you re looking for at a reasonable price!

Regan is an outstanding sales associate! She went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations! I really appreciated her sales technique! She is easy going friendly and walks you through it all without feeling rushed and pushed. Her honesty and professionalism is a breath of fresh air! We went for the Easter Egg event and it was SO AMAZING. They had eggs just EVERYWHERE and they employee's were helping younger kids find eggs. They had complementary cupcakes and cookies and juice for the kids and even offered beer to those over 21 designated with an orange wristband. I can't WAIT to go to their next event. Thank yall so much for hosting such a great time for kids and parents!

I just recently purchased a 2018 Road Glide.all the staff were amazing. I want to thanks Steve(in sales) and Craig for making it happen. Awesome service on my Gus (2020 Heritage) and excellent customer service. They let me know my business is appreciated and help keep me safe on the road. I depend on them to notice things on Gus that I don t. Always a great experience.

As a first time Harley buyer, and a 51-year-old, single woman (as well as fairly new rider), I was worried that my sales experience would be like buying a car; pushy, uncomfortable, and take all day. It wasn t!Jake, Kylee, Jaden, Billy, Robyn and Zack were the best! They all listened closely, answered a hundred questions, made realistic suggestions or provided solutions to my every concern and tried their best to supply everything I wanted or might need.Robyn s foresight to call and get my deposit (he knew I WANTED that bike!) to hold the bike for me was thoughtful and appreciated. Jake s personality, positive energy, and knowledge, as well as ability to listen and remember details, just added to Zack s initial call to explain the HD financing possibilities.It was impressive teamwork!The team s cheerful efficiency and overall positivity when I arrived was welcoming and infectious. If it weren t for these first three men and their encouraging interactions, I wouldn t have my Harley now.The finance manager was THE BEST I have ever worked with in my 34 years of buying / financing experiences. (I feel terrible that I can t remember his name but he still made an incredibly positive impact!)He went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the deal, got me the best discounts possible, and even thanked me for my military service. He explained absolutely everything and I felt satisfied and relieved that he had taken such care.Since the sale, Jake and I continue to communicate. I love my Harley and I couldn t be more impressed with the Lumberjack Harley team! Excellent customer service! Their attention to detail and professionalism were spot on but their personal interaction and care for what I wanted made me feel part of the HD family, where I plan to firmly and happily stay.

Lumberjack H-D seems to be a nice dealership. The people are real friendly and knowledgeable. I got the Grand Tour of the place today. A lot of dealerships need to take note on being personable. I can tell you're not gonna get that in Houston.

When our motorcycle wouldn t start, Lumberjack Harley not only answered the phone at 5:00 but offered to pick up the bike from nearly 100 miles away. Wonderful folks!

I just had my bike upgraded and dyno-tuned by Lumberjack HD. I am very happy with the results. My bike runs great! Billy and Chris took great care of me! Great dealership operated by great people! I would have given 10 starts, but Google limits me to 5!

I'm from Ohio and stopped in and was hot tired dirty wasn't even on my scooter was in a semi wrecker . Folks I can tell you the crew at Lumberjack Harley Davidson treated me like a rock star , went out of there way to make me feel that I was the most important person that walked in the door. Can't wait to get back to Texas to see the people at Lumberjack Harley.

The entire staff at Lumberjack Harley are top notch! I always feel genuinely welcome and appreciated. I have purchased different bikes from Lumberjack and have never been unhappy with how I was treated. Billy, service writer, is my go to guy for service and parts. Chrs, technician, takes excellent care of my bike. Motorclothes staff is always very helpful and knowledgable. I could choose any dealer, but choose to go here.

Bought my first bike ever at Lumberjack Harley-Davidson! Zach was my Salesmen and did an outstanding job not only showing me, but explaining the entire bike to me. He has gone above and beyond to ensure the entire process was smooth and easy. The entire staff is friendly and not really knowing anything about the bikes, they made me feel comfortable with all my questions. I will definitely will be a repeat customer! I spent almost 60K with at this dealership in 2 years and after the sale was closed on my second bike they treated me horribly. Wouldn't return calls, wanted to charge me labor to remove parts from a trade in that was previously ok, was given inaccurate information about the boom audio on the street glide, and out right lied to. I left messages for the manager to call me, never bothered, came in and he wouldn't come out of office.Before this I thought this was the best dealership around, I drove 2 hours one way to do business with them, never again.Love my bike, very disappointed with the dealerships.

I'm very disappointed with lumberjack harley davidson. Brought my dyna in for fork seals. 700 dollars later got bike back seals still leek. Did not put my chrome fork caps back on and still haven't got them back. They keep blowing me off, Every time I call. I will never bring my bike back there.

Salesman was good, the pre check was not. Check your rear wheel bolts for loctite. Haven t even had it a month.

Gotta love a Harley store for a welcoming stop on a 1500-Mike road trip! They even made a fresh pot of coffee for us in the middle of the afternoon. Cold water as well, nice friendly people

Amazing place, the staff is just awesome. An honest mistake with a tire for my 2018 FLHXS lead to this service department showing just how dedicated they are to what they do; everyone from the service manager (Mark) who set everything up, to the porter (Nick) who picked up my bike, to the tech (CC) who did the work and delivered my bike in the end went out bbn if their way to make sure I was taken care of. I can't recommend this place enough.
