Great service! They were on the site within 30 mins, picked up six of us and set us up to a reliable mechanic in town to fix the van on the same day to get us back on the road.

They showed up about an hour after I called when my car broke down. Very professional and able to get loaded and got the car to the repair shop quickly. I will definitely call again if I need a tow truck.

Joey came to the rescue today when our SFA student got a flat tire. He was prompt, super helpful, and all at a reasonable price. 10/10!

Friendly, prompt and extremely helpful. Joey even towed my fifth wheel to a local campground for $100 less than his competitors. I wish I were local in the case I ever needed a towing service again. Thank you all!!

When you receive a panicked call from your 19 year old college student who has broken down on the side of the road at almost midnight on a Friday night and you are 2.5 hours away...these are the folks to call. They came out, assessed the situation, called us back to let us know exactly what was going on then took the truck back to their secure lot until we could schedule repairs on Monday. It's a relief to know that there are companies like this that we can trust with our child and his vehicle. Definitely recommend Joey Ross Towing for any towing needs in and around Nacogdoches! Thank you so much for setting this momma's heart at ease and taking care of our son!!

I had vehicle issues on the roadway and had to call Joey Ross Towing. He came promptly and towed me to my destination smoothly. He charged a fair price to do this so I'd definitely use his service for future needs and highly recommend this business.

Called to try and get a rate for a tow, the man on the phone was extremely rude even though I was nothing but polite to him, like he was done for the night and didn't want anything to do(even though they claim to be 24 hrs), called back to confirm I wanted the tow and got hung up on. Took my business to R&M. They answered immediately and were extremely polite and quick to get to me. And their rate ended up being cheaper. So if you're looking for ugly mannered people with over priced towing, go Joey Ross. Otherwise take your business somewhere that it's wanted.

You could not have a more friendly atmosphere or helpful staff then when dealing with any of the staff at Joey Ross Towing. They are dedicated to the job and in assisting the customers.

Very discourteous driver. Caused fender damage and refused to reimburse the cost of repainting and re-popping the fender.
