Took care of the issue in a timely manner. When another issue came up (not caused by them), they went out of their way to make sure it got fixed quickly. I trust that they were honest with their work and prices. Will definitely be going back next time!!!

I really can not say enough about the honesty and goodness of the owner and his wife. They went above and beyond to help us with my daughter's vehicle and the charge was minimal. It's hard to believe there are good people like this that run an honest business. Sincerely grateful and they have our business

My daughter s a student at SFA and her car engine overheated on TH night. J&W was awesome about trying to get her in ASAP. Dropped the car off over the weekend, talked to them at 8:30 AM Monday morning and by 8:50 AM they were calling to let me know the car had been looked at and is ready to be picked up She had a loose hose so they tightened it, tested it, and it s good to go at no charge!!!! We re so appreciative It s tough being 3 hrs away in these situations but they just made things so much easier for us!!!!!! We ll be J&W customers as long as my girl is in Nac!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is a wonderful mechanic shop and we have used them for all of our vehicles! The entire staff is super kind and helpful. Whatever the problem is they will listen to you completely and when they repair will explain what they will do thoroughly.They are extremely knowledgeable and will not steer you the wrong way. I definitely recommend them for any car issues.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you are looking for an auto repair shop with good, honest people look no further because this is the place to go! They went above and beyond to research my issue to find out it was a vehicle recall. It's just unfortunate for us that we don't live in Nacogdoches. I will say they are nice people, but I would not use this company again to fix my car. My car is worse than it was before I dropped it off to them. I picked my car up from their shop on a Thursday ,and one day later I got my car towed back to their shop because I couldn t drive it. They left many things underneath the hood of my car unhooked and didn t fix some things. I had to show them all the things they did not fix and left unhooked on my car. Very disappointed.

I just had the best experience with J&W! They were able to fit me in with very short notice, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they were not out to "find" unnecessary "fixes". As a female with very little knowledge of vehicles, I was worried I would get treated unfairly, but the staff was super respectful. The only minor negative is that parking is tight. I definitely plan on going back for future auto issues.

J&W is the best mechanic shop in Nacogdoches. My daughter had an issue with her alternator and John fixed it the next day. I can honestly say to the online community that THIS is the Absolute BEST place in the Nacogdoches area to have ANY mechanical problem with your vehicle addressed. You will not be disappointed. The staff is I impeccable and professional. They will do you right.

I have been taking my car to get fixed here for years and the service is great John is the only mechanic I trust to work on my car. the parts all have lifetime warranty on them. only down sides are the parking lot i wish it had more space to get in and out of and the price be prepared to spend and arm and an leg to have something fixed. other than that if you are in Nacogdoches and can afford it i reccomend taking your vehicle here to get fixed all the staff are friendly and know what they are doing.

Highly recommend! I took my car to a different mechanic to do a simple flush and recharge. Mechanic came back and told me that I would need to replace my whole A/C system and flush it for $1,500! That was insane to me considering my fianc� had already replaced my compressor, dryer, and orifice tube. I called J&W, spoke to John, and he told me to drop my car off and he ll look at it but he did not think I needed to do everything the previous mechanic had said. I went to pick my car up today and was told all I need is a new condenser and a vacuum. He was genuine, a pleasure to speak with, and didn t charge me for diagnosing the problem with my car. We are going to replace the condenser ourselves and then take it back and have J&W do a vacuum. He was quick, honest, and isn t out for your money! If you re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, call J&W!!

Absolutely great experience with J&W in Nacogdoches. I was having some issues with my 2003 Chevy S10, and they fixed it up in just 2 days. They even picked me up and dropped me off back home, great customer service, and I didn't get anything for my truck that didn't need to be done. Good people, good service.

The last 3 or 4 times that I've had any issues at all with any of my vehicles, I've brought them here. When I had a transmission problem they told me who was an *honest* transmission mechanic & the problem was solved for an incredibly low cost. Every problem that I've had has been resolved to satisfaction and sometimes, far, far beyond. I really, really doubt that there is any other mechanic in this town that can compete with these guys in terms of value & I for one do not plan to try to find out, I've found my answer.

Awesome honest folks!! We were passing through on the way to Houston and the AC went out in our truck. They got us right in and got in fixed in under an hour! Rates are reasonable too!! I would highly recommend them!

If I could give them zero stars, I would! Took my car there because it was overheating and they said they changed the water pump and the thermostat and it was "fixed" after that. Picked my car up a few days later and drove across town to Nacogdoches Medical Center where it started overheating and smoke started blowing out of the exhaust pipe. I popped the hood and the radiator reservoir was bone dry. Called J&W's and told them, they then sent a mechanic out to look at it and he stated that they forgot to put antifreeze in my car! J&W's said they were sending a tow truck out. The tow truck got there and J&W's then called them off and they said they would tow it themselves. Later the next day they towed it and called and said the head gasket was busted and they had tried putting Blue Devil in it, which didn't work. They then told me it would be $1,200 to fix THEIR MISTAKE! They denied culpability and stated it was my fault for driving it overheating. So I had my car towed to my house and it is sitting in the driveway. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY AGAIN!!

This is the only shop in Nacogdoches, that as a single female I can go in and get an honest quote and quality work on my car. They are good people aren't out to screw anyone over, male or female, they tell you and you can ask to see EXACTLY what's wrong, and if you feel like you can do it or someone will do it better, go tf for it, but J&W and my dad are really the only people allowed to work on my car. It's 19 years old and there's a reason it's still going just fine.

After we started having car trouble on our way into Nacogdoches, we decided to go to J & W Auto Repair to get the problem checked out.A mechanic was quick to check our car and diagnose the issue. They immediately pulled the van around to fix the problem.Although the office is small, Chante was quick to get you a chair, make you comfortable, and chat while you wait. The repair service took an hour or so and the car runs great!They are located close to a Jalape�o Tree, so if you want to grab a meal while your car is being fixed, it's an easy walk.Thank you, J & W for such great customer service!

The company was quick and efficient in the repairs, with a good warranty on parts and services. They were a little more expensive than the standard auto repair but was happy with their work.
