I spoke with Jared over the phone and he was incredibly helpful in solving my issue. He really took the time to help me and even though I m no longer living in nac I definitely wanted to come and share how positive my experience was. This is my second or third time coming here & they are very time efficient , kind, and always going over board to make sure there isn t any other issues in reference to my car. I was concerned about an oil leak but I was overthinking as there were no oil leaks confirmed. I really appreciate the efforts of this team I always leave with a smile on my face :)

I received the BEST customer service yesterday on South Street in Nacogdoches Texas! Jarod and Richard, thank y'all so much for your patience and attentiveness. I was so agitated with the location in Lufkin on Frank Street. People need to put their cell phones up and focus on what is in front of them.

The employees were very obviously not happy about their new assistant manager , told me he d already screwed up several times this morning can someone tell me what s wrong with this damn thing I had to request a sticker for my windshield. No one asked me what kind of oil I wanted in the car. They chose to use the expensive oil. One employee had absolutely no customer service persona. I asked several times if they knew what they were doing?? They were very obviously NOT getting along with each other. One employee was complaining to me about the mistakes the new manager had made this morning and it was only 9:30am. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I will not return the $100 was not well spent.

I asked to have my tires aired up and they didn't. I asked to have my air filter changed and they said it didn't need it, but mu truck computer keeps saying low tire pressure and have filter changed.

I went in for an inspection today. Thanks to Jared and his two assistants who were very polite and promptly. I was in and out within ten minutes or less, and still was able to get to the courthouse on time to get my sticker. Grease Monkey on the south side of town is the place to choose for your auto/ inspection needs. Great job guys!
