Car was overheating. I was panicking. Brittney answered all my questions. She made multiple recommendations. She allowed me to sit in the bay for a while, so the engine could cool down. Customer service is tops. I will be back !

The Nacogdoches Grease Monkey is the only place I go for my oil changes and car maintenance. I always get fast and excellent customer service! Everyone is so friendly and helpful explaining what has been checked and what maintenance might be needed for my car. I always recommend this store to others! Thank you!!

Quick, efficient and friendly. Pointed out my battery needed replacement. It did need replacement and I knew it. They even reset the oil change alarm. I was very happy! The manager Edgar was watching everything keeping it running.

Honestly ridiculous. I called around and to get an oil change, and everywhere locally said it was going to be around 70-95 dollars. Well I figured that this would be the same for Grease Monkey down the road. Well this was a mistake, they charged me 148. Knowing this now, I highly recommend not going to Grease Monkey, as they will scam you and charge you more then it should be.

Amazing service, and friendly staff are almost enough for the outrageous price. If you need service fast then GM is a go-to. If you have time there are many more affordable places around town.

Quick and efficient. Technician asked about filters and reported on what was done under the hood. Greatly appreciated the 20 dollar off coupon I received on the mail. Excellent job as always.

Very nice technicians and very efficient. Was in and out quickly. Only flaw was I asked the technician to reset my oil gauge and he did something and said it was done....but it wasn't. I had to Google how to do it myself.

Great service everytime. They are always quick, never make me feel uncomfortable to say no to something or if i need something explained to me, and they tell me if it's needed now or if I can wait. They also are upfront about costs before they even get started. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

I've always have got my oil change in Nacogdoches grease monkey since we moved to cushing 10 years ago. They are polite, and efficient with there job as well as quick .

Good service. Take my truck there all the time. This particular time noticed an employee who was hustling the entire time. Errol was his name. Good job to all the people up there but particularly Errol. Thanks for the awesome service buddy.

There are 2 GM in Nacogdoches. I first visited the GM closer to SFA. The staff wasn't nice and I left. I won't go back to that one as this has happened before, so I won't be returning to that one. Then I went the the other GM past the bridge going towards Lufkin. I was in and out in just a few minutes! The staff was polite and efficient. You have my business!

Wow. I went here to get a state inspection for my car and I can't even tell you how quick the service was. (And it was only $7!)Amanda works inside and she processed my payment and was the absolute friendliest. Her smile and personality really made my daughter and I feel comfortable.I really recommend this place. Plus - if you need to wait for a while there's a relaxing coffee place right beside them (University Coffee) and you can see your car from inside.Side note: The restroom is really clean!

Had a low tire light keep popping up asked him to check the tires he said he would and I watched him and he never did and don t understand why it cost $74 for an oil change when I m buying my on oil and filter because yall quit handling the product I ve been using in my truck since I ve owned it! They told me before if supplied the oil and filter it would cost $39.99

This shop stripped my oil plug but didn t tell me. Got home and all my oil had leaked out over night. Had to put my car in the shop and spend $300+ to get the oil plug replaced. Waste of an $80 oil change and ended up costing me a lot more money in the long run. Would not recommend this shop.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
