We have had our Foretravel motorhome serviced at this facility several times. Some of the techs are excellent and work in teams of 3 on your coach. Communication when we are onsite is excellent! Service advisors could benefit by increasing their communication prior to arrival regarding what to expect during repairs as well as any preparation needed on the customer's part.Appointments are generally scheduled for Monday morning with customers checking in at 7:30 am at the back of the building (through the gate from the campground). After the first day, you will generally know what will be worked on and drive your coach to your assigned bay by 7:30am the following days.The campground/large parking lot is adjacent to the service building. There are more spots than needed so never a worry about getting a spot. Most sites have water/electric hookups but there are a handful of full hookup sites too. There is also a dump station on site. There are 3 small dog pens although we rarely have seen anyone use them. We walk our dogs to the grassy areas and try to avoid the tiny burrs that like to latch onto our dogs feet or body. There is a laundry room with 3 washers and dryers available at no cost. We usually arrive during the weekend prior to our appointment (no gates surrounding the property).The customer lounge is adequate, but somewhat dated. We have spent several days or more, multiple times in the lounge. There is one large room (none pet area) with a TV, seating and a couple tables w/chairs. There are 2 additional small rooms for customers with pets. The furniture is less comfortable in these small rooms as they are furnished with RV sofas which are not very deep. Both rooms have a TV although the 2nd room's TV doesn't work. Temperature control is a typical issue in warmer weather so bring a sweater or blanket with you. There is also a small kitchen with vending machines and a bathroom in the customer area.The parts area and store in the showroom have minimal swag/clothing. Most is golf attire which doesn't reflect what many of the younger owners are looking for. We would like to see t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, etc.) Also, we noticed there was little to choose from for larger sizes.The company could benefit from a face-lift for the entire facility as it is stuck in the 1970s. Customers spend a lot of money here to maintain their coaches and providing them a comfortable and attractive service facility is one way the company could show appreciation for their business, especially knowing there are a couple other options for service in Nacogdoches.We have met many other Foretravel owners here at the campground. This our favorite part of being here for service!

Foretravel Factory techs were great, Rick the lead tech was fantastic and the other team memberss were great too. They fixed everything on my list and then some. I would highly recommend everyone come to the factory for your mx needs. Wish I had come here from the start. Dave in remodel, Mike the service writer, guys in parts, what a team. Worked with Zach as my service adviser and he was excellent. I was in need of hydraulic repairs and knew from the first phone call with Zach that I was enlisting the correct service center. Everything was professional and went exactly as we discussed. Extremely pleased.

Just had our HWH system evaluated and auto leveling checked and adjusted here. Very efficient! Scheduled visit in advance, got in as scheduled, in and out perfectly. In addition, the techs found a couple of hose clamps loosened up on our generator cooling system and tightened them. Overall a great experience. For the record, we drive a Newmar and they are a master service for HWH systems. (With Randy Motz)

Needed a part for an old model motorcoach I own. They searched for the part, located one, and shipped it to me within three days! Very courteous, extremely knowledgeable about their coaches, and very willing to explain things to you so you can understand.
