We are converting lead acid battery setups to lithium. Client had us contact Foretravel to make sure the coach was capable or upgraded.Talking to the technician I was extremely impressed how knowledgeable and helpful he was.He told us it is almost impossible to convert on a lithium charge curve because of being SilverLeaf controlled.Explaining to him how we change the motor coaches over to lithium he said I don t know that was possible . That's what we do is the impossible with retaining all OEM functions of the coach and not adding more complicated operating steps. Works like the motor coach always did.Good chat and very happy with Foretravel. Build quality of the 2019 IH-45 was second to no Motorcoach I ve worked on! I was extremely impressed. Even over Newell! I thought Newell did an amazing job. I was way more impressed by Foretravel labeling and organization of all wires power systems. Absolute pleasure to work on.

I will let everyone know after I get the bill! Hey these guys know what they are doing they fixed everything on my coach and found some air leaks I didn't know about in one of the bays. I had a list of things that needed to be taken care of and fixed everything I had on the list and made it look good thanks guys and thanks for teaching me along the way about my coach!

I was given a tour of one of the motorcoaches and it was magnificent! Every detail was top notch. Beautiful interior design and the slide outs make it so spacious! This is the way to travel!

We shopped all over for the highest quality preowned motor home that we could find. We finally decided on a Foretravel and purchased a 2003 the factory had on consignment. Our whole experience was wonderful! Kristen was quick to reply to all questions and get us answers during our search. Todd, our delivery specialist, could not have been more thorough or concerned about our complete understanding of all the systems. He gave us many tips and tricks to usage and how to prolong the life of all the working parts. We always felt they had our overall experience in the future as their main goal. We spent the night in the campground (connected to the factory) and Todd was back the next morning to answer more questions and help resolve any issues. We would highly recommend both the Foretravel brand as well as the sales and service team at the Foretravel factory!

Very disappointed in the service I received at Foretravel. Didn t do anything I requested except replaced a 12 light fixture and my bill was almost $1800. Wash job terrible, rear view camera not fixed but charged over $400 to tell me it was broken, jerry rugged exhaust fan in bathroom with a TOGGLE SWITCH ! They were supposed to reseal the roof caps due to cracking and were still visibly cracked when I picked it up. Very very very disappointed in a so called reputable company. Zero stars !

Visited factory for production tour, very glad we went. Clearly every coach is hand made by skilled craftspeople. Lots of attention to fit & finsh, leading to quality product. Would like to own one done day (if win lottery!).

As always, they fix us right up! They had wires slung everywhere, but knew exactly what they are doing!! Back on the road the next a.m.!! Hookups provide water/electric. Stay on grounds night before and they get you right in the next a. m. Not too much to do in the area for the day or night, but go a lil ways out and find restaurants and shopping for convenience.

Foretravel sold me a defective coach (2007 Nimbus 6434C). I arrived on a Monday in June, 2018 to purchase the coach. Kristen showed me the coach and I was prepared and closed the deal with Tyle Fore. Jackie Yates was on vacation. Kristen assured me the coach passed a 100 plus PDI checklist and was ready to hit the road. The plan was to install a larger TV, spend the night in the campground and be on the road Tuesday morning. While the TV was being installed, four major defects were found. The dash and one roof air unit did not blow cold air, the kitchen sink drain leaked, and the generator broke down on Friday afternoon durning my drivers training run. All repairs were made. While watching the repairs being made and knowing maintenance records were not available, I became very worried, what next. Another item disturbed me. An exiting Winegard satellite dish was working properly up until a couple of hours before I took my training run. How does a satellite dish break? I agreed to have a new one installed for $2500. Tyle agreed to sell my coach. The coach sold and I suffered a $10,000 loss plus my week in a hotel.

Was nice to walk around and look at the diffrent motor homes. They seemed to have alot of these motor homes there to be worked on for the price that they are asking I wasnt impressed when an owner came to talk to me and told me that they have had alot of issues with the foretravel brand. When I asked to talk to someone about one of the couches it was hard to find someone that would actually come talk to me.

IF I COULD LEAVE LESS STARS I WOULD. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! THE ONLY TIME THEY HELP YOU IS IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO BUY ONE OF THEIR MOTOR COACHES. I SERVICE THESE TYPES OF VEHICLES AND I CALLED THEM 7 TIMES AND LEFT 7 VOICEMAILS OVER THE COURSE OF TWO WEEKS AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING THE SALE AND AFTER THAT ITS "GOOD LUCK! IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM ANY MORE!" TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY ADVICE IS NEVER BUY A FORETRAVEL. IF YOU NEED HELP YOU'RE ALL ON YOUR OWN.
