The service technicians at Nacogdoches North were a great example of honesty and integrity. We went there thinking we just had a flat tire and needed a new one put on and they discovered our flat tire was caused by a bullet which had also gone through our rim. A less honest or knowledgable vendor would have just sold us a tire and sent us on our way, but they sent us to a mechanic down the street that could replace our rim even though they might lose the sale for the tire. The vendor didn't have the tire we needed in stock and we would have had to wait two more days for one but we were able to buy the tire over the phone from Tyler and Michael at Firestone and get back home safe and sound.

I have learned to take Google reviews with a grain of salt Reading some reviews make this place sound bad. My experience has never been negative at this location. I drive about 4k miles a month and am frequently in getting maintenance and service done on my vehicles. Michael is the manager, and is professional and courteous. I am not a mechanic, (I am a nurse) but he is able to explain and show me what needs repair, or work in a way I can understand. The techs are always friendly and helpful. I do suggest making appointments, because then I don t have long wait times. This is the only place I trust for my auto needs. I have used Firestone for many years and trust their work.

Updated version of my old review..I visit here not long after I moved to Nacogdoches for college. My 2008 Ford Focus has over 200k mi. Obviously, it's not in perfect condition. I noticed a concerning front-end noise, and brought my car in to be diagnosed. I also told the service member about the alignment issues. I asked them to please inspect to *front* end of my car's suspension and see what was wrong.After a day, I get a call back. I answer. To make a long story short, over $6,000 is what I was quoted for items on this car. Not only could I buy ANOTHER Focus for that amount, but I was incredibly disappointed to see so much lying on the "report" made by the inspector.My front passenger side brake apparently doesn't work. All of my shocks are leaking and need to be replaced. Tie rod ends and all sort of other front-end components need to be replaced.If I didn't know any better (and had the money), I would have authorized them to do the work. Unfortunately for these "people," I know my way around cars. (I've replaced several cooling system components, redone my engine mounts, and more). Obviously, the story they told was almost entirely false. And they never properly diagnosed my original concern!!This honestly infuriated me. But what really sucked was when the interior of my car was damaged?? Not only was plastic trim damaged and torn off of my seats (see pictures), but my suction cup phone mount was *ripped* off of the dash. I ended up replacing it as they had destroyed the suction lock.So, combine actual damage to my car with the fact that they lied about so, so much means that I will NEVER be back. None of my friends, who look to me for mechanical advice, will never come. My one friend who did visit regrets it, and they did harm to her car as well.So, overall, this is an abominable place. They are scam artists. The building is dilapidated. The parking lot was a mess. The only nice part was the tire display (did I mention they quoted me $800!! for tires when I didn't even ask??)Please, don't take your vehicle here. Go to PepBoys or Jiffy Lube far away, and they will take care of you. And, don't go to the dealership either. lol.They have 2/5 stars because it was only $10 for the full "inspection." AKA, paying someone to damage my car and scratch nonsense onto a report sheet.

Phenomenal place of business..... we had a blow out on our way back home to Oklahoma and they were able to get us in and fixed up right away to get us back on the road to Oklahoma. Very hospitable & professional and right on the money.

My sister (Who has purchased her tires from there several times) arrived at 5:15pm yesterday for a flat tire fix. The guy said he couldn't help her because he was busy putting on a set of tires. Additionally, he was rude with a poor attitude. They don't close until 6pm. They should have more than one person available. We took it somewhere else and it was fixed within 10 minutes. My family (There are a lot of us) will no longer purchase tires here or do business at their Nacogdoches location. Poor customer service.

The workers are awesome. Michael is the best store manager and he really takes care of his customers and his service is above and beyond. All the workers are very professional and would recommend Firestone in Nacogdoches anytime.

Issued vehicle due for oil change from Enterprise, called this Firestone location during the week to set up an appointment for the weekend due to not able to take off work for an oil change. The employee stated that they don t do appointments you can hang around wait for vehicle or drop it off. I m at the location now told the mechanic I needed an oil change. He questioned if I had an appointment, I informed him what the worker told me over the phone when I called to make an appointment. He stated that they were not doing oil changes due to the tire sale going on. I attempted to plead that I called to make the appointment, can show the call record. This is extremely unprofessional as a business and the fact there was only one (1) vehicle in the bay getting tires. The bay was empty for a period of 20 mins enough time to have completed the oil change. However, hopefully this is not the level of service they give their customers. Maybe it was because it was an Enterprise vehicle, however I still was a customer and shouldn t be held to miscommunications of staff. He saw how upset I was and wasn t offered an appointment or some type of resolution. I m calling Enterprise to see if they have any other service providers.

I had a flat last night at about 1am. Hopkins Wrecker came out and pulled me to Firestone and got me to a nearby hotel so I could stay the night and could easily walk back here to Firestone to have my vehicle repaired. Firestone employees were here on time and promptly started to take care of me. I'm all smiles right now.

First, they couldn t repair my tire. Ok. Maybe so. Oh, and they told me I needed 3 new tires. Then they couldn t even get the spare tire off! They filled my tire (with the screw in it) with air and sent me on my way.I went down the road to Eagle Tire and Auto, and he took the spare down in minutes and put it on my car. So, what does that say to you?

I have used Firestone for many years. They used to be very good and reasonably priced. That is far from the case now. Staff/mechanics seems to be under trained or do not care. Customer service has went down tremendously. You really can't blame them for the prices, but they are outrageous now. Will be looking for a new place to have my cars serviced.

Horrible work environment. The boss Michael is a complete jerk and will cuss out his employees due to them not being able to hear them from across the shop. I would not suggest anyone working for that company.

Took my truck to get AC checked out they diagnosed that the ac compressor was bad and everything had to be replaced and quoted me a bit over 2000 to fix it. So I took it to Quick Lane for a second opinion turns out it was just a loose wire connection to the compressor they plug it back in and had it running good. Do not recommend Firestone at all

Amazing place for tires. Adam really knew what he was doing, and he did everything it took to slap 35 s where 33 s once were. Tires were less expensive than I was expecting, and my truck drives better now than when it was new. Definitely recommend this place for tires.

Daughter had appointment for 3 on October 27th.She called at 5:30 to tell them she was on her way to pick it up. They told her then they couldn't get to it and if she can leave it over night. You would think they could have at least change the oil she wanted. No one called her to inform her of any delay. I would not recommend this business to anyone that need service on their car. Lady was very rude and never apologized. Horrible customer service. A one star is even too much.Services: Tires, Oil change

Got yelled at by woman at front desk because she got a stressful call from the owner of a car I was picking up , situation had no relation to me or anything I caused but since I was sitting in their lobby I was yelled at and she demanded I leave. I ve never been yelled at by a service provider so rudely in my life, especially since I paid the fee with no complaints and did nothing she accused me of. I wonder if she felt better by yelling at a teenager , whose car that just overheated , that she didn t like receiving complaints. If you don t want to accept complaints from customers, I suggest you work somewhere where the customers are not all spending thousands of dollars on complex machinery for their everyday lives.

Jason in nacogdoches helped protect me and my family today after a near death experience due to neglectful and faulty mechanical knowledge and work preformed on my vehicle in lufkin today thank you so very much for staying a little later and doing the job correctly.Correcting all of there faulty work and mistakes and tighting all of the hand tight bolts and hanging brake line that literally almost put me and my two children ages 6 and 8 into a concrete wall when I attempted to slow down in traffic for a ref light. I wish I could give u a raise or a medal but all I can do is tell u from the bottom of my family's heart how much we appreciate you and firestone in nacogdoches for everything u have done for us today btw the truck is doing great and we fell safe now God bless.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Tire suddenly showed low pressure while on the highway so I made it to their shop. I explained my issue and they said it would be a long wait, it was a Saturday. I told them that was no issue, there was an event downtown I could be at and I could come back. They kept insisting I go to a different place on South St. I still said I could wait and they just kept on about this other tire shop, ignoring what I said.I left and took my business elsewhere, to another reputable place. (That business had it fixed in 15 minutes and had more people in line than Firestone)

Great prices on really great tires. The staff is courteous and very professional. They took the time to discuss our options and the prices for each. We came in on short notice and they were able to get 4 tires and an inspection done in less than an hour and they were very busy. I highly recommend these guys for all of your tire needs!!

Messed up my rim placing on a new tire. First time changed on front. Took to HPT was told it would take 4 days to send off to fix. My car sat there two weeks because Dallas lost my rim. HPT was kind enough to loan me tire and rim till mine gets fixed. I should have been issued a rental car during this to one without my car for work. I was not happy at all. We never had problems before this.

I came in about two hours ago, since my rental car had a flat tire. I am here on a business trip, therefore don t have much time. Adam was a pleasure to work with and he expedited the work order so that I could be back on the road ASAP. I can only recommend this place! Taking the car now and leave very happy.

Awesome Service!Needed new tires (special size no one carries in stock) for my vehicle. Firestone was more expensive than WM, but the staff at this location made the extra cost SO worth it. They even offered to drive me to my office so I wouldn't have to wait there. These are my tire guys forever!

Excellent Service! I'm from out of town and had went to several places to have tire service done. Everyone had long waits and the customer service/ way I was greeted was subpar. I almost was just going to wait to get home but I just felt it best to get the service done if I could. I desire to be safe on the road. I was greeted by staff and manager, car was serviced right away and when it came time for the bill to my surprise...it had been taken care of. I felt blessed and this left and impression that while my child is here getting an education...we found the new car shop!
