This is an awesome group of people. Everyone in the service department was super nice and polite. Went in with all kind of codes and faults reading on my dash, gauges going out and lights not working. Come to find out my engine harness had some rubbed wires and a few blown fuses. The tech was immediately able to figure out what was wrong, got on the job and had everything fixed and running perfect in about 6 hours. Super close to restaurants and hotel just in cases it ends up being more than a two day job and everyone was super accommodating. Would highly recommend them if you in the area with truck trouble.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Todd has done a great job getting several deals done up for us, we've bought and sold a total of 5 trailers and we won't be stopping there! The service at either location has been great as well, got us worked in a couple times in-between their larger work.

Walked in as a complete stranger with a broke down truck and yet their employee named Tom treated me, as if he was helping his own family. I have never been extended such incredible kindness that this companies employee named Tom did. He showed knowledge, helpfulness and respect all the while assisting me to get my truck back on the road. I don't normally write reviews, but if you ever have a choice in which company to do business with; I highly recommend this one and I'd also like to say Thank you to Tom for your help when my truck broke down and also for your prior service to our country. Thank you.

I spend a good amount of money with their service department. I had 2 things go wrong with my trucks. Oil leak that never got fixed and a 2500 AC work that still had the same issue after leaving the shop. Lost trust in the shop because recieved invoices with work that had not been done (clean under truck to find oil leak). Lost a customer

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BEYOND GREAT! Jonathan kept us in the loop about everything prior to doing the work as well as taking into consideration downtime means no income coming in.

Would not recommend this place to purchase used trucks. They dress the trucks up nice but cut corners big time. Re cap drive tires, aluminum wheels on the outside and steel on the inside. Purchased two trucks from these guys a couple months ago and already had to replace a water pump , starter and AC compressor . Truck was painted over to hide any leaks or blow by. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!

5 Stars For Expert Knowledge, Courteous Staff, Decent Pricing On Parts And Labor And Extremeley Quick Service, Trucks Are In And Out In A Quick And Efficient Pace. The Shop And Sales Dept. Got red engine linght on freightline truck ,The actual problem was with coolant hoses leak and this guy has changed DPF filters on my truck.... and charged 5500$ for nothing....still the problem was not fixed and was saying his computer is not updated so cant fix it....The problem was small and charged me for DPF filters for no reason....Never go to the shop

Blew air bag in Nacogdoches and gave them a call. They took me in got my truck fixed and back on the road . Friendly staff and great group to work with if you ever need your truck worked on !!! Thanks East Texas Truck Center

Do. Not buy glider kits from this dealer, trucks are build cheap and the warranty is not cover the 4 years like they I will not buy another glider kit again
