If you need someone who's going to take care of you and do it quickly and carefully, go to Cooks. My daughter is a student at SFA and got in her car to find one of her tires very low. She went to Cooks, and they had her fixed and on her way in a heartbeat. I trust them to take good care of her without taking advantage of her as a young girl who knows nothing about cars. Thanks, Cooks!

This is hands down the best tire store I've been to. They offer an amazing selection of quality tires, wheels and other stuff.But that's not what makes this place the best, it's the outstanding workers. And their amazing customer service. Thank you guys for taking care of my issue. The Nacogdoches location is awesome.

This Place KNOWS customer service. My vehicle picked up a lag screw on my trip from Houston to Texarkana. I was on a family trip and they got us in, out, and back on the road within half an hour. Amazing service, attention to detail, and even explained how to reset the TMPS if I ever needed to do it on my own. Thanks again!!!

Justin and his staff are salt of the earth people. They're always helping out way more than I could ever fathom in every given way possible and if they cannot they're always willing to recommend the autoshop that can. Best mechanics possible !!

We were visiting family and our rental car had a low tire pressure warning pop up. Pulled into Cooks and explained the issue and they took care of us right away. Very friendly and helpful.

These kind gentlemen took care of my daughter's tire. Had a screw in it repaired it and didn't charge her. Im just please to know of a shop that will take care of her. Thank you and see you in October with a new tire order!

Used them the last couple times I've needed tires and always great service. They recently did my brake pads and rotors as well. Nice, clean waiting area with TV is nice when there is a wait. Will be back!

Mason and Justin, the entire staff at this location are awesome. They treat you like family. You walk in and from that time until you leave you're treated perfectly. They don't overcharge you, they don't try to sell you stuff that you don't want or don't need. I will never go anywhere else!

This is a great business. I sprung a leak while visiting town. They took quick and efficient care of it right at their Saturday closing time and got me back on my way. Thanks for exceeding my expectations.

Drove into Nacogdoches to visit my son at school. Had a nail in the tire. Shop was packed an hour before close. Instead of sheesh - more people attitude seen so often - they were Super friendly and professional. They fixed the tire inside 30 minutes and asked for nothing but a recommendation! This kind of service is a unicorn. We were recommended to Cook s and all our future business for our cars will be done here.

Cook Tires is my tire store. Had a slow leak in a front tire on my wife's car and Cook's got me in, fixed the leak and on my way in about 20 minutes. They were BUSY too. The guys are super courteous and do a great job. I highly recommend Cook tires when your baby needs new shoes or a repair.

I came in close to closing and Mason was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful.I just needed to plug a leak. They did that and even put the spare back in the correct place in the trunk.I don t need new tires at the moment.But when I do, I will get them here.

Nice waiting room, decent prices. Great to save me in a pinch. They are happy to air up my tires and check them, and if they don't find that I need a repair, it's all good. First cold day, tires need topping up, no problem.

The service I got was HONEST and that's the one thing I always look for, in any business. When I do get ready to get new tires for my truck, Cook Tires will be the first place I'll consider buying tires from. Tires are not a cheap item, for your vehicle, and when you're delt with in an honest manner, that assures me that I will highly consider spending my money with them. There are places that will tell you anything, to get your money, but the treatment that I received, shows me that Cook Tires is not like that!! Tires is their business, but honesty can get you repeat business every time. Tires are a must, on vehicles, and Cook Tires is a place you can trust. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs tires. Saying "thank you" for their help and honesty just don't seem enough.

Just passing through and had a road hazard issue. Dropped off my COMPANY car and told them to replace it if needed. They didn't charge me anything!!!! If I lived here I would send all my friends. Great staff. Very friendly and super efficient. Unit was ready when I walked back over from eating. Under 45 minutes. Well done team!!!

We are new to this town. We needed an oil change. I called to see if they could do it and they invited me right over. They were close to closing time but still did the job. They were polite, professional and helpful. We mentioned we were looking for a tractor and got a good recommendation. We took his advice and got a new tractor at the best price. We ll be back for a brake job real soon. Thanks guys!!!

My family always visits Cook when we need new tires, an oil change or brake pads. Justin Gilbert always takes care of my car and is sure to break down everything that needs to be done, explaining the parts and cost. So professional and the store always work with your schedule to make sure you arent left without your car for long! I don't trust my car with anyone else! Highly recommend!!!

Got some tires put on there, and as soon as I left the shop, one of my tires flew off. They did not loosen the lug nuts like they were supposed to. They were definitely be hearing from my lawyer. I advised no one go here, because there the worst tire shop in Nacogdoches!

Went by just to get air in my tires and have them looked at. Jared was super helpful and knowledgeable and talked to me like a human being not just like a woman who doesn't know anything about tires. Overall happy with the experience and the quote I got. Will be back!
