Always great service. I rarely have to wait. And they give very personal attention. A guy checked my fuses and bulbs on my tail light outage.

The AutoZone in Nacogdoches whether way understaffed, or whether they lack common sense of customer service terrible now I see why there s two O Reillys in town and only one AutoZone however, AutoZone s closest to me so I thought giving them a chance wouldn t be a bad idea. terrible idea if I could recommend O Reillys one. They re cheaper to their customer. Service is much much better.

3 only because in a commercial account and autozone is usually my go to store, this store was uncomfortable. I went in to get some diesel treatment, 3 workers were just standing there talking about being a badass and ignore me until I forced cough then just stared at me and asked what do I need. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt but if that is how customers are treated then I'll just start using O'Reilly commercial instead

I went in right before closing and the night crew was just so helpful and understanding! The two lovely girls at the counter did such a great job and the store seemed very well maintained and clean. Keep up the good work!

I came In because my headlight went out and Mark one of the employees there got me the best deal for my headlight and even installed it for me. He definitely made my day so much easier. I give the customer service 10/10!.

I bought a part , brought it back unopened to get my money back they kept the part and did not refund my money back, called corporate office and told them about my experience and nobody did nothing for it..... never going back

Uneducated staff. No calls when parts arrive. Part was in stock, went back 4 times, each time they said it was on order and would arrive the next day. Turns out they had it in a box with my name on it, never ordered it. The blank stares from employees when you go in says it all.

I m writing this on behalf of my mother who has been raving about the service she received at the Nacogdoches AutoZone.Fabiola went above and beyond. I bought a fuse and she installed it for me. She was kind and patient and really made my day with her service. This location has consistently fabulous service.

They had what I wanted but I did not bring the tool with me to line up the proper size to fit it.A big 'old biker guy who works there stepped-up to me asking if I needed help finding something and made me feel uncomfortable trying to get what I was looking to buy there however, I will return to get the part I need to fix my tool in the near future.

I have to say its been a minute since I've had to stop in. And as always Jeff is still as friendly today as he was last year. I needed a battery for my moms car. He greeted me remembered me as well. Asked me how I've been and took good care of me. Walked me too my car put the battery in and made sure i was good and that I didn't need a anything else. Thank you Jeff for your excellent service. You are a good man and a great Manager. You need a raise.

I went in to find and oil filter for my lawn mower. The man up front had no idea what type of filter after giving him the year make and model of my mower. After asking his coworker the both had no idea what kind of filter it took. I went to another Autozone later that evening in Lufkin tx and in 3 minutes they had what I needed.

I want to give a shout out to the 2 older gentleman that work evenings for putting in at least 30 mins of effort trying to locate what seemed to be a non-existent part. Which was reportedly reaffirmed by upper management... However I not only found the correct part number which did not match the picture they had but they also ordered without any questions n low n behold the next morning it was the right part... It's all about effort because apparently the higher ups are just lazy or need to go to field they actually know something about because CLEARLY auto parts is not their forte.

Matthew changed the bulb in my headlight and put my steering wheel cover on for me. Great customer service there. In case you don't know they also change batteries and windshield wipers.

Ethan and Mark were so helpful. Mark ran the diagnostic and printed out the issues and the fluid capacities. Ethan taught a young man how to put transmission fluid in his truck and check the levels 1/2 qt at a time and even showed him how to uses WD-40 on his headlights to remove the fog. We are so grateful for these folks at Auto Zone.

I came into the store for an analysis of my squeaky wheel. Store manager Jeff courteously assisted me with expertise and efficiency. He gave me a deal on pads and routers and, as a bonus, he showed me a BOGO offer on Fast Orange! Great location

I ordered a part on Wednesday and was told it would arrive the next day. I went ahead and paid for it. I called the store everyday it was opened and was told it had not arrived. Today (Monday), I called and was told they didn't have it. That if I wanted the part, they could order it today and it would arrive tomorrow. It should have been ordered days ago. I ended up buying the part at O'Reilly's and got a refund from AutoZone. Next time I'll check somewhere else before ordering a part from them again.

On January 31,2020 at 5:59pm and 6:15pmMy husband was on the hold for 15 min. He hung up and called back, the guy answered immediately and was free to help my husband. My husband then asked if he was free and he said yes. Mu husband then said "I was on hold for 15 min. What is that?" To which the man ( who did not give a name nor did the other gentleman who forgot about my husband on hold) rudely said "what do you mean, what is that?" I'm sorry if the employees as this location were not trained properly to handle a upset customer ,who they forgot about when they put on hold, or they simply do and did not care. We will no longer be using autozone for any of our vehicle needs. There was no need to be so rude, when they are the reason he was upset because the simply forgot about him on hold. Any customer willing to give your store business, would be upset at the fact the employee forgot about him. It's not to hard to look and see someone on hold.
