I purchased a programmer for my 2023 gmc sierra and when I finally received it 16 days after paying for 3 day shipping, it was faulty and would not connect to my truck. It also made my transmission knock after installation. I had called them several times and with no resolve and after shipping the tuner back at my own expense now they are refusing to answer my calls and refund me my money don t buy anything from these crooks.

I took my 2018 Mega Cab to have mechanical work to be done with Amazing results. I would recommend this shop and these people to do Quality job for you.

If you want to drive your truck in and haul it back home.... Then this place is the one your looking for.. Ive delt with a lot of dishonest people in my life but Tommy is the worst person I've ever had to deal with.We fist started dong business with them way before they were on TV. Back than I was buying their cores and selling them new parts.Well one day we showed up and Tommy was stressed out. After talking to him he said he was about out of business. He need running motors for customers. So we found him 2 6.0 powerstrokes and a new rebuilt 5.9 Cummins. I bought all 3 and dropped them offHe was supposed to pay me for them after he he got paid. Well we never got our money buy he was able to remodel his kitchen and bathroom. Funny how he had money for that but not the money to pay me back after I want out of my way for him.So if you need work done and Chase has time I would let him work on anything. But I wouldn't trust his dad (Tommy) to fix our work on a bicycle...If you go here watch where your $$$$ is going.Dont pay for nothing until the work is complete!!!

The service is great!! People are experts at making your truck perform like never before!! Chase told me what they could do for me, and far exceeded my expectations ( Big Time ) I highly recommend this shop to all my friends Great Job Guys I have never lost a race against another Diesel, I know there are some faster ones out there, but my RAM Dooly is no slouch!!

I had paid $8000 to fix trans. And it still throws the same code and then it won t shift. I took it back 8 times in the last two years and it sat there for about a month each time. Each time they said they had fixed it. And they will not return your phone calls

Had my Jeep for 7 months and never finished it so I picked it up and took it to Pellet performance in Gilmer, Texas.They finished it in two weeks!

Took my truck to them after having some issues with it and they were able to determine very quickly that I had several injectors that were failing and a few that were not far behind so I went ahead and had them replace all of them. They completed the job in a couple of days days and I honestly thought it would have taken longer considering how crazy busy they are. Even when I took the truck back after so many miles as they recommended, they checked everything and made whatever adjustments were needed pretty quickly . Super happy with the work, Truck runs like a dream! Definitely will be using them again in the future.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Scammers and crooks. Paid over $7000 to this business but had to tow my truck home. Please read the reviews on Google, Yelp, and BBB. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!! I know three people including myself who have been scammed out of over $40,000 combined. None of our trucks are running after taking our trucks there. They had my truck over 6 months. They have had other trucks for over 2 years! They need to be investigated by the state attorney or local law enforcement. Somebody please shut these guys down.

Was a great experience they make you feel like family , it s hard to find a local shop where I m from that does reputable work and they came recommended from a friend I trust so gave them a shot and was blown away with the customer service they made you feel like family . They do seem very busy but I see why everyone wants to go to them to have quality repairs . On my particular vehicle some of my parts were on back order so took a little longer and yes I did my research and couldn t get the parts either but as soon as they showed up a few days later got a call and it s just been a great experience and worth the drive for sure . These people are scammers and do a lot of fraud. Took my truck to them and cost me almost $20,000 to get out and still not fixed. They work with a lot of people who do insurance fraud and help them do it. Amazing shop and amazing people. They shoot you straight and treat you like family. The only issues you ll have with these guys are the ones you cause. Highly recommend.

Talked to them on the phone they said they would call back with a estimate on replacing head gaskets I never got the return call. I called several times since and still no return call I won't use them or call them in the future it was a waste of my time waiting on them.

My truck went Down 3 days before I had to switch jobs and move my camper. I called 1 way and they brought it straight in, had a 2 day turnaround and they tuned it after my 2nd gen swap while they were at it. They kept me in the loop the whole time and worked well with me on my tight schedule. They re top notch on their knowledge and tuning and I m back on the road just in time!

Nightmare! They picked up my truck August 2020 and after almost 2 years and dozens of excuses from busy filming tv show to COVID to people dying, still no truck. Even paid $3500 last year to help move Tommy along, how stupid was I. Was told by Tommy multiply times it will be ready this week and will bring it to me. I was just told by Tommy they are are on vacation in my town and did not bring my truck. Con artists, lie after lie after lie. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Now I have to file a complaint with the State Attorney�s office and get a lawyer. Like I said, nightmare!Service: Engine repair
