Rafa, Austin, Gordon and Chad saved my move! I wouldn t have been able to be safely on the road without them. Within 24 hours my car went from an accident waiting to happen to a glorious , good as new, CHARIOT. They were so kind and knowledgeable and managed to get me the best deal possible. also the guy who worked on my car! I didn t catch his name but his ears were pierced and he had slicked back hair. Made me feel like I was watching Grease. 10/10.

Love this location! The staff at the front desk is so helpful, kind, quick and transparent. My truck and tires were done quickly and since I got my tires here last year they balances and checked free. Even gave me a discount on my oil change. They were kind to every customer who walked in and even with a mechanic out for the day they got me in and out in an hour. Every staff person I dealt with was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend this particular location in Flower Mound off 407!

Ladies, let s be real we enter any place mechanical and it s usually the boys club and we re treated very poorly. The employees at this store are super nice and respectful of women. They have a decent waiting area where you can set up your laptop plug in your phone, watch TV, grab a cup of coffee. They offer many services here not just tires and batteries. The service was top-notch, reasonably priced and timely. Give this place and try.

The guys here are great. I showed up minutes before they closed and needed a headlight installed. I was expecting some attitude since it was so close to closing, or at least a sigh, something. But what I got was 2 dudes that happily helped me out with smiles on their faces. Was there no more than 5 minutes. Very impressed. Will definitely be returning here.

I felt compelled to write a glowing review about this amazing service center, and service - is their middle name. I came in this week and was completely wowed by the exceptional level of customer service and professional customer care I received.Aaron B. was initially very helpful finding me the set of quality tires I needed, and at a reasonable price. Then, on the day of my appt. I had the good fortune of encountering two extraordinary reps: Gordon W. and Richard G. Both went above and beyond expectations to make sure I was a highly satisfied customer and that my car servicing was done comprehensively and safely. The results were outstanding, and I was given multiple and timely updates all during the process from all 3 reps. I even insisted on speaking to the store manager Billy by phone to ensure he knew of the terrific job his top-notch team are providing their customers. While I was waiting, I also witnessed Gordon resolve multiple problems in a compassionate way for others who came through their doors.This was my first time at Flower Mound NTB, but for sure not my last. I am telling friends and family about the impressive level of client care I received. If you are in need any of the many services they provide run, don t walk to this highly customer-centric team at NTB! Awesome guys. Congrats on a job well done. Rita S.

100% agree with the previous review take your business somewhere else. Front desk guy Gordon was the worries...! Took forever to check-in, I drop off 2 trailer at noon to get installed. Called back at 3, was told the ticket was missed and it has not been done. They said they're starting on it now. I asked how long will it take, said 45 minutes aka 3:45. I came to the store at 4:15 Gordon said its not done yet. Why? You said 3:45. He being to lecture me say " this isn't a perfect world." Me, "Sir I am not asking you to be perfect and I asking for you to install 2 trailer tire in responsible time, it should not take 4 hours to install 2 trailer tire. How much longer?" He refused to give me a time, saying "we'll get it done and call you". I can go on about the gross lack of customer service and ownership of the situation but don't want to give this anymore time. In summary this place SUCKS A$$. DO NOT COME HERE....!!!!

The only place I'm going for my tires and my automotive needs. All the staff are completely friendly and extremely helpful. Not just that but I find it hard to beat the pricing on parts and services here than anywhere else. Keep up the great service NTB!

Called to get approximate pricing on car battery replacement + labor for my car. Was laughed at when I asked for the information and was told he couldn't look up the information because he had a different customer's information on the computer screen. I'll just bring my business somewhere else. No need to laugh at a potential customer over the phone. Not cool!

There are all kinds of places to get new tires, but NTB stands alone in customer service and standing behind their product. Not only did I receive what seemed like a great deal on great tires, but any time I had any issues, Richard and the team at NTB were ready to help. I ll be making all my family s tire purchases here. If I could give a negative five star review, I would. This NTB location is the worst!! In 15 years and multiple locations this location will be the reason I never return. Why does it take 3 attempts to complete a vehicle inspection? Especially if you paid for it and were told it was complete on the first attempt. The guy at the counter, Gordon provides the most painfully poor customer service. And not just once but two occasions on this issue, he is just not helpful. After the issue was finally resolved there was never an apology for their error or my inconvenience and the multiple trips it took to resolve the issue. They really don't care about customers returning or proper customer service training.

Made my appt online but it didn t give me a time. I called and they told me to drive up. Got in pretty fast. I waited over 30 minutes just to pay the poor guy at the front desk was so busy. He was the only guy at the desk which delayed everyone waiting because he had to answer phones, run to customers cars and finish checking in and out. Hope he gets better help especially on a weekend. With all of that customer service was 10/10!

I had just replaced the outer tie rods on my SUV at home, and I just needed an alignment. Called up to NTB and they underpromised and over delivered. They were quick and very professional. Definitely going back for future help on my vehicles.

Update I call and it was somewhere in New York ,lady had no idea why I was calling. You call me .This was my last time at this place ,very sloppy, they lost my wheel cover and wheel lock and no one takes accountability. They wanted $ 150.00 to change two air filters, I have worked in cars before and they are trying to add cost to your repairs ,I spend a lot of money at this place but no more. Go somewhere else don't waste your time and money here.Im a local resident of Flowermound and run several business in this town and word of mouth is the best reference.

I don't understand the attitude of the employees at this location. Gordon and his manager were very unprofessional when I was asking simple questions about the safety of my tires because the wires were showing. Gordon began yelling at me and I had to descalate him before an altercation occured. Another employee apologized for his actions. When I came back for an alignment the manager was also rude. It's not my fault that upon acquiring Tire Kingdom, NTB lost customer data. This was blamed on me when I asked about my original invoice and why the information was not in the system. Gordon then told me the tires were safe to drive on even though the wires were showing because the tread depth was fine.

The new ownership stinks. I made a 9 AM appointment on a Tuesday. I just needed a tire repaired. The car was there for three hours and they never touched it. I have been doing business at this location for 10 years. I have four vehicles with tires from this location. I guess I will have to find someplace new.

Came in for tires and had no clue about what tires i need or what was best for my vehicle Aaron & Richard where more then knowledgeable and got me into what i needed quickly and efficiently definitely will recommend to my friends

took vehicle in for alignment 7 months ago, & a few days ago went back for alignment, was told I needed $980 repair, i.e. ball joints & tie rod., etc before they could align, got home and noticed This tool left in the sleeve which is only used for alignments, I guess I belongs to me now, more importantly, suppose it damaged something else, after l left NTB, how can you do better you ask?, how about replacing defective parts from day one vs misdiagnoses, doing alignment & my tire continues to wear down, so, I return to have it aligned & now, magically, the ball joints are shot, plus I find a tool that was left in the tie rod sleeve. I'm told by District manager (Billy)to return and ya'll will fix it, Well, guess what, I can pull the tool out myself & put metal tab back & save the trip driving there...they didn't spot the fact it needed a I wanted NTB to work with me, perhaps on labor or parts, but apparently that doesn't happen. I asked why they charge $190 for a $30 Moog ball joint and was told, "due to warranty" & its a 1,2, maybe 3yr warranty at that.

Danni & Jose did a great job helping me pick out tires today. They explained my options and the corresponding prices that were within my budget. In addition, they took care of me the same day. I highly recommend this NTB location.

Very poor service no one seem to care I waited for 30 minutes just to tell them I had appointment and was there. Then they explained to me why booking my appointment on line didn't really mean I had an appointment just put me in line with four other customers.

Richard was extremely helpful on my wife s car had my wife go up for service on her car and she had nothing but great things to say bout him. Management take great care of him
