I should have realized it was going to be a bad experience when the parking lot was empty. I thought it might be closed but it wasn t. Needed a state inspection. Got in quickly (no one was there) and waited 20 minutes wondering why it was taking so long. They finally came and said I failed the inspection and the presented me, on a piece of scrap paper, an estimate to fix the problem for a 1000.00 dollars. Refused, paid and went to a reputable station the next day and passed with flying colors. Had some good experiences with Kwik Kar in the past ( not this one) but will never use a Kwik Kar again. Beware.

First time I went for battery change. Staff was nice and work was done quick. Figured I should start coming here for any car mechanic needs. Came here this Saturday morning, needed an inspection, nobody was in the shop so I felt like this would be a quick in and out. The guy working there says they can't because his guy is doing inventory. On a Saturday? He gives me a card to another shop. I have soured on going to this place in the future.

Kwik Kat has been nothing short of incredible! I recently purchased a car and when the issues came up they were kind, professional and prompt dealing with the whole situation. They went above and beyond in helping me and my gratitude seems very small compared to all they did. I highly recommend them

Ladies, please be aware of this shop. I sent my wife over there only to get an oil change. And they added a whole bunch of extra charges that she did not request when I called the manager and spoke with him he said I was wrong I told him that I would be reaching out to corporates. I was told that it was independently owned. I said the only other option is to write this review. And he said you can, but that would be an a****** move. I just wanted everyone to be aware that this establishment is very dishonest and very rude.

I really enjoy getting my oil changed at Kwik Kar on Cross Timbers. I know that sounds crazy, like who enjoys getting an oil change, right?!? Well, Mateo was amazing in showing me areas that were in immediate need of attention, he s knowledgeable, and super friendly! Go see Mateo, for sure! Five Stars!!

Mateo, Gene and Mercedes went above and beyond to get to the bottom of what the issue with my car was. They were professional, kind and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I recommend this place to anyone!

Came here because I severely needed an oil change and my regular shop is only open M-F. So the weekend convenience is nice! Not too busy either. I think we waited for everything to be complete, 45 minutes. Friendly staff!

Very nice staff and explains everything that is being worked on. The service here is very fast too! I ve avoided other kwik car locations because some are 2-3 hour wait times. This place never has a wait longer than 10 minutes. Today was an exception because one of the cars before me was being looked at and had lots of problems, but they told me come back in 45 minutes and we should be good. Sure enough, I go eat lunch and come back and no line. Thanks guys!! Best location ever!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto maintenance

Kwik Kar of Flower Mound cost me $338.51. I had only been going to this location to get vehicle service since the car was brand new in 2016. Service had been satisfactory until 2 oil changes ago when a service technician failed to properly attach the splash guard. It came partially detached during my long commute and it ended up being dragged. I took it back to this location and asked the technician if I needed a new one, but he told me he had some screws and attached it good and that it was fine. I asked and received a free oil change for the experience. I got my free oil change two weeks ago and it seemed to go as normal with no one mentioning anything to me about a damaged splash guard. This week as I was getting gas I noticed something hanging low under my car and saw the damage shown in the pictures. I took it to a Honda dealer and they had to special order the replacement parts. Since this repair was the fault of Kwik Kar of Flower Mound I called them to see if I could get my expense reimbursed. I had to call back the following day to talk to the manager. The manager cheerfully told me that I had to take my car to them first and they would have fixed it for me for free and that information was clearly written in the fine print of their warranty statement. Kwik Kar of Flower Mound had two separate opportunities to tell me about their warranty and the fact that they damaged my splash guard, but they left me to discover it on my own. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Very unprofessional!!! They took advantage of a woman who really didn t know what brand or how much she should pay for an oil change even though she had a coupon they charged her full amount for full synthetic on a 2022 Honda HR V .. When I arrived I was greeted with such hospitality by Stacy and Nick alike. They were very fast and updated me along the way on the progress. The environment is very calm and I can truly sense their honesty and transparency when talking all things cars (which is very uncommon for younger females such as myself). I will only be coming here from this point forward and I recommend the same for anyone else looking for a reliable shop! Over all was good staff was very nice and helpful but I was very disappointment on them asking questions my name, telephone number my address and my email address which was written down on a pad of paper. Which they had this information already in their computer system. Was told that this was a new company policies. Most likely I will not go back to Kwik Kar until this is changed.Service: Oil change

Nick, Stefan, and Savon were awesome people. They got us in and out in a flash. Very humorous and made the brief wait enjoyable. If you're looking for a great place to get your car repaired or a quick inspection/oil change this is your go to place.

I go to these guys all the time to get my Diesel oil and all other needs done. They are VERY fair. I never feel like they are trying to up sale me, and I have checked their prices, and they are spot on! The best part is they know you. You get the home town feeling every time you go there. Tell them Duane said Hi! LOL

If you are looking to get a state inspection look somewhere else. This is my third attempt in a month to get this done. The first two times I did a drive up and was told the inspection machine was done. Third time 9/27/2023 I called ahead asking if the machine was working and was told yes. I showed up only to wait in the lobby and later after waiting told the machine wasn't working.

They got me in right away, which was convenient and let me know of somw other maintenance I needed. At the same time I didn't feel pressured to do the extra service at all. They also let me know how much it would all cost before servicing my car, and then again let me know the increase when I needed more than the average amount of oil. Went to this particular location and had one of the best experiences as far as auto maintenance is concerned, the entire staff was respectful and courteous. Ordinarily anytime I have my vehicle serviced there is some type of headache but the manager at this particular location and all staff made certain not just myself but all customers that were there when I was were treated with respectful and courteous behavior from what I saw. The shop was clean and very organized in my opinion and I am going to be a customer for life because of the service I received.Service: Auto maintenance

They are true to their name with fast service. Reasonable prices and good customer service makes me come back to them. Any upselling they do is for routine maintenance items that are overdue anyways.

Avoid this business for your state inspection. They do not follow the guidelines for a safety inspection and will cost you time and money resolving issues not part of the criteria.
