Charged 400.00 to top of my son's AC off without leak check. AC leaked our freon in less than 24 hours . Recommended 900.00 brake job on car with 5000 miles on new brakes. Im BTW a 20 year mechanic that didnt have time to fix this as my son was leaving on vacation the next day and I couldnt get to it in time. My mistake I should have made time. This place is not ethical. Certainly wasnt 3 MM that was a bold face lie and when my son gets back from vacation I will post pics with calipers. Most likely the reason it passed leak inspection with your machine is because either you do not know how to properly use the equipment or the schrader valve you plugged your machine in at was leaking and a good mechanic would have used a freon sniffer at the high and low side connectors. Definetly a mechanic with actually over 30 years in biz and over 100k in tools.

I usually love this place. The girl at the front desk and who also works on cars speaks to me so kindly and doesn t talk down to you like some men in the industry. Today I pulled up for an oil change and the guy immediately said we have new management since December and probably don t have you on file and then said they don t honor coupons anymore at the location even though they always have. I also was confused about the pricing and wanted an explanation and asked very nicely and he was rude, dismissive, condescending, and misogynistic. They started Ladies Day on Wednesday and I hope he isn t working those days or that he wasn t the manager. I never write reviews, but his attitude made a lifelong customer decide to go somewhere else.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. I had an oil change and inspection done. The staff explained everything that my car needed, but didn't press me to get everything done there. I have been places that really press to do everything with them so I appreciated that they didn't. I would definitely recommend.

Went for state inspection and was told I had no breaks and really shouldn t drive it. If I did review I d get $5 off inspection- ( might be why so many 5 star reviews..because you have to show you did review to get discount.) Went for second opinion and was told though my breaks were getting low it could wait til next oil change. They were not gone as I was told. Last time I ll go to Kwik Kar.

Don't spend your money here.Took my vehicle in to be serviced for an oil leak, being new to the area. Trusted the reviews. We were led to believe all was well and good, until we pulled out of the lot. The car wouldn't accelerate. After I took it back, the manager told me, "they did the cheapest repair they could, and there is still a leak." I never asked for the cheapest repair. I asked for the oil leak to be repaired. It does no good paying for a solution that didn't fix it. This was my one means of getting back and forth to work. Now I'm out of the repair money and have to pay another company to fix what these crooks didn't. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

I went in for a routine inspection. The person at the front desk was very nice and responded well to my questions. My car was inspected within 15 minutes with no difficulty. I have had difficulty with waiting in the past due to large volume but with this visit During the mid week it was very easy.

Kwik Kar has been nothing short of incredible! I recently purchased a car and when the issues came up they were kind, professional and prompt dealing with the whole situation. They went above and beyond in helping me and my gratitude seems very small compared to all they did. I highly recommend them

DON'T GO HERE. They recommended me engine air filter and cabin air filter replacement. Later when I went to another repair shop, they said that the engine air filter box has a damage. And the mechanic seemed not to know where the cabin air filter box is. There is a scrape around the box. Less experienced mechanics I think. They were ok a few years ago. But not this time.

Matthew was awesome! Even though we came into his service store 20 minutes before closing with an issue, he stayed until he resolved it for us.I highly recommend coming to Kwon Kar Store #8140 because of his kindness and dedication to helping others. Plus, he was able to get us back on the road so quickly.Great service, great attitude, fantastic guy!!

Kameron was very informative and did a great job explaining the inns and outs of service for my car. Gave lots of info but never felt like he was trying to push a sale. A great customer service experience. Will definitely be returning.

I have been going here for last couple of years to service my Honda Pilot. Did oil change, fuel system clean, radiator service. Noticed three screws out of four missing on engine filter housing, a plyer was left choking the radiator overflow pipe. Went back spoke to Kyle they told me screw was missing before hand and plyer was left by mistake. Really concerned about lake of check after servicing the parts, these are things which are visible and I was able to find issue. Not sure where we can t check what else being missed.

Came in to obtain copy of receipt for my inspection. They happily agreed to do the inspection right then and did it for free. Amazing service and they were very busy at the time.

Jovita and Sarah were so awesome and so quick with my inspection. It was definitely my fault for waiting until the last minute but they got me in for the last inspection and I m so grateful. Me & my husband, we moved from CA to TX few months ago (due to my only sister has been diagnosed with Blood Cancer-Leukemia), so we got both our car for State Inspection. We didn t wait for long, and for sure we know everything were good with our cars, and it only took us less than an hour to get it done and have the report. We waited in the waiting room (which is very comfortable by the way). Thank you for all the service we provided. For sure we will use this place for every inspection we would need in the future & I definitely recommend to anyone who needs car inspection (both regular or State) to have it done here. Was here for a state inspection. There were a few cars in front of me but it seemed to be moving quickly. Great first impression. Plenty of waiting areas inside and out.Came back a year later for state inspection. Still very busy so go early. Quick and easy place!
