Tim accommodated my appointment time preference and Lance was very friendly, answering all of my questions at check-in. I asked for a wheel alignment check, and Phillip got in touch to let me know about needed attention to my brakes and helped me to understand everything. I ended up needing a ride, and Pam was so nice to pick me up in the complementary shuttle. It was after closing time by the time I arrived for my car and the gentleman waiting for me was very kind. I felt quite comfortable during the whole procedure. And my car is safer and rides so smoothly now! This place is a winner,

I am always skeptical when it comes to car repair shops for good reason. My wife s car died in the middle of the road and I had to make a split decision on where to have it towed to. I had heard good things about Christian Brothers so I quickly made the call. I am glad I did my dad was a mechanic for 20 years, so I always had a phone a friend to question what was being suggested each step of the way. Philip and the team at Christian Brothers, did not disappoint. Everything they suggested, was directly in line Felt should be done, so I never once felt like they were trying to add work to just increase the billing fee. In the end, all the repairs were completed in a timely manner, and all of the staff at the flower mound location were extremely friendly. They have definitely earned a customer for life in me.

Easiest experience without all the hassle. I love the detailed repair list and the option to decline or accept the repair. My experience was low pressure and all around great! Easy drop off outside of business hours was a plus. All of my questions were answered and repairs were done with very reasonable turnaround.

I brought in a 1992 land cruiser. An old truck with high miles and several leaks. They corrected all of the leaks. They were very good at communication and supplied a shuttle to pick me up and drop me off. Highly recommend.

I brought my 88 Cadillac here to look at the starter and they did a thorough inspection to find other issues that needed my attention. They replaced the starter, did a degrease and dye test, replaced a marker light bulb, among other things like topping off power steering fluid and checking the tire pressure. Everyone here was extremely friendly and they made sure I understood exactly what they were doing to my car and why. I will definitely be back here to get my brakes fixed in the future!!

I was very pleased with my first visit. The service advisor Phillip was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well from beginning to end of process. A courtesy check of my vehicle was performed and no unnecessary items were recommended to be fixed. After diagnosis of my problem, options were explained well. The text communication showing what they did and results was informative. My first experience was good earning my confidence and trust to use them in the future.

They did a fantastic job on my wife's car. It was my first time using them from a recommendation from my mother-in-law, and let me say, I'll only be using them from now on. Communication and quality of service were excellent. We have been going to Christian Brothers for many years. Lance and his team are the best, and go above and beyond. I dropped my car off to them on a Thursday and mentioned to them that I needed it back on Friday because we were going out of town. Lance and team worked late on friday to get it done, and drove it to my house so that we would have it. This is why I will always take all of my cars to them.

I had a severe engine coolant leak in my 15 year old Lexus RX350. I tried to get an appointment at Christina Brothers using their website which was a waste of time since there was no appointments available. Apparently they only allow you to drop your car off and they ll get to it wherever they get to it. However, after dropping it off they did quickly get back to me with the diagnosis of a bad water pump. They gave a quick quote for replacing the pump together with several other things They thought I should take care of. The quote was sent online and was clear as far as what they were committing to do and what they would charge for each item. I was able to approve the work to be done online. Therefore, I didn t have return to the shop to approve any of the work.I haven t had much repair work done lately so I may not be a good one judge if the quotes were competitive. I thought charging $1000 to replace a $250 part was pretty high. Although it may compare with what a Lexus dealer would charge since getting to the water pump looked to be a fairly big challenge.The process was pretty easy and altogether it took three days. One day for the diagnosis, one day waiting for parts and one day to install. Which was consistent with what I was told when I Dropped the car off.Bottom line. Auto repairs can be an expensive and time consuming process. However, I believe Christian Brothers does handle it as well as can be expected.

From the front desk to the techs in the bay, the service was very welcoming and friendly. The communication during the time my car was in the shop was consistent, frequent and informed, I had no worries or confusion on what was happening with my car and when it was happening. The work done was solid and lasting. Also, the waiting room is cozy with coffee and water. They offer complementary shuttle rides, should you need it! I would definitely recommend this honest and values driven shop for all of your car needs!*honest review: I was not paid, nor given discounts, gifts or anything of the like for providing this review. Very efficient from check in to getting my car at the front door after completing the work. I have confidence in the completed work. Have used Christian Brothers Auto many times and never have had an issue. Free transportation is an additional perk!

We have going to CBA in Flower Mound for almost a decade and all the staff are professional, the work they do is great, and the prices are more than fair. It is very hard to find a good mechanic that will not overcharge or perform work that is not needed. We will continue to go to CBA-Flower Mound for all our vehicles.

This repair shop has much integrity as 4 other shops quoted me up to $3000 for services that weren't even needed. It ended up being a $252. repair. They gained a forever customer.

I ve used CB in the past and have always been pleased. However I went in recently to get a quote to have 2 rear shocks installed on our sequoia, after receiving the quote, they told me the reason it s $1200.00, to replace 2 rear shocks, was because they had to remove the exhaust system. I took it down the road to Firestone and had them do it for $650. And they didn t have to remove exhaust system.

I heard a noise from the brakes on my wives highlander so, I took it in for inspection. Philip called and said the brakes were 50% and didn't need repaired at that time but, the oil was needing changed. Most places would have said to get the brakes done. Money is tight these days and to get more use out of brakes was great news. It allowed me to get the alignment done on my car which, I usually take to the dealership. They were also $20 less then every other shop in town. I trust this place with all my auto needs.

I've called for a simple rear brake pad replacement and given the vehicle information for the total amount. She told me it would be $700 along with a brake fluid flush totaling $900! Seriously!

Brought my car here to have it checked over after another place tried to scam me. They were quick to work me in, efficient, and trustworthy going as far as to provide me with pictures of everything they checked. Great service!!

I will never go anywhere else for any car related issues. Everyone that I interacted with while there was polite and treated me with respect (if you are a woman reading this you re probably familiar with how women are treated when dealing with anything car related). I was sure I had a problem with my brakes and was preparing myself to dish out lots of $$$ for a repair. They could have told me I needed a repair now and charged me; I wouldn t have known the difference. But they checked everything and told me that, while I was going to need a brake repair done in the near future, they were still good for now-no problems were discovered. With that, I became a loyal customer.
