The wife of the mechanic is very rude, unprofessional and a liar. She took my daughters money guaranteed she'd do the job only for her to keep the money and refuse to come finish the job. She talked like a street thug and even though the husband was willing to refund due to his wife's miscommunication the wife grabbed the phone hollering obscenities and threatening me. She is a scam artist and I would never do business or recommend them. Beware of these scammers. They left my $27 k thousand vehicle tore up . Horrible people

I had these people come out to my house and they didn t do the job that was given the lady was very rude and she came out and stole my money and it is the 4th day and she didn t answer my calls and didn t complete the job. I gave her 100$ cash up front for. 75$ charge that was told to me. And when she didn t want to complete my vehicle she don t want to give my money back or fix my truck. Be careful with this lady !!!! She is evil and rude to customers I will be calling the cops for such a horrible experience with these people!! I hope y all find someone else then this business

Although this company was unable to come and assist me, Amy stayed on the phone with me while I was stranded. She gave me information on how to get help by explaining to me how to get an onstar account. Not only did she go far and beyond, she assisted me with keeping my daughters and I safe and getting the help we needed in a timely manner. Great service with considerate hearts and willing to help you in any possible way that she could.

I don't normally do reviews on places. But these people did an amazing job with my Mustang. I just wanted to leave a review saying that when I first called them they knew What was wrong with it before I even told him what I thought was wrong with it. My Mustang is also a high performance car And he still did an amazing job. I very highly recommend these Amazing people.

Update- they are always minimum 4 hours late.I thought it was just a busy weekend on first visit, but I think it s a bad time management.- first visit: told wait was 1 hr, showed up 5 hrs later- Pick up after service: promised the car by noon, car was actually done 4:30 pm- Second visit: told wait was 30 min at 4:30 pm, showed up at 9:30 pm with no communication in between waiting.- I was told I needed new injectors and back brakes, I took it to another mechanic after waiting 4 hrs, apparently my injectors are fine and I have more than 50% of the back brakes left.- They left some parts in the trunk of my car maybe they some pick up some day. I had to reach out multiple times, now suddenly they don t need them. What am I to do with random car parts and junk?- -Its always so intimidating to go to a mechanic as 20 something yr old female. Ive never had a mechanic wash, clean (outside and inside the hood), and explain which and what part needed to be fixed so well. I think i learned more from Amy and Sergio about my car than anyone else. Its a GOOOD mom and pop shop. They will come meet you and work around things. They will educate you and not dump bunch of names of the parts. Will be going back to them in couple months for other maintenance work.Amy does all coordinating invoices and Sergio is only mechanic. Give them time, they will give back your car after a good care.

Amazing work!! We called late at night and they were so helpful for being so late and actually fixed the problem on the side of the road not a bandaid fix. Highly highly recommend their work!!! Such great business and service!

Called for services for a stripped nut on a spark plug. The wife walked me through many different ways to get it out and was very honest about the possibilities of it breaking. She was very through and even followed up with me to make sure I was able to complete the job!

My car broke down and I call them for help.Pros:Fixed the car.Help me get my car tow for free.They brought my car to my house when finished.Cons:When asked for an estimate the lady told me that they didn t know yet but that I was going to be happy with the price .The problem on my car end it up being the alternator and the serpentine belt. I sent the money for the car pieces and when I was trying to communicate to see around what time the car was going to be ready they wouldn t answer my calls or texts.At first the lady told me it would take 2hours and it ended up being 2 full days. I understand inconveniences happen but the big lack of communication from their part is a big red flag. When they finished with my car they told me they were on their way (we live 7 minutes away) 25 minutes passed by and I texted them to see if everything was ok because they still didn t arrive. After 5 minutes I got a text from her saying again that they were on their way. Another 20 minutes passed by and she texted me again that they were on their way. They ended up taking a whole hour after the first on my way when it should ve been 10 minutes.It ended up being a total of $808 with all I spent to fix it. Overall I wasn t satisfied with the price or customer service experience.

We had an emergent situation and couldn't transport our car to get it fixed. Amy came within the hour, quoted us fairly, fixed the problem and the surprise repair! She went out of her way and drive us to get a battery and installed it (she has a heart of gold)! Will be using them again if any repairs are needed! Very professional, patient and willing to teach the tricks of the trade!Service: Battery

Terrible business ran by terrible people, these people came to my house worked for 2 and a half hours and then claim they worked for 3 they were suppose to replace a drive belt and didn't but put on a flimsy belt that didn't even fit then took out the undercarriage removed all kinds of pieces filled with oil and threw them in my backseat and ruined my seats and carpet, then demanded I pay them extra after agreeing to $100 hr because the dumb wife said she feels Sergios credentials are "underappreciated" and demanded extra money then when I refused to pay the extra amount the wife harassed me and my family then came out with the truth saying she has a personal bill she needs to pay and that's why she's charging extra and I had to call a REAL mechanic out there to fix what they broke and left now she's harassing and threatening me and my loved ones because I didn't care about her little sob story about her bills btw they also stole and kept my $400 battery lol

Had a tire issue at 7 am. Called them up and I was up and going at 9 am. Came and took care of me and got me on my way. Will definitely use his services again. Bought used part for heater hose tee bar one price not two we needed from junk yard, was told they didn t sell full heater hose set at autozone only to find out when she came to meet me after breaking down and after first repair of heater hose tee bar that they did sell it when I broke down 20 mins after repair. Amy fixed it outside auto zone but could have fixed it right the first time before fluid spilled all over engine and car overheated. The used hose crumbled a month later and ended up ordering correct parts getting redone.

Good and decent gentleman to deal with. Sergio and Ammy were really helpful. Had problem with my serpentine belt even late hours they got it done. I'll recommend Sergio for any one near Fort Worth and BLUE Mound area.

I had a great experience with Sergio and Amy. They came out and help replace my Egnition lock. Price was very reasonable. Other places were trying to charge $500 to $700 but they did it way cheaper
