Had a flat on a Sunday! Only place we would pull into to get fixed. We were in and out in a few minutes. Guy was real nice and helped get us fixed and back safely on the road.

I was broke down 14 min away from this shop. They came out within an hour to look for an air leak. The mechanic finds the leak within a couple of hours. That was great he told me it was late and to fix it was going to require him to have to get parts the following morning granted it was a Friday night so he told me they will have come out early the next morning take the hose off and see they could find it. I told him ok, cool." The next morning, I wake up and call, trying to get an update on time they are coming back. I was told it would be after 8 am. because part stores open at 8. They didn't come, 9 so I called, and one of the guys told me they were sending someone outI called at 10:15, and he told me he was sending someone outSo I started calling around because I knew what was needed. I found one part store that had it, so I called the mechanic back and told him that the part store had it, but they closed at noon. He told me ok he would send someone after a couple more calls as time was winding down. He finally sent his mechanic out at 1130 to pull a part off my truck and go get the hose measured and cut. Needless to say, they didn't make the part storeSo they go back to San Antonio to get the hosecut and get a fitting. So by the time they made it to me, I was sitting on the side of the road for 24hrs. And then when they got there they had the wrong size hose. Andat the end, after being charged $1800.00, and they just used the hose that was on the truck, they cut it and put a fitting on the end. The moral of this long day is to read reviews before you call this shop for service.

BEWARE: Never got a detail Invoice, just a credit card charge. No job on the truck. They will just take pictures of vehicle and charge you for showing up. WILL MAKE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT VIA INTERNET and then charge you upon discretion. Do not use, unless you want to waste your time & money away.

OTR driver here who had a breakdown just south of San Antonio TX while loaded up heading to Nevada. I was able to drive to the shop at roughly 830pm. About midnight, I was up running again. However, shortly after I left the facility, the problem still persisted so I went directly back to the shop. The tech maintenance guys continued to work on my truck until 3am when I was finally back up and running and on my way to Nevada. It's not that their mechanics are head and shoulders above anywhere else I've bee, but the fact they worked diligently through the night to get me back on the road before the sun was up. Exceptional company. Very satisfied

Avoid. I called for a road call they did not have proper equipment to run a diagnostic on a PACCAR which kept me down for 5 days after finally having enough I went to a dealership that fixed my truck in less then 2 hours.....truck masters held my trailer hostage until I paid them 3100$ for fixing absolutely nothing. They will 100% milk you for cash if they think they can get away with it. Avoid this place. Find another place that deserves your business.Edit: I did a little digging and it didn't take long to find out the owner owes a lot of money to shops and is refusing payment. On top of that there are over a dozen cases where he charged people without fixing anything. This is a scammer. Stay away! If you fell victim to this guy please email me! We've already reached out to others that posted. Safe driving!

They were called yesterday to do a road service to replace a fuel pump and they damaged our starter by trying to crank it too many times until it started smoking. I requested also fuel delivery and they delivered below from what the truck needed, then refused to continue doing service because the truck was at risk of being towed even thought it was in a safe place to work on. They charged us quite a bit when nothing was resolved and they walked away from the repair and still did not resolve the issue. Do not use these people, you have been warned.

Charge fair for what they do, you dont have money to pay fix it on your own. Props to timYou cant place a price on a good mechanic

This company did decent work, but was very slow. It took 5 hours to do brake chamber on a trailer and quick release valve on the truck. Technician could not speak English which made communication hard. Dispatch was uninformed as to the progress of the job. They were very expensive and over charged. would not negotiate the charge after take so long and delaying the load.

Very satisfied with their service. They came out and realized it wasn t a easy fix. Took care of getting the truck towed back to their shop. Got it in pretty quick. Gave me a ride to a nice hotel and picked me back up the next evening. Very friendly, knowledgeable and good at the job. Definitely recommend. No I m not family, I was 800 miles from our shop and they took great care of us. Thank you!

Please find another place, do not go there - This shop seemed very convenient when we had a blow out tire in our trailer less than 5 minutes away from there. So we called them for help and they said they would be on the way in a few minutes. We waited, and waited but they got there 3 hours later. When they finally changed the blowed-out tire they charged fees for all kinds of things making the bill to almost $1,000 when the tire was only $367. A few minutes later, we realized the tire they installed was rubbing on the trailer because they installed the wrong size. When we called to complain, they said they would be there in a few minutes to check it but again, it took them an hour to get there. To top it off, everyone there had a super bad attitude, were rude, and very unprofessional when I called to check on the status of the tech. Do not stress out, find another place.Service: Tires

These are an top i notch group of guys to do business with! Rey and Tim worked on my trucks and did a great job! They were able to get right on my trucks when I brought them in. Had a multitude of issues that they repaired from AC to fault codes to installing cb radios and gps tracking devices and pm servicing. glad I found these guys. Marco is who I instructed the different issues to be worked on and he relayed the information to the techs and got the repairs completed faster than any shop I ve been to.I ll be getting all of my work done here now.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Charged me 2100.00 for a failed service call. Diagnostic told them it was a sensor issue and could not be repaired on service call. Instead of just letting me call a tow truck he spent hours working on a battery that was not the problem. Do not use for service call in the Texas area. Will rip you off on labor fee1409.00 in so called labor fees and still failed to repair anything

This place is very bad with how they do things. My truck was there for 10 days because they didn't know what they was doing. First they tell me it's the clutch and it going to be $2400 a clutch. Which they marked up over $1000.00 because they take advantage of the owner operators. So they put the clutch in on day number eight and the truck was doing the same thing it was towed there for. Then they took all day long the next day trying to figure out what was wrong. I called them and they told me to quit calling to check on my truck. They told my driver that I wanted them to go to a hotel and they would add it to the bill, which was a lie. This shop isn't reliable and run from this place. With 10 days of lost income that should of taken 2 1/2 days they just want to rip people off. The final bill was almost $6300.00 as they marked the parts up 50% which was over $4100.00 in parts that my freightliner dealer quoted me $2025.00 for the same parts. I asked them to discount the bill to $5800.00 because they took so long and the manage refused. If you don't want to be sitting for 10 days don't take anything to this shop as the are scammers.

This place is very bad look that picture they replace my truck Volvo Rear break shoes two will seal they charge $1,787.30 Please be aware that place in case if you are coming ask before they start work for your truck I never see like that place. Very bad owner and works be careful don t trust them. Very bad so sad

I would give this place a zero if possible,. I called this shop to replace a steer tire , they ripped us off and charged us 1500$ for one tire.Don t ever call this place , they will try to destroy u. Be very careful from this shop , omg they are horrible to work with .Service: TiresService: Tires

We call road service with air leak problemThey said is dryer , we said ok fix it , we end up paying 1,998$ The tech was spending all day ( I guess just to charge more money )Few hours later we have same problem down the road , we call them again and they said don t worry is is the same problem you don t be charge again . End up being same problem with dryer and they charge us again 1,695$ and telling us when they get return on faulty dryer will pay us back . Never did and is already 1month later they don t get refund for dryerThey all lie and overcharge us but this is what road service do , can t trust no one .we end up paying 3,683$ for air leak and been held up 2 daysThey just lie Manny , Walter . Stay away from this service if you don t want to be overchargeHorrible experience

More efficient than average mechanics round town highly recommend just to say that semi trucks from Laredo, Dallas, San Antonio. West Texas etc. Come around to get service at Truck Master Diesel Mechanic for a big reason...I got my Volvo to do a camshaft replacement and I was treated well great customer service hands on work just in a matter of minutes

Problem not solved, bad service and I've done business here before. Recommend them to others,Sitting at another shop now waiting to get the same thing done. Bad service, bad work not the truck and tire masters I'm use to. Wish you guys well. I know Mr Manny for 5 years,very satisfied his service,he did a lot of different work my TRK and My REEFER TRL also MY CRUDE OIL TRL.he is a well professional mechanic well respected,I should give him more than 5 stars, him and his teams are nor wasting time until they finish the job, Fair rate even much lower the market, I recommend to go his Shop or call him any time if you are in South TEXASServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning

Dont get fooled by these so called master they are a complete rip off company that dont know what they are or do,charged 500 dollars for coming out to repair a tire that was more beaten up than the one they took off i suggest to no bother calling for any reason even if your in desperate need look for real professionals not rip offs.

Even one star is way too much for them, they are theives and liars. On the website it says open 24 hours, then when you call them on the weekend they want to charge you like a road call $75 for call and $115 per hour. Don't give them any business they are not worth your hard earned money.
