We are so pleased with the work we've had done here that they've become our go to people for any issues we might have with our truck and also our routine maintenance. They're very professional and very fair. We're a team and our truck never stops running so it's always important that we are able to roll in and roll out in a timely manner and One Stop has always been able to do that for us. Great people, great shop!

Emergency road service to replace broken wheel studs on bus. Service was punctual and beyond the word excellent. If there was a way to grade with 10 stars, I gladly would. I highly recommend and remain truly grateful.

Pulled into weigh station area off I35 south with a flat tire. Officer gave me One Stop Shop LTX business card and said they were right up the road. I called and they could not have been nicer. Even though it was 5:30am. He said that they usually only do commercial calls but since I was in a bind and they were close he would call one of his guys to help me. He said his service fees are high since he does large commercial work but gave me a reduced rate and asked if that was ok. Price was not bad that he quoted and I was just happy for the assistance. His guy arrived and was very courteous and got me on my way quickly. He was so friendly and helpful, even gave him a nice tip. Just a pleasant and professional experience.Service: Tires

Driver had issues , with a water hose running to radiator on a Sunday an close to mid night. Called One Stop an Jerry answered quickly - I sent over pictures of the problem an he responded that they had the parts needed instock an that they could get to our driver withing 30 minutes. Road service arrived quickly an within minutes issue was resolved. Would recommend One Stop Shop 100% - great service an reasonable prices.

These guys took care of me and my truck asap. Not only did they fix my issue but gave me good tips to keep me productive. I won't call anyone else besides one stop shop next time I've got an issue.

Let's be honest people. Nobody enjoys needing repairs. I was recently in an OOS situation with urgent need of repairs. One Stop Shop responded to those needs quickly and professionally. Replacing a wheel seal is not a quick process. I was not only offered a private comfortable place to rest while the repairs were being done, I was also offered the use of the owners private vehicle to get something to eat. The shop was clean, organized, and adequately furnished with all the necessary tools to professionally complete the task. I felt I received very good service for a very reasonable price. I read a negative review about the place but could only assume the author made an unfair assessment. I would not only recommend this shop, but would certainly use it again should the need ariseServices: Tires, Brakes

Jerry took care of us! Got pulled into the inspection station, got dinged for a leaking brake chamber and got put OOS..Called and he was there less than a half-hour. Followed him to his shop 2 minutes away and had us out in an hour and some change..

One Stop Shop LTX is amazing! They saved us from the side of the road and went out of their way to help us with a really difficult to find part. After all that work, our batteries died and they jump started our semi. We are so grateful to them for all the effort they put into helping us! We know where we're taking our truck for repairs when we need em. 10/10 would definitely recommend!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Jerry came to my rescue when my truck failed a DOT inspection. He was prompt and did such a good job. Brakes reliable, dependable, communication was excellent. Great service and and a good value.To be honest, even though I m not the owner of the truck, I have spoken with him directly about certain things on the truck and he has gotten back to me on every question I asked and has given me his honest answers.In other words he is great at what he does mechanically and he enjoys talking to/helping the customer understand what s the best decision to make, from his point of view and that s what I like the most.Thanks Jerry I appreciate having you there as a reliable mechanic and source of info. Waited an hour for a different towing company that never arrived. Called One Stop Shop and had somebody out to help with my vechile in less than 20 minutes! Very helpful! Definitely recommend!

I had come back from home time to a dead battery, and everyone was quoting a 5+ hour wait to get out to me to jump it. Granted, I do live practically in the middle of nowhere, but these guys gave an ETA of 2 hours or less, and they actually arrived in about 45 minutes. They immediately got to work on my truck. They were extremely professional, and knowledgeable. They tested the batteries, and alternator, and ensured everything worked well before leaving. They let me know what was going on with the batteries, and were very respectful. I would recommend these guys to every driver I know.Service: Battery

Recommended ! Really good and professional place. We had a problem with fuel tank and the shop took tank off, welded repaired and put it back on at the same time. We got to the shop about 8 pm and next morning truck left the shop . Thank you guys for your help .

Had an issue with the wiring on my trailer and they were able to pin point the problem and fix it in under an hour which included rewiring a good portion of my harness Jerry the owner stands behind his work id definitely return for any future repairs his prices are fair he explains the repairs that are needed. It's not often theses days you find an honest mechanic stop in and see for yourself don't just take my word for it.Services: Tires, Electrical

These went above and beyond in their service they were friendly and so understanding about how difficult the situation is when you are stranded on the side of the road they offered supplies in case I need them. Had a sleeper airbag blowout. These guys got to me right away. Fixed it in a timely fashion. And very respectable price. Thanks Gerardo we will we back in the future.
