Since I've written this review, I've had 3 more unrelated issues with my vehicle and they've taken care of every single one. All 4 issues were dealt with at My Transmission and Auto Care Experts. They not only worked with my warranty company to get everything lined up, but also did a great job fixing the issue, and in a timely manner. They communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend and trust them!!!

I had my transmission and cv-axel completely replaced in about a week and a half. They also worked with me on keeping costs down and still got my car running like new. Can t recommend enough! Brian was amazing to work with!

Two days ago, I entrusted my truck to this shop for a straightforward front differential oil change. However, the experience quickly deteriorated when they faced a seized filling plug. Instead of adopting gentler methods such as penetrating oil or heat application, the mechanics resorted to brute force, wielding a large breaker bar and hammer. This approach not only failed to solve the issue but also severely damaged the filling plug, rendering the oil change impossible.Disappointingly, their response to this mishap was equally unsatisfactory. I was simply advised to seek assistance elsewhere, without so much as an apology for the damage inflicted on my vehicle. Consequently, I am now faced with the potential expense of hundreds of dollars for professional repair due to their negligence.Interestingly, after I when home I was able to perform the oil change myself at home using a basic $5 manual oil pump and the drainage plug, a task that took me no more than 30 minutes after consulting a YouTube tutorial. This experience not only questions the competence of the mechanics at this place when you can do better by watching a youtuber online.I don't know, maybe you will have a better luck at this place, my experience was far from satisfactory. A mere YouTube video proved to be more beneficial than the services offered by these so-called "professionals."

My husbands car had what we thought was a faulty battery and we went to autozone to get it replaced. Not even 5 minutes later we were having another issue and I told him to just pull into the first place we saw which was my transmission experts. Jerry came over to take a look and told us our alternator was bad! They said the part would be about 1,000 dollars and we said we couldn t do that. Jerry got on google and helped us find a parts shop that had a more reasonably priced part to change out. They were closing in about an hour and he told us if we could get back in time he d replace it. So we hurried and got the part and came back and they fixed it! My husband went to return the old alternator and the car broke down a little ways away. He sent a video to Jerry of what was going on but the shop was closed by that point. Jerry got in his personal vehicle and drove to my husband to take a look and figure out the problem. The alternator belt just needed to be adjusted and he did just that and the car worked good as new. That is above and beyond customer service! I told Jerry he s found customers for life with have far he went to help us! If you need anything fixed please go to Jerry he is amazing!! This all happened in the same day by the way which i think is even more impressive! Thank you Jerry for your amazing customer service!!!

I had a great experience. Brian was in communication with me the whole time and have different opinions on how we could proceed to get my son s truck fixed in a timely manner. If I have vehicle problems this is where I m going.

This place is a joke! Don t waste your time and money!!! Brian is a complete liar and you can t trust anything he says. I wouldn t let these guys put air in my tire much less rebuild a transmission or anything else! Complete crooks!

Absolutely loved this place! They did a very thorough inspection of my truck and kept in constant communication with the services they recommended.once we came up with a plan, they were very efficient and true to the timeline they gave me. Will definitely use them for any future automotive needs!!

I was quoted $7000 from another transmission shop, said the transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. Had Jesse diagnose this and he figured it could be fixed with a new filter and a flush. $450 later and the vehicle drives like a champ now! I will bring any vehicle of mine with transmission issues over to these guys. Thanks!!

I brought my car in for a clutch replacement and the manager Brian Williams took excellent care of me. He was very honest and upfront with the whole process. Started the job when he promised and was very informative the whole time. As soon as the inspection was completed he called me an discussed my options for the repair. over all I was very pleased with the whole process. And I will certainly be back if I have any future repairs needing to be done.Service: Transmission

First off, I'm not an easy customer to deal with when it comes to someone working on my truck. Lol. I salute the staff there for putting up with all my questions about my transmission rebuild. Jimmy was great with his communication. Kept me well informed. The tech did an amazing job and was timely with the repair. Runs perfect. Actually better then it did before it failed. Had a motor mount go out at the same time and to put my mind at ease (because I questioned the cause of the failure) they went ahead and replaced it for free and showed me that the mount went out due to age not by any cause of their own. Saved me around $300 and I now feel bad about not trusting them. They shuttled me back and forth to the shop for free too. Repair cost was fairly priced. The biggest thing for me is trusting a repair shop. I definitely trust My Transmission Experts after my experience. Thanks again guys!

Excellent customer service ! Put a battery in for me no charge after taking my truck in for a check engine light. Would definitely return and highly recommendUpdate: these guys did a great job on my brakes and oil change. I had great experience when I took my car in for repair, after inspecting the problem the manager call and told me it was a manufacture recall. He had already call the local dealership and made a appointment for me. The problem was fixed two days later. All around good experience. The guys on the phone from day one were nice professional and very helpful. Very Knowledgeable and professional. Another shop told me to take my vehicle to a transmission expert because they couldn t fix the problem and I found the experts! Brian Williams and his team at Transmission Expert in Montgomery are the best! They gave us a comprehensive overview of what was wrong with our son s truck and were able to fix it in a very timely manner. They are honest, efficient, and just all around nice people. Great service!! Basically bought a used car in horrible condition along with an extended warranty. Brought the truck in to have to check out as well as us warranty Not only did they get to me in a timely manner, they also updated me every single time they spoke with warranty company I could barely get another garage to call me back. Dropped my 4l60e off to get rebuilt. Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me several options to go with as far as parts and pricing. They had it ready in a few days. So far I have 600 miles on the unit and so far so good! Will recommend to others!
