I pay monthly for unlimited wash with tire clean & shine included, but my tires are not getting clean at my primary location, BlueWave, Montgomery, TX.

Super friendly, professional, and convenient. David educated me on the memberships and wash options. Doesn't take a long time to get a good quality wash. The car wash looks well run by the most courteous staff. No charge extra for vacuuming is what sold me!

I stopped by BlueWave Express Car Wash in Montgomery this morning while on my way from Austin to Conroe. I was warmly greeted by Edgar, who helped me with wash selection & payment. Entry into the wash was easy to navigate, and the car wash did a fast & thorough job. I enjoyed using the vacuums after the wash, & was pleasantly surprised when Edgar started drying my car with a towel as I vacuumed. Such great customer service! I will make this a regular stop on my frequent trips between Austin & Conroe.

They gave me the most excellent service for my car. I will always continue going there. I m the Staff members are incredibly nice especially this young man named Stephen he made sure my car was clean to the core. He was a good service man for my vehicle i ve never met someone with so much gratitude. Enjoy. I will 10/10 go back. I definitely Recommend blue wave express car wash they have great services but if you really want your car done. Ask for Stephen

I recently visited this location and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the quality of their work was exceptional. I love the option for vacuums, air, and towel services. It looks like there were new things added on which is great because the car looked amazing after it was done. The manager David was friendly and offered me a towel to wipe down my car. I highly recommend Bluewave to anyone looking for a top-notch car wash experience.

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptionally great customer service here at this location. I also got to meet the new manager David. He was very helpful and provided me all the info I needed on the membership. Everything looks great here and I m glad I chose to come here. My car definitely feels at home here now. Thank you all so much! And David definitely deserves a raise for his great and positive customer service.

The customer service here is nothing short of excellence. Even one of the managers, David, will come out and assist with drying and demonstrates an invested leader who cares for his customers. This place is taking the car washing business to a while new level and actively finds ways to care for its members, not just clean your car. I highly recommend this place without reservation, especially with a manager like David willing to do every level of work regardless of title. This shows impressive character and a solid reflection for the business.

Tanner is ALWAYS smiling and super friendly. Even if I m having a bad day and need my car washed, when I see Tanner I can t help but smile. You can get your car/truck/SUV cleaned anywhere but what sets this place apart is their care for every customer. Visit here once and you re hooked

Great wash! Very thorough. Vacuums were really powerful. And the towel usage is my favorite. Makes it so easy and convenient. Definitely considering a subscription.Staff was very attentive and helpful. David was on top of things from the beginning to the end and clearly explained current and upcoming deals. Highly recommended!Went again today 1/27/24. No towels for my use but Edgar wiped down the whole car! Great Service!

Very efficient, they have towels, free vacuums and you can top off your windshield fluid as well. The manager Seth even helped me wipe down my vehicle. Awesome service! Keep up the good work!

Just want to acknowledge the great customer service experience that I had today. As is always the case, the car wash was very good, the property was clean and well maintained and the associates were friendly and helpful, but I want to single out one associate in particular named Edgar. While I was on one side of my truck drying it off, I looked over and saw that Edgar was on the other side of my truck drying off that side of it. Obviously he didn t have to do that, but he did a great job of drying it off with as much attention to detail as I would do. I really appreciate him going above and beyond expectations to deliver such exceptional customer service. Thank you Edgar!

We always get a great wash and have been customers since opening. Love the vacuums, air and towel service - you guys think of everything. We met David today who came by to introduce himself and assist with a little extra drying in hard to reach areas. The place was full. Keep up the good work.Keep up the good work.

Went to Blue wave in Montgomery today and had exceptional service!! This team did amazing. Very professional helped me sign up for the monthly plan for all my cars. The manager was so Nice. So glad to be doing business with them!!!

Since the change in ownership this car wash has been fantastic. Free for use towels and window spray, always great service! David is a very personable and service oriented manager, five stars all around!

Sometimes it s not always about the place as much as it s about the people but this place takes the cake on both a great facility with great people, I will tell ya the manager David and his staff go above and beyond to make sure your service and experience with them is more than worth every second as well as handle you with the most professionalism. Greatest car wash experience to date. Check em out and leave a review you won t be disappointed.

Always a good experience at this car wash. Love the towels and window cleaner on hand. A little criticism. On the larger SUVs the very back of the vehicles don t get cleaned. May need some adjustments.

Vacuum are always clean and pickup dirt very well.I always have go through the carwash 2 to 3 times. My vehicle has no more that road film and slight dust on it.. Doesn't get all the dirt in 1 cycle and many times all the brushes don't work.

The price is great!The wash is great!The facility is well stocked with everything you need for a clean car.But the thing that will keep us going back over and over is the kindness of the employees

My car is super clean. Stephen was able to help me pick the best wash, since I don t like armorall on my tires but lie my tires cleaned. Thank you Stephen and thank you blue wave for having excellent workers!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting BlueWave Carwash and I wanted to share my experience with you. Let me tell you, it was top-notch! The customer service was outstanding, and Joshua, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He was friendly, attentive, and really took the time to explain all the services they offered. Not only did my car come out sparkling clean, but the whole process was quick and efficient. I highly recommend BlueWave Carwash, and I can't thank Joshua enough for his exceptional service. Definitely give him a shoutout if you ever stop by!

I personally would like to thank Seth with his expertise while explaining and shopping the membership prices with me to help me understand why they price their packages like they do. Unfortunately one downside is that the passenger side of the carwash is never consistent and will either brush the vehicle perfectly or just completely not even touch the vehicle. Thanks!

Wonderful experience! David and his team are exceptionally caring. Went above and beyond to assist my elderly mother when she was having difficulty cleaning her car. I drove up there to shake their hands thank them personally. David was such a professional and assured me it was just common practice to be a "good human". I'd give 100 stars of I could.
