Jerry S. took great care of us today and made sure we had the correct battery for our vehicle. He took the time to install it and replace the connectors as well. So thankful for the help he provided as well as peace of mind. We will continue using this Auto Zone for our vehicles needs.

Tonya was AMAZING!!! She is incredibly helpful and so kind!! I m just a girl and have no idea what to do when it comes to cars. She was incredibly patient, informative, and I am so grateful for her help. She truly went above and beyond to help me. 10/10 customer service!!

After days of going back and forth between mechanics because of confusion with my car batteries, Jerry the store manager was able to help me in about 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my car needed. He even was able to replace the auxiliary battery for me which was under my passenger seat. Saved me about $100 and from having to go back to mechanic. 10/10 recommend and thank Jerry for all of his help!!

So grateful for the store manager, Jerry, and the blessing he was to me. I'm not mechanically inclined but endeavored to change my burnt-out headlights.Lo and behold, I was met with difficulty when not only were my headlights bad but my light plugs were burned out, fuses blown, and little errors here and there sprung up like obnoxious weeds. To my surprise, Jerry came to the rescue with some knowledge, experience, tools, and parts he encouraged me to buy to fix the errors.I moved to the area recently and this local Autozone gained for themselves, a highly satisfied, repeat customer. It's management like this (management that SERVES their customers) that builds trust in the client base. Well done, Jerry.Bendiciones.

The first time I came to this location was for a new battery. The customer service I recieved on that visit 1 year ago to my most recent visit today(and several stops in between) has been top notch. They go above and beyond for their customers. The store is always clean and they always know what I need. 10/5 stars will always come back here.

Jerry and Tonya were the most helpful people I could have hoped for. They were attentive and assisted me in changing my headlight on my Dodge Ram. I highly recommend coming here if you have any automotive needs.

Amazing service from Jerry! I walked in the store completely lost and Jerry was attentive, extremely helpful, & guided me through the items that I needed. He was transparent on costs and even told me about a special offer that was available for items that I was purchasing. What an asset to this company he is! Also helped to change my air filter, wow! Now THIS is customer service! Thank you!!!!

I m not one to complain or talk bad about a business, but when I know what part I need to fix my truck (I m an automotive technician) and the manager tells me straight up no you need this part not a wiring harness and still refuses to sell me a part I need because he doesn t want to sell me the wrong part it s really disappointing. Because I didn t want to escalate anything, I went to oriellys up the street and bought the same part I needed and magically it fixed my problem. This place has great employees and are very helpful. I just think the manager needs to humble himself a little (i didn t ask for him, he just happens to be the only one up front).

Jerry was a Christmas angel for me today. My alternator was going out and draining my battery. He helped me pick out a new one and now it is all repaired! Thanks so much for your helpfulness and using your love of God to share with those who need it! Merry Christmas!

Jerry the manager was super kind and helpful!I replaced my car battery on my 2018 Cadi XT5 at this location about two years ago. It was giving me trouble so I came by to have it checked out. I thought it was a cable or something that needed to be replaced and all the while it was just a bolt that was missing on the top causing lots of problems. Jerry explained how that bolt missing could cause the battery to arc and fry my computer. Car is running perfect now! Thanks so much!

I have never been so impressed with an auto parts store before. Joseph was totally awesome. He checked my battery and determined it needed to be replaced. This was completed in no time. I can t say enough about Joseph. Totally customer focus and has all the skills one would want. I am totally impressed and will be using this store as my go to store for all my auto needs. Best experience I ve ever had at a local auto parts store Jerry. The store manager is an awesome Fellow, he put a battery in my wife s jeep out of the kindness of his heart. We need more people like this on this earth. God bless him.

Jerry and the team went above and beyond when I stopped with a brake light out. Quickly found the right product and installed it for me. I was back on the road in less then 10 minutes. Couldn t ask for better service!

The customer service here is exceptional! We pulled in right at closing to get a brake light, and Jerry not only let us in but went out of his way to help us. He even installed it for us! I highly recommend them!

Went in for some wiper blades and hadn't had to buy them in awhile. The worker lady came and helped but the Manager took the blades and installed them while I was paying. He Made it back inside before I even got my receipt.... Super nice employees!

The app is insane and not in a good way. I changed my store to a store closer to me and purchased a part online and drove to the AutoZone 6 mi from me only to find out that it was at a different AutoZone 11 mi down the road from my house.

Jerry was very helpful. My battery was dead in my Jeep. The information was not in the computer for my 2022, but he looked at the battery, found the one I needed, and put it in my Jeep for me!

I would like to take a moment and put some positivity back in this sometimes ugly world we live in. I was in need of a few things for my car. I went to Autozone and was greeted by Jerry. He was very kind, very professional, very knowledgeable in helping me with the things I needed. He is a great asset to this branch. Went there with a dead battery that was under warranty and was told it was the alternator that was bad. We took our car to a garage only to find out it was the battery that was bad. Autozone associate was very condescending and the manager just didn't want to even be bothered with our needs. The business we took the car to was very thankful for our business and took great care of us. Be aware of Autozone and their terrible warranties and customer service. Corporate should be proud of the AutoZone in Montgomery, TX.....smirk.

Young man at store in Montgomery texas Fox S. Was wonderful made my day . He checked my battery that was dead still under warranty, got me a new one installed it then checked my car to make sure the alternator and everything else was working correctly on it. All checked out. He made my experience at AutoZone wonderful very knowledgeable polite. I thought he was the manager as he is very capable knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. He said he was just a associate there. I will always go to auto zone especially with him working there.

Get your parts elsewhere. My sister went in for a headlight and was charged $100 for a single bulb. Went online and almost all sellers sell the same bulb for $35. This isn't right, 2.8x market value for a bulb. Highway robbery.
