Their printer is always broken. I think it s a forced tactic to get you to hand over your email for a copy (company truck, I can t just not get one) I went by today looking for a copy of my inspection. They said their printer was broken. I said it s fine I just need a pic for proof (for my company only. Not police or any real verification). Then they told me it would be expired because of when I did it. They clearly didn t want to take the time to pull it up so I left. Paid another $7 at another location to get it done just so my company could have a copy. Annoying. I m sure they don t care, but I m not bringing my 3 vehicles here anymore.

Went in a few months ago for oil change and wipers. Everything went okay but they struggled to put the wipers on which I understand well now Its months later time for my oil change and I m really looking at my windshield and it looks like it s scratching cause all this recent rain. I thought it was just gunk from dirty rain It s not. I notice my windshield is scratched BAD in an ark where the guys forgot to take the clips off my wipers window is now permanently damaged

Be weary , went to get an oil change, inspection and rotation. They left the oil filter off the car, causing the engine to lock up in the middle of i10 freeway on my daughter. Could have been catastrophic, thankfully it wasnt. Vavoline did give us the bluebook value of the car and paid for tows and rentals, however car was in the shop for 2 weeks and the money they gave wasnt enough to cover rentals and ubers, for their mistake a careless one at that! A big headache and very stressful , stay the hell away from there if at all possible or ask them to double check that they did their job correcty ..place is a joke!

The 3 stars is for the responsibility they took after a bad oil change. They identified they made a mistake and the claims department was extremely helpful and paid for the repairs needed. I may return to a different location in the future, just not this one. They are friendly, but the mistake cost me to miss work for a couple days and that will definitely hurt. They did also reimburse me for the actual oil change as well and I appreciate that. If you're going to go here, don't go on a Sunday.

The service was great! The only issue I had was that I got Full Synthetic oil and the reminder sticker they gave me said I needed to come back after 3,000 miles when it should be 5,000 miles for Full Synthetic oil. Just something to watch for. No big deal. Update- Same great service. Explained everything before they did it and very friendly. I'll be back.

I went on a Saturday and they had a line to the street. But the line moved fast. Everyone was very nice and polite. Always great service when I go for both trucks.

Went here 3 days before Christmas Vacation and when going out to my truck to return to work, noticed a very sizable oil leak had been coming from my vehicle that had run several feet. Not sure if they left the drain plug hand tight, or pinched an O-ring somewhere but I will amend this review upon correction later this week.Update: went back and waiting in line for 90 minutes. I was told there was no leak, and that is was oil that was coming off the framework around my oil pan, and that the technician should have wiped this off at the time of the oil change. When I informed them there was still a sizable oil pool in my driveway I was going to have to sand, shovel, sweep, and scrub out, they simply shrugged, appoligized, and said there was nothing they could do. Wouldn't even offer me a one time discount should I ever return.

Very quick and inexpensive. I had a coupon and it didn't work but they ended up giving me a better deal than the coupon. Great service better than take 5 oil change

This place does good work but the wait time is so incredibly long. They are extremely slow here. There have been many times I have had to back out of the line just to return on another day. If you are sitting behind more than one car, expect to wait at least 45 minutes.

I've brought all of my vehicles here for a while. However, in the last year or so, it has gone WAY downhill. Prices have gone up, and the wait time is silly. I sat in front of the "please wait while we guide you in" sign for twenty minutes! I finally left after I watched two other vehicles get sent in front of me. I will NOT be returning.

I have two cars I get serviced there and now taking a third a was behind what they said was a fleet truck. Several cars that arrived after me were serviced in bays next to me. So I left to run errands to return later and get moved from a line to another and have someone else bumped ahead of me again. Friend? Family? Either way one technician was outside managing the lines and all was fine but a different tech came out and moved me to the new line which bumped me down. So either allow one tech to manage the lines or watch for people helping out someone they know. Please remove my name from your system I will not be servicing my three vehicle here any longer.

Came in for a oil change and took over 1hr 30min. Hated this spot. Been to the one In Humble & I love it. They had 6-8 guys working but only seemed like 2 of them where actually working.

Did not appreciate the $54.99 charge for a cabin air filter while the engine air filter was only $24.99. Lesson learned to change my own in the future. He told me the price of the engine air filter, which I approved but not the cabin filter.

The service tech, Dylan, was awesome! He was professional, kind, and helpful. My car battery died while getting my state inspection, and he helped by conducting a diagnostic test and sure thing it was the battery. Thanks again for your help!Update - different service techs: I recently went to have an inspection, and it wasn't as great as before. I pulled up and waited about 20 minutes or so, and I did not mind the wait. While waiting, none of the employees approached me to ask what I needed. However, the other two customers that arrived after me were greeted and engaged in casual conversation. I'm not excepting five star treatment, but customers usually return because of great service, but my experience this time lacked customer service, which is shocking bc this place usually does pretty well.

I'm giving it 4 Stars instead of 5 just because it was a different experience. It was like those commercials about not getting out of your car. I'm not used to pulling into the bays that have giant gaping holes in the floor.... Made me a bit nervous. But the service was super fast and the employees seemed competent. We will definitely use them again.

I ll go here at least bare minimum every 3000 miles and I ve never been disappointed. If you look online, they always have very good coupons available as well so they help make it affordable while providing quality service.

I ve been here several times and no issues. Today, after waiting for almost an hour they tell me they are low on oil and will check to see if they have some of the oil my vehicle uses. After checking they say they only have 2 quarts of it and I ll have to stop by after Wednesday when they get a shipment in. Mind you I waited nearly an hour, they could of easily came and checked, and inform me about the issue they have. Made me waste my time.

Not coming back. Bad first experience using their services. Also offered me free oil change after damaging 3 lug nuts on my wife's vehicle that cost me almost $450 to get fixed. They blamed discount tire for not using the correct torque where I tried removing the ones they didn't touch and used the tool that came with the vehicle with ease. Use their services with caution. I don't mind paying high prices for oil change but customer service matters.Services: Tires, Oil change

Had my oil changed there last time. As I was waiting in my 2015 Toyota Carolla I felt my car move side to side. I new nothing should be tightened so much that my car would move. I just had my oil changed at my regular servicer in Winnie, and they could not remove the the oil filter.

Went there for an inspection. There was one vehicle ahead of me for the inspection bay (a Jeep). I sat there for an hour while a technician worked in the pit below the Jeep performing a full drive train service to include transmission fluid, front and rear differentials. If that bay was being used for an extensive service and it would be an HOUR wait for a quick inspection, I believe a technician should have let me and the other 4 cars waiting know so we could have gone somewhere else. I've used this establishment for years but this is the last time I'll go there.

First time coming here and it was such a good experience. Everyone working was super friendly and professional and got us in and out. I've been to some places where they try to make me feel dumb because I don't know much about cars but everyone here was very helpful! Will be back here again for oil changes.
