I was having trouble with the traction control on my truck. I called this company they quoted $100 to run a diagnostic and that it could be done in just a few minutes, which was good because I was in the middle of a run. Not only did the technician take his time running the diagnostic and continuously taling phone calls but he charged me for an hour of labor so my $100 diagnostic cost me $250.80. Who knows what they will tell you to get you to come in? I m gonna drive my truck back to Arizona to a trust worthy mechanic.

If you re gonna have a truck break down in Monahans, Texas, it s great to have a shop like this that gives quality service. Monahans is about 40 miles from Midland so you will have to contend with parts not being readily available as fast as you would like. This was a bad situation and it could ve been worse but WTX did a great job under the conditions. I really felt bad for the mechanic working without cover in 115� heat.

Outstanding service. 5 star +++Ben took in our motor home and had the issue diagnosed and fixed in no time. Ben is probably the most honest and caring diesel mechanic that I've ever dealt with. If you have any issues with diesel vehicles in West Texas look up Ben at WTX Truck Repair. You couldn't find a better person.

They put a new transmission in and I had to send it to another shop to get it right.... stay away they will rob you and lie to you

Mike the owner of this shop is a great guy. His customer service is second to non . Though I had a rocky start with the mechanic due to some minor difference and misunderstanding but at the end everything was perfectly resolved and we both are very happy. Kudos to Mike . My truck is also running good far better than it used to be. My experience was wonderful

In a pinch on a Sunday morning they got my driver a new air dryer and fixed up within hours. Great customer service would recommend again!Summit

Big shout out to Joseph and his partner, I believe Tony....for the amazing service. Work hard all day, I mean from 8:30 am to 11:20 p.m. to get me up and back out on the road. These gentleman even offered to take me for lunch at a local restaurant. Now that's top service in my eyes. You need truck repair, this is the place to go......Thank you so much gentlemen for the kindness, hard work and hospitality

The mechanics at WTX TRUCK REPAIR were professional and perfomed excellent service on my truck. Joshua in particular listened to both me and my mechanic at home. l highly recommend them in the repair of my truck. I would definitely use them in future repairs.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

After speaking with them and told us is $130 an hour I drove from TA thinking these guys will be cheaper and faster since that's how majority of the small shops are. Nope. $750 for a wheel seal in 4 hours. This can be a great business in a good location but not if they keep "burning" the customers they get. Sad to say TA would have been better choice or just waited till morning for other shops to open.

The service was outstanding and fast .they didn't have a mechanic available so the gentleman walked me thru a fix of frozen brakes as I was on the side of the highway. The expertise and way they walked me though was great highly recommendedService: BrakesService: Brakes

Had an over heating issue. Everything looked okay. Dan thought it maybe the air to air and radiator was clogged. Took it apart and sure enough. Lots of dirt and dust. Also check air filters. Same results. Great place and great mechanics. Highly recommend if you need work done.

Great experience, had a couple of broken coolant lines, took care of us in a reasonable time and got us back on the road, we had a oversized load and was still able to make it down the road before sunset. Thanks again, great job, really appreciated.

The employee's take care and have pride in what they do. Easy to work with and will not screw you. You need anything done for heavy duty down to light duty they will get it done. I called WTX on a Sunday afternoon, they were the only ones open. They were swamped with work but Josh found a way to work us in and get us rolling. We had an air leak on a trailer. WTX got us back on the road in a timely manner.

To all truckers ..I don't really give reviews but If it had more than five stars would definitely give it to them.. Ben and Joe and all of their crew are nothing but honestly people and will try the best to get you back on the road..

Never do an oil change at this place. They are too expensive and on top of that they are not able to tell the client how much their services will cost. almost $800 oil change on a Volvo WWOOOWW!!

Tech was dispatched and on site quickly. Could not get the parts needed for repair. But they had the equipment and knowledge to make the truck regen and get out of derate mode and got the driver back to the yard to swap trucks Saving us a tow bill and keeping our driver on the road making money.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Hired road service and these crooks charged me 240 miles round trip from monahans to Andrew, but that was not all, they charged me 6 hours of service for doing nothing, just diagnosing that the trailer axle was damaged, it took more than 10 years in this industry and I have never felt so offended, these people cheat on you. How much you think will cost you 2 ft of coolant hose for a truck 4 miles away ?135 road call40 parts80 to pick up part that is on your way.(or maybe they have it already)135/hr .. time starts when mechanic leaves the yard until he returns to the yard...Total $ 595Part pick and hour charge supersede,therefore its a double charge !.... Think again before you call them. !!!

Betty and I have a 1987 Bluebird pusher that lost all power on the way back to Waco. Let me tell you right now! These guys were on it! Not the cheapest, but we more more concerned about getting home!
