I visited the shop for an oil change on a holiday and was pleasantly greeted by the clerk, Cheyenne. Her exceptional customer service made me feel like part of the family. This was the best customer service experience I have had at any tire shop thus far.

I came to get air, and Otis noticed an issue with a tire. He fixed my problem and made my drive back to Lubbock safer. I appreciate his kindness and genuine concern regarding my issues. He even educated me on proper tire pressures for different seasons. Everyone here is so NICE, and these days it's almost hard to come by. Thank you Otis, we need more of you in this world.

We had a blowout on our rv just 30 minutes from Kent Tire, I called them and they had a replacement for us in stock! We got there within 30 mins of them closing and they were so fast to help us get a new tire on our rig and get us back on the road! I highly recommend using them!

Great service! Showed up just before closing and they still preformed the service even staying after they were supposed to close just to make sure the service was done right. They even have a little raffle for discounts to spread that Christmas cheer! Very dependable every time! Only place I go to for my oil changes! Thanks to Otis and the team for taking care of all my family vehicles!

So it's almost 5:00 and I need an oil change I'm from Fort Stockton and I pull into Monahans Valvoline and their system is down they suggest Kent tire the minute we rode in we felt so welcomed mrs.joy and her crew have been nothing but a blessing Absolutely AMAZING highly recommend Kent tire and there outstanding crew

I came to Kent this afternoon because I had noticed since I got my oil changed in July at Valvoline that my car had been leaking oil and getting progressively worse. I tried to go to Valvoline because that s where I always go but their line was long and I direly needed my car looked at ASAP. Kent got me in immediately and once they got under my car the oil was leaking so bad it spread from the front of my car all the way to the back. Once they pulled the oil plug they realized that was immediately the problem. The oil plug to my car was tore up and bent. Sure enough that s where the oil leak is coming from. The manager, Otis, at Kent took extra special care of me and my car and I cannot express how appreciative I am for their amazing service! Needless to say, Kent has gained a new regular customer from me. I ll never go anywhere else again!

Always a very good experience with the new management!! Otis was very helpful. They helped me immediately when I walked in. Very friendly. The whole staff was busy helping everyone and getting everyone taken care of very quickly. They fixed my flat put it back on and I was ready to go with in 20 minutes. Everyone waiting in the lobby was also taken care of efficiently and quickly. I will definitely be back for any future necessary tire situations I have and I know I will be taken care of.

Otis is amazing. He came out to my jobsite and got a tire off for me, thanks to a screw up by Discount Tire, if not for him, I wouldn't have had it fixed for at least another 24hrs, and I work 70 miles from my hotel in Odessa. He is very thoughtful and personable. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me.

Came here had a bad vibration in my tire. Mechanic wasn't on duty at times but they still looked over my suspension. I was missing two screws for my rotor and they did the best they could looking for some. Friendly and amazing service
