Daniel was great, yet again. I have a super high mileage car (over 315k!) and he and the crew have taken great care of me twice. Got a water bottle right away, so fluids checked in a timely fashion, and a final look at the dipstick with the final perfect amount of oil. Def coming back to these friendly professionals.

Had my oil changed at Take 5 Missouri City HWY 6. Manager Jason had an employee leave work sick, he was working alone until another employee arrived to assist. There were cars lined up in all 3 lanes but he was efficient and professional throughout. Yes we had to wait longer than expected but Jason still took the time to provide every customer with excellent customer service. I had a wonderful experience because Jason cares. He needs a pay increase.

Great customer service from Missouri City /Sienna location! They didn't try and sell me on getting a more expensive package. Technician who worked on my car went above by replacing a missing item on car. Will be going back for my next oil change.

The manager did my inspection on yesterday (4-4-24) and was very friendly, patient and kind. The staff was also nice and friendly. Thank you Take5-Manager-Missouri City, next to Starbucks, and team. I appreciate the service.

On Thursday I went to this location to get a state inspection. The store manager Jason charged me for windshield wipers I never told him I wanted or approved of. He refused to refund me my money for them even though he has the windshield wipers. I asked him for the contact info for the person above him and he stated he can not give it to me. That I will have to go to the company website. I told him I was going to be posting about what occurred on twitter and Instagram. Then he replied do forget about yelp and google. I did my research and saw that he charged me because they get commission for the sale. They should not be charging customers for things they did not approve of. Do not do business with them. This is a horrible business. I will be contacting my bank about this unauthorized charge.

I don't know the gentleman's name who assisted me, but a close to middle-age man with long dreadlocks.He was excellent!He was very courteous yet professional.He kept me informed along the process.I left this place a very satisfied customer!

The team at Take 5 always does a phenomenal job. They explain the process and what needs to be done. As well as gets the job done in a timely manner. I always go to this location. I appreciate the great customer service.

The sarcasm I received from the man who serviced me and checked me out was unbelievable. I just moved to Texas and I always got serviced by take5 and never gotten that treatment. Every question was sarcastic and every response to my questions was belittling in a way and sarcastic. Luckily I won t be back that location, the only reason I was there is because I was visiting a friend that lived near that specific location (Rosharon) and noticed I needed to get a oil change before driving back to San Antonio!

Took care of my oil change when it was about 32 degrees on Jan 15th and they didn t have any heat! Fortunately, they were able to close shop at 5pm as it was going down to 19 degrees that night and roads were being closed. They did a good job!

The weight was extremely long about 40 minutes long. The oil change was about 15 minutes long. The manager had two employees helping with two corporate folks standing observing helping, do nothing about the backlog. I spoke with a gentleman who said his job was to assess what was going on with the problem was This was the second Friday there it was concerning because if he saw this happened one Friday, why would you not help make changes for the next Friday for improvement get with a staffing company get some more trained staff and place to help with the busy workload just doesn t make sense to me The manager did everything he could to move the line touch base with all of the customers as they waited but five minutes is not the truth not even 10 minutes until the service catches up with the name it needs to be changed

My experience is always EXCELLENT with their service. Jason (location Hwy 6 in Missouri City, next to Starbucks) is AWESOME, so polite and truly go above and beyond serving clients.

Jason was awesome. He brought us water and then fruit snacks for our toddlers while we waited in line. He was polite and communicated/explained everything to us before doing anything. There was no pressure to purchase extras. He made sure we understood what would follow and what to do if anything unexpected should happen.

Absolutely lethargic place with no transparency towards customers. I called to check early morning service times and they lured me in with the false info that there s no waiting time, with service time of 10 mins max for oil change. I got there and waited 35 mins to no avail as they were short staffed and gave me no heads up of delays I wasn t even expecting. In the end, when I was forced to leave without service being done due to schedule commitments, I got no empathy or apology for their time wasting. I suggest everyone to book an appointment at a legit oil change spot and skip this facade altogether.

I had a very long wait (at the end of the day) to get an inspection; but the shop manager agreed to "fit it in"! The service was thorough and the staff was friendly! It was worth the wait!

I m a person that definitely read reviews. OMG! Upon arrival, TRISTAN greeted me with a warm smile and asked, what service I needed. It was for State inspection. He shared with me that Ryan, will perform my inspection. He also provided me with the ETA for the service, which was spot on. Ryan was incredible. He had such a great demeanor and was fast and efficient. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about my visit to Take 5 in Missouri City. I went for an inspection and Ryan was outstanding. There were several people getting inspections in front of me and he was great at managing everyone and getting us in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely be back the next time I need a car inspection.

Except the fact that the attendant "Ryan" asked me to leave my vehicle and wait at Starbucks "next door", it was expeditious service. When he asked me to step out I was a bit alarmed because I've gotten several inspections there before, but was never asked to leave the car, That's Why I went there. He gave me an excuse about how he needed to feel the brakes. I told him before I was asked to step on the brake, flash the lights etc., but not step out. He got in the vehicle drove it around to the other side of the building. I could see his head was down doing something. He looked up and saw I standing there and then drove back into the stall. I had the feeling he was looking for something, although I'm not sure what. Won't be going back. His request was slightly creepy and his hair was visibly extremely dirty. EUW

Loved Take 5, have always used them had a great oil change experience, but the experience I just had post my oil change was disappointing. After my oil change (which I ve delayed for months) my engine light automatically came on right after and when I returned the following day to state such occurrence the guy who assisted me (different guy) seemed like he didn t want to take no accountability or even look into the matter for me. His response was it could be anything really (which I knew) but I felt it was odd after all these months and right after the change it turned on all I wanted was a diagnostics test at the minimum to see what was wrong he kept saying it could be anything, so I had to ask for a test and you could kind of feel he wanted that I told you so moment that when he read the diagnostics it was that non verbal shrug like I told you so that left me not really wanting to come back tbh. His coworker looked it up atleast and truly thank him for that. I ll still use take 5 maybe not that location going forward now that I have to find out how to get this engine light by myself now.Service: Oil change

Although I had to wait a while when they actually got to my car it was very fast. The tech helping could have been a bit friendlier.
