Called for oil leak but did not get a response back. Before that. Had 3 brake light bulbs replaced and a bushing or brake stop and was charged $75.00 for a simple job that took only 5 minutes. Who does that . First quote higher price.

The family I was born into goes to this place and they are awesome. My son was driven off the road by a idiot during a storm and hit a curb knocking the CV axel loose. I took the car to a dealership and the estimated charge was $5800 I brought it to these guys and the first charge to get it rolling again was $880 to start off with and extra as the repairs increase. If you want to save money but have your vehicle fixed professionally you should make a pit stop here

I called and spoke with Will, whom was VERY PROFESSIONAL and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my Pathfinder...Will ..fixed the problem and went above and beyond to assure that my vehicle was working properly...My 2013 Pathfinder now runs like a 2023 THANKS MISSOURI CAR CARE for your professional and Precise Service!!! I now take All my vehicles here to be serviced or repaired...

Ladies, do not come here by yourself or they will try to take advantage of you, especially if you, like me, know nothing about cars. They quoted me 650$ to replace my ignition coils, spark plugs, and air filter. I took it to another mechanic who first showed me my clean air filter and then fixed my car for 125$. I bought the parts totaling 225$. Trying to upcharge me 300$ is ridiculous. Very disappointing behavior from such a well-reviewed shop.

These guys can fix just about everything. Several years ago I had a major issue with my car and the dealer didn't want to try and fix it because of some sort of liability so I took it to these guys based on a recommendation by a good friend and these guys fixed it with no problem. Also they are very reasonably priced. They won't price gouge you. Their Shop is a little messy but don't let the Looks fool you, they do really good work and are more than fair in price.

Went there a couple of months ago and got an estimate on a door lock actuator. they told me a high estimate saying they would have to take the window out to change it. Saw a YouTube video 13 minutes long on how to change it. you do not have to take out the window. it would probably take an hour real time at the most.

I m not one to leave reviews, but I made it my business to leave one this time around. Everyone was so polite and I didn t feel like I was getting ripped off to get unnecessary services done. This is huge for me simply because I m a young woman and knows little to nothing about cars. Will explained everything so I could thoroughly understand what was going on with my car. This establishment had my car ready in a reasonable time also! Will definitely bring my car here any time it needs work doneAlso! There s a lot of cars there because they re always busy, which is a great thing because all that means is that people trust them with their car.

Shop rates change daily. Got a quote for one price, took car up there the next morning and was quoted a price twice as high for installing the same sensor

Had my front wheel bearing replaced...I got 3 estimates...one was not able to do it becuz the bearing is pressed in the hub...one said it would cost $600..mission car clinic did it for $276..also. got a quote for $250..just labor...going back to have the passenger side done

My brother (D.Smith) recommended this car place to me in 2001. Boone fixed my A/C unit in my Nissan 240Z they did a great job. However, in 2016 was the first time I met with the office manager Wil, what a great guy. Wil serves you with excellent customer service. Rest assure if you have questions about what s needed for your car he lets you know . He is very compassionate person and he will tell you what your needs are for your vehicle to get up and running again.

I had passed by this shop many times but only recently had the pleasure of using them. Car repairs can be stressful, but not here. Will is friendly, honest and efficient. He seems to treat the vehicles the way he would his own. Was referred here by a church. I found everything to be as advertised, and more.

They are very dishonest. Back in October, two days before Halloween, I went for an oil change and a worker broke my oil cap and said NOTHING. That caused all of my oil to leak out so I drove to work the next day with no oil (unknowingly). Otw home from work my car started making a loud noise so I decided to take it to Will the next morning.. as soon as I pulled into the parking lot my car shut off and my engine locked, that s when I was informed that someone had broke my oil cap. Will offered me an engine with 90,000 + miles on it and a six month warranty LOL. Six months with that many miles?? Really? I was under the impression that they were working on my car BC THEY MADE A MISTAKE so I called a week later to see how long they had to finish.. I was told by Will that he was waiting for his insurance which I was unaware of. I had to practically beg for a rental car during the process of all of this. He only made the reservation for a week but luckily I extended it bc my car was at his shop for at least a month. And then when the insurance finally made a decision I asked Will if he was going to install the engine and he tried to make ME pay.. after HIS mechanics messed up. Seriously ?? We wouldn t be here if he was HONEST. An oil cap would ve been wayyy cheaper than an engine. Fast forward I took my car elsewhere bc if I m gonna pay it s gonna be to someone deserving and who didn t mess up my car. FYI, I JUST got my car back last week Jan 8.. bc of this I had to go almost three months without my car which is hard with two jobs and other things to take care of. Just make sure everything is in tact when you receive your car.

They make a lot of money and charges customers a lot, they need to hire more mechanics to work on customers vehicles and to get the repair done in a timely manner. I had to wait 3 weeks before I was able to pick up vehicle. This is bs customer service

A little on the expensive side, but got my battery put on and battery terminal pieces replaced in no time. The get 4 stars because of price, not cause of service, service is good.

I wasn t too pleased that i had paid so much for a detail and shampoo and my seats were bleached but as far as the cleaning the car was detailed to perfection

Pretty fast service. Fair price. Just really cluttered with junk and cars so no where to park.
