I stopped in today right when they opened.Ernesto was extremely helpful and gave great service. The entire team was wonderful. They did a great job helping me with my headlight and doing the oil change. I'll definitely keep coming back

Had a synthetic oil change, everything was good, they didn t force me to get other services which was good since I m not ready to pay for them. They honored the coupon they sent and the employee was really nice.

We brought our Jeep here for an inspection and was told the rear brakes were paper thin and wouldn t pass inspection in that condition. My husband brought the car back up for a brake change at a later date and waited for 5 hours only to leave with zero work done due to an issue with another car. It s taken a couple of months for him to finally wanna try again after that disaster but decided to go elsewhere and was told the brakes were well within passing and were in fact in great shape. We had been going to this location for years and I can t even express how disappointed we are to be deceived like that.

I had the best experience ever. Truth be told, I normally going to a competitor but after today s treatment this will be my forever home. My service technician was very professional and friendly. Webb, the Manager was so very personable, professional and charming. They both exceeded our expectations. I was not having a good experience. The technician changed the oil but forgot to reset the oil change message which was keep popping up even after changing the oil. We had to drive 15 miles again to come to shop and instead apologizing for the mistake he was blaming me that I was rushing for it. Did I tell you to do sloppy work since I told that i need to rush to pick up my kids. Moreover, He was teaching me so much rule for yearly safety inspection for the wiper blade which was about less than half inch torn but cleaning without any problem and he didn't pass the inspection for it. I glued the half inch and get it done nearby shop. If you teach the lesson then follow the rule first and "never" do sloppy work.

I came recently for a state inspection. Ernesto was able to help me out quickly. There was one other customer ahead of me and I was in and out in about 30 minutes!The staff here is very professional. They have coupons if you sign up for their emails which makes the pricing pretty competitive.They are well staffed so it cuts into the wait times a lot. There is also a small waiting area with complimentary water. I ll be back to inspect my other vehicle soon as both expire in December.

Went for a spark plug change on my 2015 Subaru Legacy, the techs were super nice. But they couldn t change half of the plugs and I left with a check engine light. Went to a mechanic and found out jiffy ended up cracking one of the plugs they were able to get in causing a misfire. I m sure this is fine for an oil change or something but wouldn t go for anything more complex if you have a less common vehicle. Again, techs were super nice and communicative. Normally I service my Toyota 4 Runner. Due to back issues you get the picture. I m not a trusting person when it comes to my vehicle. That being said, Ernesto C. work on my 4 Runner transmission flush. Will say this, EC proved me wrong. When it comes to being attentive , knowledgeable and a respectful mechanic EC covers all the bases. I will recommend this Jiffy lube to all in need of good honest service.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.During an oil change, one the employees at this location broke my car s cooling system hose before a road trip, lied about it, and taped it together with electrical tape.My car began overheating on a dangerous highway entrance ramp within 10 minutes. My trip was ruined. I was unable to go to work (as a nurse during a pandemic) for two days. Now, I constantly worry that my very new car has additional damage not yet apparent.According to the manager, the employee was fired, yet someone with the same name answered the phone a week later.I do appreciate the fact that the manager was honest but there was clear disregard for my situation. The store did not seem to care what happened to me because it was Saturday after 4pm and never followed up.After incessant badgering on my part, I finally received some money for the damage but not for the tow truck, or the time I missed at work because of this. Furthermore, I believe at the very least, the business should have returned the money for my original, very expensive oil change.I won t be returning and I hope no one else does either.Service: Oil change

The staff was very kind. They even vacuumed my car, cleaned my windows, and checked my tire pressure. That was over and beyond my expectation, since I was coming in for an oil change. I went in for an oil change and they offered a special deal for tire rotation. I left happy with the service. A week later I noticed the center cap on my tire was missing. I called the manager (Matthew) and he apologized and said he would order a new one for me. It's been 2.5 months and I've spoken with him multiple times. He said he ordered it but was on backlog. I've given up on them and will order the $50 part myself. Never again! Jiffy Lube is the worst. Avoid this place.

Shop manager was very straight forward. Wasn t sure if they would be able to fully service my diesel jeep Grand by changing the fuel filters I could provide. I ve had trouble finding anyone to do this for me. Brought it in. They took care of it for me with very minimum added to the oil change overall charging me the very reasonable labor fee only. Good buisness.

Workers were great manager left something to be desired, failed my inspection for missing a lug nut and never communicated it to me just put the paper in the dash and said have a nice day. Purchased a lugnut less than a 1/4 mile away and came back and complained never said I failed the inspection. Manager said if he had checked me out he would of told me. Lame excuse

I enjoy the visit and getting my car taken care of. I believe the young man is Webb, but not he does a great job. He took care of me last year as well
