I took my car here back in June because my check engine light was on. They told me it was because of my mass air flow sensor which allegedly got replaced! Fast forward until now it s back on. I took it to a REAL DEALERSHIP and they told me it was my mass airflow sensor! I called Grace AutoMaxx there two days to let them know about my check engine light was back on ago the lightskin lady at the front desk is rude! She placed me on hold for 10 mins had an attitude with me she never came back to the phone! I hung up called back 6 times nobody answered it took my husband calling for Mr. Reggie to answer the phone! These people do shady business ! I lost close to $400 doing business with them they never fixed my issue! Now I have to take it back to the dealership and have their REAL MECHANICS fix my issue! I can t even get my inspection done because of this! I use to love coming here to get my car service but ever since black people took over it s been downhill ever since! I m black and I m no longer supporting this black owned business ! If I was you I wouldn t take my car here unless you have money to lose!

It's important to me when I walk in an auto repair shop and not feel like I will have fight off car repair deception and money vultures. This place made feel like I was in good hands. I'll be back for sure.

Had a recommendation from a friend to come here after my usual shop couldn t fit me in for an oil change. I figured I would go just this once, however, one time was all it took for me to be sold on this awesome establishment. I will be coming to Grace Auto Care from now on. The hospitality and quality service was perfect.

This place had been our families go to care repair for 10+ years. Last repair they added 2 diagnostic fees to an estimate- 300 dollars and they hadn't even made a repair. They tried to say it's because they looked at 2 issues. They use to remove diagnostic fees with repair and now I was told they don't do this anymore. I feel as a long term customer I should of been told this on drop off and I may of selected a different place. A 150 charge just to look at your car without parts, labor or anything is way to high. If you'd like to save 150.00 off your next repair- use a different auto repair place.

Previous encounters with Grace auto care was always great the staff was honest I really appreciated their care on service. So of course I would return this week when my engine and vsctrac light came on. The lady at the desk who was new to me stated they would do a diagnostic this would be $124 and she would call me when it was done. I called back hours later she said give her 30 minutes she should know something by then. Maybe 5 minutes later I got the text stating the issue. I called to advise what I wanted them to do because I wanted to utilize the $124 toward some repairs. The lady gave me a total which was confusing to me because the total of the service minus the $124 didn t add up. She THEN told me they ran 2 diagnostics and charged $124 for each. So I owed for the service plus another $124. I think she should have made that clear from the beginning.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive the service that I ve been looking for for sometime now. 2023 has been a auto repair nightmare, and I have been disappointed, disillusioned and gaslighted by several automotive companies that were supposedly highly regarded dealerships. When I received a diagnostic from one of the so-called highly regarded dealerships, didn t sit right with me so I went to a nearby establishment which I had seen, but never stopped. The company Grace automotive and I was treated with respect great service, and reasonable cost with a correct diagnosis for my automobile. completely satisfied customer!

I m a first time customer and I had my 2002 Jag towed to them. I m absolutely impressed by the quality of service, the impeccable customer service, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment. Everyone was so kind and respectful. I was kept updated on the status and the repair on my vehicle took less than 4 days with them locating the parts! Anthony, thank you for your kindness and your willingness to step out on blind faith alone to help people you just met! I have told everyone I know about Grace Auto Max! I am currently on vacation (drove my car from FL to TX) and my car was very vocal about me needing an oil change soon after I arrived, due to me not getting one beforehand. I looked up locations close to me and read other great reviews about Grace Auto Max. I took a chance and was NOT disappointed in the least. I was welcomed by Jaie and her customer service was top tier. She was very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I was also able to see her interact with other customers as well and her kindness never wavered. She was never pushy or nonchalant like most other places are. The timing of the service was great too as I didn t want to feel like I was wasting too much of my vacation time. Pricing was reasonable, also. Overall, my experience was great and Jaie was a great addition! Would return if necessary and would recommend.

This is a money pit. I spent $250 for just engine light diagnostic and to check the shaking reason. They did not even top my fluids for Gods sake. They want $5000 from me to fix a list of things but thank God I left with the damage they ve already done.

AutoZone and Oriley tests on a check engine light analyzed to be fuel tank sensor.Took my 2004 Escalade to Grace for replacing the sensor.Replacement didn't last two weeks and service engine light on again.Grace Automotive is a rip off. Warning Find another mechanic !!!

Finally a place I feel I can trust with car repairs, service and honest pricing. Had a complete brake job and transmission service. They provided transportation home and back again so I wouldn't have to wait so long at the shop. I will go back for future services.

It was my first time visiting this establishment and when I say the experience was amazing. From the time I walked in for an inspection the guy that assisted me was very nice. It didn't take them long either I will be returning.

Work was done professionally and within the timeframe they projected. Fair price for service performed. I will go back for my other car repair needs.Glad they made an ownership change. Grace Auto Max is good. Auto Max, previous name and different ownership, was horrible with communication and quality work.

My Husband and I appreciated the help and customer service that Jaie was able to give us here at Grace's Auto. And, the service from the mechanic was done well and in a timely manner. I recommend them to anyone that has auto repair needs.

I had not been there since new ownership. Very courteous, professional. Performed job within the time frame specified. No complaints. Aware of my concern that I do not sqealing brakes. Understood my request and explained the causes and mechanics of the brakes. Only thing I would say is check your online appointments or just take them away if unable to check them. Making an appointment online and in person was easy.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Will not return. Charged over $18 for a quart of anti freeze, which was not even put in the vehicle. I'm a pretty good mechanic myself. Was treated as if I were a mechanical idiot.

Where do i even start? This has been the longest and most stressful two months of my life. I took my car to this establishment because there was a loud noise coming from under the hood of my car. They fixed the problem and I paid $400 up front but the the total was $778. I decided to sign up for a payment plan with them which they did not abide by. Instead of taking a certain amount of what i owed on the agreed specific date, they unknowingly took $300 from me weeks after the date they were supposed to. Three days after I got my car back it started to stall on me which left me stranded in the street. I took my car back to them hoping they could fix the problem, which lead to me having to get my car towed there 3 more times because of the same issue and me being stranded each time because they could not figure out what was wrong with my car despite doing multiple diagnostics on the car. Every time i I got my car towed to their business they told me a different story about my car each time. At this point I d already figured they were making things up to get money out of me. The worker Anthony, is very rude and has a disgustingly nonchalant attitude with myself and my parents every time we expressed our grievances about them not doing their job properly and professionally. He has lied to me and my parents about the conversations he s had with each of us regarding what they did/ were going to do to my car and how long they ve kept my car which was for a week each time it had to be towed back to them. His communication was awful I always had to call them to check on the status of my car. He is very unprofessional and should be fired for the way he speaks to their paying costumers. So in all, I ve spent almost $2,000 and will never be returning to this establishment again. This has been a horrible and mentally draining experience for me as a 23 year old girl in a male dominated environment. Please do not go to these people they do not care about ur safety or giving great service all they care about is money and they will drain you of it.

They ve done my vehicle s oil changes and inspections and they are always quick and very courteous. My most recent visit was for a battery installation. The price they gave me in person was different than the one over the phone however without any issue, they adjusted it immediately. I appreciate their level of integrity and would definitely recommend.

Brought my Volvo XC60 in for repair. I dropped it off and Benny was kind enough to give me a ride back home. My car was ready later that afternoon and matched the price I was given by a competitor. I will definitely be back.

Horrible experience. I do not recommend this business at all. I was referred to them to replace a front light and was overcharged. . I spent 4 hours waiting on them to replace my front light then my vehicle ended up failing the inspection due to their mishaps. They advertise as a Christian based business but are not honest. The manager promised to refund a portion of what I paid, but now when I call, they act clueless. Please go elsewhere especially if you are female!!!

Great costumer service. Clean environment.Mr. Reggie was very nice setting up my oil change even helped fix my coffee while I had to wait. Mr. Bob closed me out and helped with every question I had about my oil leak. Thanks again guys!
