This auto repair shop recently had an ownership change and I was curious to see if the service changed. I am delighted to report it hasn t. My previous experiences were excellent and I m happy to report my last visit was also. They provide high quality service at a reasonable cost.

The guys at Goose (formerly Hope Automotive) are wonderful. They are honest and helpful, and very patient at explaining things to those of us who know very little about cars. They always do a good job and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them!

My family has been customers of Hope (now "Goose") Automotive for over 20 years. Their mechanics do great work. Mark Jr. provides excellent customer service. Above all, the team is honest and friendly. Do not worry about the name change. I met Goose today and I believe he and Mark Jr. will continue to operate a first-rate business.

I have used Goose Automotive twice in the last 6 months for routine maintenance on my 2021 Hyundai. Jr. and the office staff are incredible. I definitely do not feel like I am being hustled or taken advantage of. I noticed that everyone that came in was a repeat customer and were treated like family. I will only use Goose Automotive in Missouri City for all my future car repair/maintenance needs.

I've taken my Lexus to Hope (now Goose) for the past 3 years, and have been very pleased with their maintenance/repair work. In addition, Junior and Tony, their customer service team, are great!

Great first experience. They were all super helpful going above and beyond to help us figure out what to do to fix our car. The manager, Mark, took time to talk with us and work out a best plan of action. Highly recommend them.

We have been using Goose Auto Repair (formerly Hope Auto) for over twenty years. Over those many years, they have consistently shown their integrity and honesty. Last but certainly not least they have GREAT customer service! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

The owner was very nice and professional, the employees work in a timely matter. To get the job done also reasonable prices, for whatever you need done to your vehicle I definitely will be back again.

Goose Auto is a great facility I have used for years on several vehicles. I have always found them to be fair , honest and efficient. Formally a family business called Hope Auto. IT seems the new owners are trying to live up to the high standards set buy the McElory family.

I have been going to Hope Automotive for over 20 years. I started coming here the first year they opened. Mark and Jr. are simply wonderful! I can't say how nice it is to deal with honest people. I mean what auto shop is not open on Saturday and Sunday? The one who treats his employees the best and it shows in the quality of work. This is the place to take your car... they are honest, reasonable and stand behind their work. This group doesn't try to replace a part that is not broken. If you are looking for an honest auto repair group this is your place.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

Hope has been great for me for years and friends. If I'm correct the shop is now sold. Hopefully service stays the same. Closed on weekends for faith and family.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with a mechanic/auto shop. They were up front and honest about issues and cost. Did not try to sell me or add anything else on. My AC stopped blowing cold and needed a new blower motor and I got my brake pads changed. My family and I have been to Hope Automotive for more than 15 years. If anything happen to the car without any hesitation we would take it there. Mark and Junior are the best people in this world. My dad got an accident near their shop 2 months ago, mark above and beyond to help him. They are so honest to all the job they quoted and always guaranteed the job is done in the right way.
