These people are the worst EVER!!! They so called fixing my car , but they just added more money into their pockets. I took my car here for an ALTERNATOR I have paid them $1200 for it. I drove my vehicle home I ve noticed it runs different. I pulled up at my driveway I saw a fluid coming from my vehicle. I took the vehicle back right away. Sure enough instead of telling what s wrong with my vehicle they quoted me a price of $1,643.20 saying I need a RADIATOR. Because there is a leak from the coolant. I m like HOW??? I didn t get a response as to why there s a leak there. My engine light was on after they so-called fixing my alternator. Your sight said Honesty is the key to success in business YOU GUYS ARE DOING THE OPPOSITE WAY. Smh.

I had a quick and easy same day experience. I needed a state inspection and was able to have one done within 30 min. The lady at the front counter was courteous. The waiting area was clean. Seats were comfortable. I was able to work from my laptop while I waited for my vehicle to have its inspection.

Wouldnt honor my lifetime alignment I paid for. Told me my steering was broken and I should take it to a body shop.They ve literally aligned my car at this exact shop a year ago.UPDATE: just had my car aligned at a reputable shop and they told me nothing was wrong with my steering.don t let this Firestone lie their way out of their job!!!

This location continues to out perform any dealership experience I have had. In fact, they continue diagnose issues way more accurately than any dealership. The reason for this in my opinion is the leadership culture from the top down at this location. Chris Mendoza and his team care about taking care of the customer. That is the difference "secret sauce" this location has and the reason for me to continue to come back for the great service.

Took vehicle in for oil change. Where oil filter is located is near cooling hose connection leaked coolant when drove home. Didn t notice until vehicle shut down before overheating. Took back to store and showed where the tee connection broke and appeared to happen during filter replacement. Store called back and claimed break was at bottom of reservoir and was not responsible. Total cost of oil change plus repair was over $600

This is the best Firestone I have ever been to. Chris Mendoza has built a great team. He is the epitome of selfless service to his customer. He goes over and beyond my expectations. He takes care of all my vehicles. His is honest and I will never got to another shop. He puts going to the dealer to shame with his customer service. His store should be the standard for every store. The only thing he needs is more parking!!!!

Great service! We had 2 stems and 2 lugs replaced on our rear driver side. Jonathan and Mimi were extremely helpful. They were reasonably priced and explained the process of the replacement parts. We did not make an appointment however, we were happy the vehicle was serviced and ready the same day we dropped it off. Awesome staff!

Michael! He helped last time and also this time. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, personable and willing to help! Even though it s busy there, he doesn t rush when speaking with me. He makes sure I understand everything before I walk away. I also enjoyed speaking with Chris and Gudelia. They are courteous and professional as well. My husband and I visits often and have our vehicle warranties there. Always a pleasure to visiting. Hard to find good honest-hearted people!

Really great experience...needed an inspection and walked in, greeted very nicely, car taken back almost immediately and in less than 30 minutes, I was on my way. The charge was very reasonable as well...highly recommend!

Came here to get my car looked at after trying to go to Nissan and getting told an outrageous price! When I came in you can tell they were busy cars everywhere and my wait was still only 2 - 3 hours I have no complaints! Gudelia and all the men outside working have my highest approval and appreciation!! TEAM FIRESTONE!! This location (10050 Hwy 6, Missouri City, TX 77459) is VERY WORST AND TERRIBLE in the nation. I had an appointment at 1000 and am waiting here for almost two hours and still they have not taken my car inside for work. Already reminded them. Still, they don't care about your precious time. WORST SERVICES. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS THEY WILL TREAT YOU TRASH ESPECIALLY, IF YOU HAVE LIFE MEMBERSHIP SERVICES INCLUDING WHEEL ALIGNMENT. NEVER TAKE LIFE MEMBERSHIP FROM THE FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE.

Each time I come to the store in Missouri City,Texas, i'm greeted with a warm welcome, and the explanations of what's being done with my car is done in a very pleasant way and not over my head. The Manager(Chris) is a very helpful individual, because he has never tried to run a game or take advantage of me because i'm a woman. I have been ripped off by many auto shops, but i've never been satisfied anywhere like I have been at this location. All the work on my family (3) cars are done there at that store. They honor their work, and if there's a problem after you've gotten your car, they will get things together on your return. I will continue to bring my car to this location. Chris told me I needed strutts, but my last bill was over $2,080.97 on my car,so i'll have to bring that down (Firestone Card)before returning. I hope my strutts will hold out until I return:). Worst! fire stone in Texas. they suggested I replace parts that have recently been replaced and are new, just because my vehicle has high mileage. this is poor diagnostic work. they charged me for diagnostics only to ask me about tps after they replaced my tires (should have been caught on initial "diagnostic"). by the way 2023 firestone charges $168/hr for labor. mighty proud for such poor work. I'll never return to this location not even at gun point.

Went to this location for convenience of location and the fact that I could get my state inspection and oil change done at the same time. They were pretty busy as usual but got my car serviced in about an hour which was good. The only reason I am giving them a 2 stars review is, I now have oil stains in my driveway and I have not had any leaks prior to my service being done. I was told that they would let me know if I needed anything else from the service and since I wasn t told about any oil leaks I can only assume they failed to clean off the excess oil off my suv from the oil change. I backed in my driveway Saturday and pulled up Sunday after church and saw the oil. Now I have oil stains on my new driveway. Not pleased about it, and this could have been avoided if the tech had taken the time to wipe off the old oil or used some degreasing spray to clean it off my suv before rolling it out the bay.Hello, I ve sent an email to you re service department with my new invoice information.

The staff and service at this location are ALWAYS great. Went to a location in Houston (once) and it was the worst (staff, etc.) and this MoCity location is always the best! Keep up the great service and work y'all do for customers!

Please be aware of the condition that this fire stone may return your vehicle back to you in. My mother recently took her Infiniti G 50 for a simple or a change in the technician did not secure the bolt back the right way after replacing the engine oil, the skid plate came off Thorpe, a lot of stuff under the bottom of the car I had for my mother to return back to the store ASAP. Upon returning back to the store the manner to Johnathan stated to me that things are going to happen and it s hard for him to believe that the skip plate came off. With the oil change been performed in October and I keep in mind the only change was done in October, but my mother has not even driven 1000 to 1500 miles on it. I change of synthetic oil I try to explain this to Johnathan and he got very rude and told me the car was old which is another lie. They refuse to replace the part that was not secured properly, but a technician and told my mother that they can cut it off. This is very unprofessional, especially when the vehicle came in with no issues there are no documentations on the invoice stated that there was damage to the vehicle on the bottom of the car I did it might ve been missing hardware. I don t know why Johnathan thinks October such a long time away when people sit at home due to Covid and they work from home so they don t drive that often, but I guess he s not smart enough to realize that and this is the manager for Johnathan to be so rude over the phone I feel he needs proper training on how to deal with people and there property and also employees it was very professional of him to tell me it s hard for him to believe that now the skid plate just fell off my mothers car from a oil change that was done in October. I simply explain to him that my mother does not drive that often and she works from home I told Johnathan to compare the miles is on the vehicle so when she came in October and you would realize that the car has not been driven is very simple so now my mother has this been hole under the bottom of her new model infinity

I have gone to this Firestone several times over the past years this particular time. I brought my Honda Accord in because the back two tires were making a noise.One of the workers said he would have the mechanics check it out, as I had brought the car to this shop a couple of months earlier for another tire that needed to be changed out.I received a call back from one of the workers who told me I needed 3,700.00 dollars worth of work on my 2021 Honda Accord...I was told I needed new struts and shocks.Of course, bothered by this, I told them to put my car back like it was, and I would take it to the Fort Bend Honda Service department. After thoroughly examining it at the Honda shop, I was told I only needed a fuel injection service and a wheel alignment for the back two tires that I had purchased a day earlier, that I was told would have a wheel alignment done to them, but that also did not happen.Once I got to the Honda department and showed my worker all the recommendations that Firestone had listed for my car, he immediately started checking things out. He found out I had not received an alignment on the two new tires I had purchased the day before...As much as I liked Firestone because it's close to my home, needless to say, I will not be returning!!!

Today was a day but after leaving Firestone a few minutes, Mimi and Arnold took care of me! My car wouldn t start and I was told by Autozone that i would need a 300$ battery. Mind you my battery is fairly new, but I said ok! Mimi and Arnold called me back and said that nothing was wrong with my battery and whoever put it on the last time, put it on wrong! They didn t charge me anything and to be honest, their transparency and honesty, makes me want to refer people to them! Thank you FIRESTONE employees, Mimi and Arnold!Service: Battery

They did an alignment on my car, and when I drove off the property, it was still pulling. When I took it back, they would look at my car again, and they said someone must have my car when it was parked. In that was the problem, my car didn't have any damage to it. They seem to always give people the running around and not honor their warrants.

I made an appointment at this establishment explaining what needs to be done to my vehicle "swap the spark plugs" and " Change the oil" I proceeded to wait for 2 hrs it was Saturday they were busy, I get it. But I did make an appointment at 10 am 3 days prior me even arriving to the establishment. Around 12 :30 they told me what was wrong with my car and some recommendations and quoted $400 and $800. This is after I told them what I wanted done to my car. If I am the customer and I make an appointment telling Firestone what I want to get done to my vehicle why did no one know what I wanted to do? I was very detailed in my appoitment notes. I also told them at the front desk what I wanted to do. Thank you for the recommendations but also take care of the things that I 100% asked to be done. So after all that I got a bill for $188.43 and $58.78 in parts. Keep in mind all they did was evaluate my car. I walked out with $200 less in pocket than I had before, and my car is the exact same as it was when I drove it there. Also no eye contact they did not explain my Invoice. Again nothing bad to say about the people in this establishment but the bill did not fit the service.

I went to this Firestone on highway 6 and I was greeted with a tech and he pulled my car in for an inspection and I didn't have long to wait I was so impressed I even tipped him for him to buy himself lunch. Thank you Firestone
