My overall experience was great. My service tech name was Mike, he explained everything in details for me. On Tuesday April 9, 2024 I went in for an oil change and inspection. MIKE got me in and out in a timely manner. He also explained the oil weight and my oil pressure for my truck. I would recommend them for your automotive service.Thank you Mike for your service.

Dante and Ashley were awesome. I love my new tires. This is the place me and my husband always go. They always take great care of us and they re very reasonably priced. I can t help but tell you how amazing all their work is if you really want your car to be in good hands I highly suggest you come here.

I recently had a fantastic experience getting an oil change! The service was prompt, efficient, and hassle-free. Lamont was exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to inform me of future maintenance needs without being pushy. Plus, he went the extra mile to clean my front window and fill my front tire with air.

Great service and great staff!Michael is an excellent manager and makes sure his guests are taken care of.Evan does a great job with State Inspections and moves the process along.The other staff hustle to limit your wait time. I highly recommend their services.

Great Place and nice people! My car was having problems to pass the State Inspection, even thought it has only 3 years. They assisted me twice until my car finally passed. Really good customer service

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I ve always had my inspection here, but I needed tires and worked with Lamont. He was very patient with me and guided me with what was best for my needs. The tires were not in stock, but he got them in and on the car in the promised timeframe. Very happy with the services.

By far the best customer service I ve ever received. Upon arrival, I explained to them that I was a new customer and I wasn t sure of the services that were needed. They immediately greeted and assured that they d take care of me, which they did. Andrew was an amazing tech, very informative and friendly. Brought my 2008 Honda here 2 days after purchasing it and Dante was super helpful with the filters, topping off all fluids and explaining the different oil options I could use he even cleaned my windshield I m 6 months pregnant and lazy Thanks Dante see you guys soon!

Have been coming to this location for many years. Oil changes, inspections, alignments, to mechanical repairs. Dante took care of us today, he s always friendly and thorough with his work. It s nice that this crew are always here, so you get familiar with each other and it s great to see Dante each time we need an oil change or Gene when something mechanical needs to be repaired or replaced. This location is wonderful!

Dante was the mechanic that helped me and serviced my vehicle today. He was very knowledgeable about vehicle repairs and completed my oil change quickly. The price I paid for my routine oil change was reasonable, compared to their competitors. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this service! Well done.

Dante was great help today. He got my oil, air filter, and windshield wipers changed in great timing. Very nice guy with a good attitude. I ve been coming here for years and have not had a bad experience.

Evan is very helpful, attentive to details and has thorough knowledge about vehicles. He recommend preventative maintenance measures to assure that my vehicle run smoothly. I come to this Express Oil for my oil change regularly. They are fast and I highly recommend yhem.

I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation and was immediately greeted with kind faces and a cold water bottle. Derric was extremely helpful with helping me choose what kind of oil I wanted since I wasn t really sure what I was supposed to get. I learned there s different types of oil today. Everything was super fast and the lobby was nice and cool. Highly recommend!

I had a horrible experience with them this week after going there for over 2 years taking my car and my wife s.Went there on Wednesday for oil change and state inspection and needed to replace my tire s pressure sensors which I had the parts on hand so I asked them to put them on and they said yes we can do it but have to leave the car here for a couple of hours which I understood, after almost 5 hours I got a call from the mechanic shop manager that they weren t able to program the sensors and therefore they didn t install them! He said they need to be programmed first then installed so I went back to pick up my car and after I paid noticed there is charge on my bill that I didn t recognize so I went back in and ask from one of the guys and he said not sure what that is let me ask the managerthe person so called manager charged me for the service that wasn t performed and when I asked why he was so rude and disrespectful and told me I m not in the mood ! And almost wanted to get in a fistfight with me! Yes! That s how they treat their customers! Can t still believe how rude that manager was! Definitely will dispute the charge on my credit card and won t ever go back there again! What a shame!

Had an amazing experience!! The wait was not long at all and they are very vocal telling you exactly everything that s going on. If you don t know what oil is needed for your car they will let you know and if anything else is needed they tell you. Derric helped me and he made the overall experience so smooth. If you ever go ask for Derric he ll get you right!!!!

I'm a loyal customer of Express Oil Change so I've met a few service members and technicians. This location is not only efficient but also patient namely, Dante. He was very patient with me but also with others in the line waiting for the oil change. It's these little things that are noticeable and admirable. I'll continue to be a loyal customer for these and many more reasons.

This place quoted me a price for repairs and then charged me $104 more than quoted claiming that it was probably the price before taxes. They refused to correct the pricing issue. I later looked at my receipt and noticed that they charged me $92.50 for installing a battery that I supplied myself and charged me more for a part that was not discussed with me. I spoke with the store manager today about my concerns of being overcharged and wanted to resolve the matter by simply charging me the price that was quoted. He decided that being condescending and sarcastic with me was the best approach. I have always chose Express Oil Change in the past due to great customer service, fairness, and quality work. This was my first time getting a major repair done in Houston since relocating from Atlanta last year but I will never use them again. The manager really acted as if they were doing me a favor by overcharging me. I'll also be sharing this information on my social media platforms to spread the word. I know that if I was a man, I wouldn't have been treated this way.

Came to ExpressOil Change to get my baby oil changed so we can ride. First time at staying in car which was nice. My car uses full synthetic and the questions I asked were addressed to my understanding and satisfaction. The technicians very nice and complete gentlemen. I will be coming back

Derric was amazing,friendly and courteous. And don t forget this was the fastest oil change I ve ever had and he was so knowledgeable. I definitely will come back again because of him no more dealerships for me. Thanks Derric you were wonderful.
