Today I visited this location to purchase a brand new tire for my driver s rear tire, and upon inspecting my vehicle post installation, I noticed very fresh scratches on the entire wall of my passenger s rear tire, and when I asked, John, the manager, about how the scratches had gotten there, his explanation was absolutely insulting. John explained that the newly scratched tire was a result of said tire rubbing beneath the vehicle, which is impossible given that the scratches are newly scratched on the wall of the tire. Then he proceeded to tell me that it was a joke after he knew that I wasn t buying such an asinine explanation. So this is what Discount Tire is doing now on Texas Parkway? Playing with customer s lives just so the company can get future business? Definitely will have my attorney send a demand letter.

Best service at any Discount Tire location period. I went in for a tire balancing today and was greeted by Juan who listened to all of my questions. And when it came time for my vehicle to be serviced he walked out onto the floor and told the technicians exactly what I wanted. Not only did he listen, but he took action as well. When my ride was finished Bryan drove it around to the front and walked me through everything they did. He went into detail on which sides needed new weights and which didn t. He then told me that they did an air check as well so that everything was set perfectly. I am a huge car guy, so getting anyone to actually pay attention and take you seriously is a big deal to me. These guys are top notch, and they did top notch work by the book!!

Just leaving this location. I bought a tire online and just needed it switched. I called and asked if they would do that and they said yes. When I got there Julius, my sales rep wouldn't stop trying to sell me new tires to the point of him showing visible frustration at me not wanting new tires from there at the moment. From a fellow salesman I must say that is pretty childish.. Its not all about the commission man.

Would be zero stars if I could..The most ghetto experience of my life...3rd faulty tire that I've gotten from them and they never honor the warranty only patches or putting air in it..Just for it to go flat again in a couple days. When you express your concern I was met with laughter, as if my families safety isn't a priority when they are selling these low rate tires to people. Not to mention charging them an arm and a leg! I will take this as far as it needs to go. Stay away from these thieves!

Check out for continuing low tire and tire rotation. The low-pressure tire didn't have a nail was good. Service was excellent, didn't wait long 1-27-2024

I've been a customer of discount tires for 40 years. I scheduled an appointment for tire rotation. The guy said I had to pay. I never paid for rotation. I was in the same shop about month ago. Had long conversations with the service tech about my rotation. He never mentioned a cost. I hate places like these trying to take advantage of black people.

I love the quick and speedy service here at this location compared to the other locations, even when they are busy. The guys that work here are handsome af! And they are very professional.

They took care of me, I think his name was Louis helped me get the tires I was looking at online. Got new tires on before the estimated time I was told. And the location is more convenient to me than the one in sugar land.

Bad service, they make you wait two hours just to put air on your tires or to check your tires. When it's not busy and no line. They ignore you. Do not go to this location. They don't care about their customers.

Out of most of the Discount tires this is one that is just very confusing and disorganized. There is no Tire Pressure sign anywhere and when I went inside they gave me a finger outside and I'm like "okay...outside?" And they nod....so I had to ask a friendlier face outside and then get told it's in the garage and I had to go around just to go in... Other discount tires have signs and cones that direct you towards the loop for the tire pressure. This one didn't I'm personally everyone inside in the office is extremely rude or cocky and the people outside are more humble. I just always get an attitude here

Took my car in to get my tire checked due to slow leak over the past week. Before even checking the tire, salesman was already telling me to get new tires. He didn t know that I ve already seen the nail stuck in my tire and I know that s the reason, but I didn t tell him I knew, just proves they will always oversell to you even when not needed, instead of doing the free repair as they re supposed to. They must think very lowly of women

The line was in the street and just getting air in my tires. But they have the music so loud this is the reason why we can't get good service. 3:15 and didn't get air until 4:00 now I'm just saying

Discount Tire in Missouri City is AWESOME !! John and his staff helped me to find the right tire and luckily had 2 in stock ...And on top of that, they were able put them on within an hour & balanced perfectly. Thank you all for your great service. Will definitely be back for the 2 other tires in the near future.

Went in because my tire pressure light came on and car was shaking really bad. Was told my rear passenger tire needed some air but it'd be 1.5 hours before they could put some in. I went to the gas station but the tire wasnt flat at all. Took it to another tire place and turns out my front driver side tire was in HORRIBLE condition.

There was very little wait on a Tuesday morning. I needed one tire and got it done in 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and attentive. Good size waiting area.

Fast and easy to check tire pressure for free. You stay in your vehicle it take less than 5 minutes.

I needed tires for the front of my vehicle and purchased two online. Joey, one of the managers alerted me that the tire I ordered was actually not what was needed for my vehicle (Snow Tire) but that I had also ordered the wrong rim sized tire. Joey found the correct tire for me for the same price and had his team install them. I say team because two guys handled my tire installation which had me out the door in no more than 15 minutes. Joey is one of the managers at the location and seems to be sincerely concerned with customer satisfaction and I told him so. Joey provided efficient, courteous, and professional service.

I almost always get great service at any Discount Tire but John at this location had an exceptionally friendly and helpful attitude. I am very thankful for his help!

This location has great customer service. I ve been a customer for over a year now and I have been assisted multiple times by Nathan. He s attentive, always carries a positive attitude, and he ensures that I am safe to drive my vehicle on the road. Wait times are not too crazy depending on the time of the day you go. I recommend scheduling an appointment online before arriving for quick service.

I'm sitting here getting a service done and didn't want to wait to leave a review for the excellent customer service at this location. I've been watching Eli deal with customers this morning and he's been patient, understanding, accommodating, and very kind. I told him my budget for 2 tires and he gave me a discount to get me within my budget on some good tires. Hopefully his supervisor(s) read this and know what an asset he is to your business.

I had insurance to fix a nail in my tire... free of charge. Nice. They provide free wifi and complementary water and sometimes coffee. Awesome place for tire repair or replacement.

This location is always top-tier customer service! All of the staff are very friendly and professional. They have a quick turnaround time and are very patient with all customers.
