On March 5th I gave them a call in the morning for inquiries about oil brand and specs they use, Terry told me they use MOBIL oil and gave me a price. I made a reservation with Amanda shortly after for 1130. While drop off everything seems alright. I checked their bay and all I can see is MOBIL1 oil products. I paid after 45 mins only to find out that they put DURAMAX 5W-30 in my vehicle instead of the 0w-40 MOBIL1 that Terry confirmed with me over the phone. Felt like being scammed. I picked Caliber not because of the price (in fact, their price is higher than some of other shops in the area) but because of the brand they told me they use. Not only I didn t get what I want but also only to find out after I pay. Bad experience. Btw, on the work order it says check tire pressure, reset maintenance reminder, they did none of those. I reset it myself Also, there supposed to be 5 o rings to replace on the oil filter. I only see tech change 1. Really not satisfied with the quality of service they provide.

They were quick and efficient in diagnosing my vehicle problems and conveying the information to me. The work was of high quality and they ever replaced a faulty part free of charge after it was broken during testing. The team are professional ans honest, which are the two most important characteristics I look for in a mechanic. I will definitely be coming back if I need more service

Jeff and his team are great! They always take good care of me and my family. We ve sent so many people (friends, family, and even strangers!) to this location to see him, and they re never disappointed. It s hard to find someone to trust when it comes to working on your car, but this team has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and respected every time I ve visited. They ve got a customer for life!

The people at the desk are very nice. However, I took my truck back twice for the same problem. $6200 repair My second visit was more pleasant than the first. The general manager seems he doesn t care If someone does business With the establishment they ve had my vehicle for three weeks. On my second visit, the general manager did not even apologize or assure me, my vehicle was a priority to them there was no communication and updates on my vehicle on my first visit, and that was a struggle for the organization Just make sure you have a rental car lined up before leaving your car

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary for me to leave one after my visit here. Great customer service from start to finish. The person I spoke to on the phone was super nice and answered all questions. Once I got there, Terry was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The waiting room was very clean, and pleasant with a play place and coloring books for kids, and beverages to enjoy while you wait for your car. The front desk staff were super nice as well. I took my car to get an alignment, and my steering wheel felt just like new after it was serviced. I definitely recommend this location!

If you are dropping off your vehicle and aren t in a time crunch, Caliber Auto Care is great. However, my biggest gripe is when I have to wait there for my vehicle they take forever to complete my service. Twice now I ve gone there with an appointment and it s taken a long time for them to finish up my service (just an oil change!). The first time the employee made up some excuse about how they were busy with lots of walk-ins (I think I had to wait over 2 hours). This time I was the second to last person sitting in the waiting area and I had to ask on the status of my car after 1.5 hours which I find to be a ridiculous amount of time considering I had an appointment. This means they either overbooked with 8 AM appointments or they just forgot/weren t aware I had an appointment. Either way if you make an appointment and are waiting there just know you might be waiting a long time.

I recently visited here for an oil change, but I left feeling thoroughly disappointed by the level of service I received.First, despite "interior vacuuming" being listed as one of the service items on my receipt, I was disappointed to find that this task had been overlooked. It's disconcerting when the most obvious aspect of the service is neglected, raising concerns about the attention to detail and quality of the workmanship of this shop. Upon bringing this to their attention, they promptly took my car back in for a vacuum, but the initial oversight left me questioning their reliability. If they couldn't fulfill such a basic service item, how could I trust them with more complex tasks that I couldn't readily inspect?Second, I discovered a discrepancy in the billing. The receipt stated the subtotal of my service as $84.94, which should come up to $91.94 post-tax. However, to my surprise, the grand total rang up to $92.72, which is $0.78 more than the expected amount. When I inquired about this extra charge, I was informed it was for "shop supplies," yet nowhere on the receipt was this fee listed or explained. It's not the amount of money but the lack of transparency that concerns me the most.Overall, it wasn't the same experience I had at another Caliber location, which was much better regarding the service. Don't think I'll ever come back to Caliber again since there are plenty of other options out there.

So, I absolutely love Caliber Auto Care!!! First off, I am a coffee drinker and they have amazing Starbucks coffee while you are waiting! I also love that the facility is super clean from the waiting area to the restrooms. The moment you walk through the door the staff members are super inviting and so kind. Lorelei and Amanda are my girls! I love their transparency when giving quotes for things that need to be repaired on my vehicle. I also appreciate their willingness to help correct whatever concern I may have with my vehicle on my visit for that particular day. I truly appreciate all of their help every time I stop by more than they know! This will be my forever go to place I take my vehicle! Thank you both and your entire team so much for being amazing! They have done a good job taking care of my vehicle! I like that they submit repair/service information to your Car Fax account for your vehicle. It helps to keep all the data in one place and let's you know when you have upcoming repairs and services for each vehicle. It is a great value in maintaining your vehicles history and needs.

Brought a second hand Nissan for a pre purchase inspection. Easy to book an appointment and reschedule. Have a good waiting area and bonus play area for our toddler. Check in the car at 10am - everything was finished by 5pm. Including the all adjustments they suggested.They provided ride home since it was a long wait. Our Service Advisor Terry was straight to the point regarding the pros and cons of buying the said car. Our mechanic Jujuan updated the website/account promptly of the findings. Now we are not well verse of the prices of working on cars, cant say if the price we paid is just right or overpriced.

Customer service is A1, they are completely transparent about work needing to be done, and the atmosphere is inviting oh and let me add- you can t beat their price point- they come in well under other repair shops in the area.You won t be disappointed!!Btw- I love all of their staff, but Amanda at the front desk is a Jewel!!

This place is amazing. First, it's basically a coffee shop with a place for kids to play. Second, their customer service is incredible. The people who work there are different than any other car repair place I've ever been. Third, they do great and courteous work. Go here instead of somewhere else.

I am very glad I brought my car into this place. I was having issues with my car where it was cutting off when I took my foot off the brake and tried to accelerate. I called several Chevy dealerships and they did not know what was wrong with my car or just wanted me to bring it in and pay the diagnosis fee of almost $200.00! I wanted another opinion As soon as I brought it in to this location and explained the issue to the manager he said he had an idea of what was on but wanted service to check it out to make sure his suspicions were correct. He checked me in and my car was checked out within 30 minutes. When the results came back it was just as the manager suspected.. all I needed was a new battery and they had the battery on hand. I purchased the battery and they installed it within minutes. I am so thankful to this very curious and professional manager. He saved me so much money and I m grateful for that. I would highly recommend this place. They are honest and being helpful.

This place is fine. They do a good job. I m not sure why it takes an hour for an oil change every time or why the tech needs to move my seat all around to move my truck 30 ft. Those are just annoyances but they seem to do a thorough job.

Caliber Auto Care is the best place I ve taken my car for routine and emergency maintenance. Their stellar customer service and friendliness is felt the moment you walk through the door. You can tell transparency is a big part of their culture and never blind side you with a crazy high quote just as you re about to pay. If you re in a bind, or need routine maintenance then this is where you should go.

I live in Dallas and my truck broke down in Houston. I brought my car to Calibur and they took care of everything. Terry was very thorough with the diagnostics. The staff was so nice and helpful and I will always recommend them to anyone.

Went in for state inspection, checked the rates for oil change . Was told 79:99, but after work when the bill came up the oil change was charged 99.94, when enquired, your vehicle needs more oil. When quoting check the vehicle and quote please. Neat waiting area, pleasant staff, kept up their timing .

The did the job quickly and took care of all the insurance issues. Terrance B. communicated clearly and regularly throughout the process. When I had forgotten something in my vehicle the mechanic staff put in extra effort to help me retrieve it even with the vehicle stuck up in the air.

Caliber Auto of Sienna is a SCAM!!!After taking our vehicle to Caliber, they provided us with a list of items that they believed needed fixing. Their approach was to fix one problem at a time and see if it resolved the issue we were experiencing with the car. Unfortunately, after three visits, they continued to use the same pitch of "fixing a problem on their list", and our car is now in worse condition than when we initially took it in. Caliber is nothing but a commercial "autocare" scam! They overlooked the actual problem and had us return multiple times under the disguise of alleviating/fixing "possibles" that was causing the issue with the problem. We spent thousands of dollars over these three separate visits, and our car is worse now than when we originally took it to them.Please avoid Caliber Auto Sienna at all cost! It's a very shady company and in the business of scamming their customers. Instead take your car to an honest mechanic like Bill English or A's Mobile Mechanic. They both have a lot of integrity! I wish I would have taken my car to them first.

Dropped by for an oil change. They found my radiator had cracked and the internal oil cooler had leaked oil into my coolant system. They replaced the radiator and thermostat and flushed the coolant system. It turns out there was still so much oil left behind, it looked the same after their maintenance as it did before; brown sludge. I took it to a dealership and they flushed it properly like it should have been done the first time. After I got home, I inspected the truck all over. During the radiator installation, Caliber broke many clips holding coolant hoses and lines in place and didn't replace them or fix them either. They also had cut part of a wire harness and did a really shotty job of splicing wires back together. Very subpar. They also left both battery terminals loose which has left me stranded multiple times until I finally found the issue and tightened them up.After all of these issues, the regional general manager reached out to hear my concerns. He apologized profusely and offered to attempt to make it right by refunding me for my troubles. Of course this can't undo anything, but at least they're making efforts.

I most definitely will be back, the service was amazing the service advisor Lorelei was so much help she went above and beyond to help me with all my questions and to make sure I got my car back on time the mechanic that worked on my vehicle did a great job I will definitely be recommending Caliber Auto Care to others

I want to thank Caliber for having awesome customer service. They kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle . When they just needed a couple more hours to complete the job it was gonna put me without a car to get home from work . They were awesome because they brought my car to my place of employment so it would be there for me when I got off work!! I really appreciated that, thank you Lorelei for your kindness and great customer service in making it work .

Good customer service. Not pushy no getting recommended repairs done - leaving up to customer to decide. Excellent ambience in the lobby and waiting area. Good Starbucks coffee too as you wait!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish! Terry Brower was my Service Advisor and really did an amazing job in assisting me. He was very thorough, efficient, and helpful in aiding me in my current car needs. Really appreciated that they could price match my dealership estimates, quickly order the parts I needed, and even offered to Uber me to and from my home location while waiting for my car services to be completed. Thank you so much Terry! I will most definitely be back for any further future car care needs!

The service was exceptional! I received a call within minutes after placing my appointment and the service rep assured me that they would be ready to take my car in prior to appointment time if needed. They completed the work late on a Friday afternoon which was great! It saved me from having to find a place on my off day Saturday. Customer service was exceptional.
