I was in here today and got my check engine read. Rochelle was super helpful in letting me know what potential problems and issues could be. It's a great place for service and I look forward to coming back.

I went to the store to get my battery charged. The lady told me that they were full and that it would take 3 hours to ge able to charge my battery. I m a 62 year old man who has been in and out of all the auto parts stores. I definitely know that it doesn t take 3 hours to charge a battery and much less however many they had charging.That lady is a liar or a racist. I m a Mexican and she is a black woman.I m sorry to say it, but something was wrong or is wrong in this store.

I just bought a battery On 1/31 at 8am. They told me they couldn t change it. I know it s free of charge with a purchase of a battery. I called another two autozones and they were really rude about doing the work for another store that should have done it. This is just sad.

Went in for windshield wipers, didn't have to look because the guy working asked me directly, and looked the right sizes up. I didn't even know they did free installation, so that made it quick and easy for me.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever NOT received! Left me outside for 30 min just to get my engine light read! Heavy set black man sitting down off to the side not helping anyone eating ice! Tells me to hold up! I have been dealing with Autozone since I was a teenager and have never been so mad! 45 min of waiting and another person goes in after me and get her light read! 10 min later a young Hispanic guy named David comes out to help me and the lady that came after me. While Ford sat on the inside being a lazy bum! He needs to be fired if he doesn t like to work!Nope I m done I ll go else where from now on if Ford is there!

Went into this store to get brake pads for my car and gave the man my info, he said there were 3 different kinds for my car. when I asked him what the difference was he couldn't tell me. I looked up my sons account by phone number to see if they had been changed before and he said only the front ones had been done. He had no info on how to help me nor did he even care to try. His speech was slurred and was mumbling. And I stated clearly you can't help me so I will go somewhere else and as I turned to walk out of the store he proceeded to tell me that clearly I didn't know what I was talking about and I said EXCUSE ME. and he proceeded to be rude and disrespectful toward me with my son on the phone witnessing the whole thing. He was the store manager and I asked him his name and he gladly told me Floyd Batiste. I told him I would report him and he said go ahead I don't care! Some professional management skills he has!! And he was reporte! I will definitely spend my money elsewhere!

The technicians there are so helpful and within 15 minutes I had a new battery place in by a fella named Serena and I can't tell you how much it was helpful and how much it helped with having four boys and trying to get this stuff done on my own but AutoZone is amazing please go to them

Completely unprofessional at this location I called to have a part ordered and the first phone call the guy answered and hung up and when I call back he told me to hold on but didn't put me on hold and all I can hear is laughing and talking in the background as I was waiting for over 10 minutes until I hung up and decided to drive to the location because it's down the street from my home but when I walked in I didn't get acknowledged at all and one employee kept walking by not saying a word and looking completely clueless I don't know where the manager was but I stood there for about 10 to 15 minutes then I decided to go to another location that's farther away in Stafford where I was treated like a paying customer ordered my part and was put off there in about 5 minutes

Do not go to this autozone this place is unprofessional nobody cares if your in there ready to spend money on parts managers and employees see you ready to check out and just ignore I timed them and it took 10min to even acknowledge you they know nothing about cars or parts beware! they are more interested in diagnosing cars outside than helping you out they will see you and just ignore you, good thing I didn t spend my money with them Go to orilleys down the street they take care of you better. Trust me the o rilleys in 2234 will get you the right stuff and get you in and out. It s like they hire anybody in this autozone save your time and money trust me you will regret coming here.

The customer service from DeJean was really great! He gave me options for what i needed and quickly assisted me with changing out my old front bulbs. Great customer service goes a long way. I'll definitely return for future business.

Don't go to this Auto Zone if you live in Missouri City. The younger staff is helpful but the older employees are very dismissive and sarcastic for no reason. Go to the Highway 6 location instead, their customer service is way better by far.

there is almost never anyone who speaks Spanish, they should put at least 1 in each shift, like in all the autozone,It's the worst AutoZone I've ever been to, unfortunately I live a block away, no one works in general, no one knows almost nothing and no one wants to work, they say no to everything, they don't help you at all, they make mistakes in the pieces that give you everything a disaster, I don't buy more here I'm going to oreilly even if I drive more

Stood in front of a representative for about 20 min after he was done helping a customer in front of me Mr. Floyd clearly saw me standing in front of him but insisted on ignoring me and kept talking personal things with another client that was already being attended.. don't bother going to this place.Very rude and poor customer service. Don't do customer service jobs if you're not good at it..

Ever since that manager came in (older black lady) she always had a bad attitude for no reason. Recent experience was making up excuses not to do something i know the store is capable of, probably because they didn't feel like it... not knowing i know what is and isn't possible. The unnecessary sarcasm was also not appreciated.Just go to the main store on Murphy and skip this one altogether in the future.

Highly recommended!! The young man works in the front is professional and efficient. I bought a turn signal bulb today, and he replaced it within 2 mins. No labor fee and I only pay 7 bucks for the bulb. Will come back.

One time I was there, I couldn't go in because I wasn't black, due to being Asian I couldn't go in. THEN, on 6/6th/21, I was the only one that walked in then the lady told the other employee to keep an eye on me. Couldn't even buy all the things I needed. Only bought one thing while I overheard that the lady was calling the cops because I was Asian shopping at the store and thought I was stealing. Never again will I be back.

Rochelle Simpson, the manager was rude and her service lacked professionalism. She spends more time telling customers what Autozone can't do instead of helping the customer. Why do I say this? 1) She offered 0 help and only told me that I waited too long to use a part that I purchased; unused may I add. 2) Ironically, I walk into the store and the same person is doing the same thing to another customer. She doesn't need to be there because she has completely removed the reason why someone should deal with her. I won't let her take away my convenience. She works there and I spend my money there. So who is supposed to accommodate who?!

My husband purchased windshield wipers for his truck. The clerk, volunteered to replace windshield(we are sure not on purpose) snapped the wipers down and the windshield was not protected. My husband witnessed this taking place however did not realize until the next day that the windshield had been cracked. The next morning he took his truck to the shop, they gave him a contact person to call and the clerk had said they would meet him and cut him a check for the windshield. After a couple attempts he talked with district manager, Lisa Hernandez, she alluded to they would cover the cost of windshield. Weeks have gone by and now they said the clerk said that it did not happen and they will not cover windshield. BE WARE of AutoZone $50 wiper is not going to cost us $$$$$

Horrible customer service. Wait times are outrageous. I shouldn't have to wait in line for 30 minutes to buy 2 quarts of oil. There needs to be somebody at the cash register, instead of having to wait for the parts guys to finish. My business is now going to O'Reilly auto down the street. Their prices are lower, and customer service is way better

Was in your store and purchased 2 wipers, 2 rear bulbs for a 2012 kia soul...did not get the young man's name that waited on me about 3:00 pm on 7/5/2020. He was so patient and efficient!!! A real asset to AutoZone. Just hate I did not get his name to commend him properly, please let the store employees know I truly appreciate such mannerable and caring service!
