Worst situation ever from them i had used them before since its more economical to get parts fixed but this time was the worst ever. I took my radiator to get the platic cover replaced due to a crack on the side and they told me by tomorrow afternoon it should be done and it took a total of 8 days and me showing up every day and they kept telling me oo we couldn't get it until tomorrow and that was every day untill i got the personal cell number and i started calling instead. At this point i was done with them since they made all the excuses in the book, finally after i got it it looked okay but after 2 days the transmission cooler leaked all the transmission fluid into the motor and caused me way more damage since it weakened all my cooler lines and blew them up and it took days of flushing and replacing all cooler line. I had to buy and add an external transmission radiator to seperate it from the coolant radiator.

George and Jorge were both super helpful. I had some minor repairs to some exhaust gaskets that I couldn't take care of by myself at home. Although these guys looked like they have their hands full with other jobs they're working on, they were able to get me in same-day and it was fixed by the next. Very fair prices for honest work. Highly recommend them and will be back when I can afford to upgrade my truck's exhaust. Thanks again guys!

These guys messed up my f150 used silicone in places where it should not be. Do not do business with them they will take your money and hurt your vehicle.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

For this shop having a 4.4 star rating, its unbelievable. The service was horrible. Took my car to get work done and I spoke to one of the main workers and I arrived at 8am to be the first customer to get my service done. Called the man, they open at 8:30 am. Only for the shop to open 1 hour late, very unprofessional and I told them how long would it take. The worker said 4-5 hours, great right! Nope, called to see how the car was doing. Nothing, it took the WHOLE DAY TO GET THE CAR DONE. Then to top it off they had an other customer waiting all day too for their truck. Horrible customer service, then to make matters worse when I was paying, the man decided to tell me your going to leave me a good tip . Come on now, it felt like they needed to use all the men in the shop to know what exactly to do with my car. Unbelievable.

It was my first time to visit this shop. Jorge was very helpful & knowledgeable & gave enough good advise & options to fix my muffler problems. Jorge even took time to give me a ride home & was very reasonable I'm total costs of the repair. Jorge is an honest & dependable person to take care of your vehicles muffler problems. For me,Jorge is a Godsent and I highly recommend this shop to my family & friends. God bless Jorge(bani)

I had a flat the day before .. I had to leave my car overnight on the expressway .. I went to get it n when I turned it on it sounded bad... they close at 7 n I got there 30 minutes before closing time due to my work ... I got there n even though they were busy they asked me how they could help ... gentleman automatically checked n told me the issue ... I agreed to them fixing it but they advised me it would take some time ... I was out in an hour .... great service and very professional ... recommend this business

Keep my car three weeks, charged for Work that was not done, and broke a bolt while removing old part and charged me for what THEY BROKE, ALL together is a BAD place to get something done RIGHT and In a timely fashion, I left and made it home 5miles from they're shop my car overheated, this time I call a mechanic that doesn't lie or cheat people,he told he could fix but he wanted $ 120 dallors and would come the next day, he did and after after he was done, he told me of similar incedents where other customers have complained about that shop three Star Radiator and muffler shop....

Can t complain and do the job quick and right!The prices are a lot better than other places who charge a lot and even then those shop take forever!I will never replace this mechanic !

Took in my son"s Ford for a radiator, the took the time to weigh out all the options. they did the work on time and a great job. hardworking honest mechanics. Thank you guys. highly recommended.

I am a Winter Texan and noticed that my truck started to make more noise as I was driving. I looked on the internet for local muffler shops and decided to go to 3 Star Muffler shop as it was located just a little over one mile from Lemon Tree Estates where I am staying for the Winter here in Mission Texas. I pulled in on a Saturday afternoon and had the owner take a look under my truck and he said that I need a new muffler. He said that I could bring it in Monday morning at 9:00AM. The place reminded me of a garage that a friend of mine had in Northern Wisconsin where I am from. Not the cleanest, or have a area with tv or coffee while you wait, just a small business trying to make a living for his family. I pulled into his business at 9:00AM on Monday morning and he immediately had me drive onto his lift for service and had the job done in less than one hour. No waiting as I have had with car dealership or chain shops . The owner was very friendly and the price was fair. I highly recommend this business if anyone has to have some muffler business done.

People here.. they just want to make money.. they don't really check if you actually need the service or not... just pay n that's the end of it
