The online appointment system is a joke. Emailing them is useless. When I called to make an appointment, they told me it's first come, first serve. What's the point of the online appointment system?The ambiance of the shop is nice. Spacious and lots of fun stuff on the ceiling. They have a lot of tires and the garage did fit my 9ft tall van easy.It took them 4 hours to replace and balance 4 new tires on my van. I asked them to check my A/C system, our probably needed new freon. At first the system was empty and for the rest fine. No leaks. 2 Hours later there was a leak and they wanted to replace the whole A/C system because of insurance/guarantee reasons.When I asked them why it took 4 hours to replace tires, they kinda avoided my question. It was busy and there where to mechanics working on different parts of the van. Stuff like that...$1321 For 4 new tires is a big rip off. And there was no alternative because the Firestone tires where the only one they had.I'm not coming back here again.

I had called a day before for the tires I needed so I can get things done early in the morning the guy I spoke to said they had them in the store and not to worry everything goes by easier when they call in advance but going to the morning they didn t have the tires I needed anymore they left for the tires to McAllen because they didn t have them and had to go get them I was waiting from 6:30am for them to open at 7:00am by the time they gave me my truck back it was 10:20am

Went in at 10 a.m.Told them I wanted all 4 brakes checked and taken care of. They told me back brakes were new. I told them check them and fix them. And run a diagnostic test on my car. I waited and waited while the mechanic was talking with his friend outside in the parking lot. My car was handed back to me around 5 p.m.By the time I got home the car was shaking and my back breaks were making a screeching sound.I took the car back the next day.They said they will balance the tires for 69 dollars and they could not work on the rear breaks because they did not install them.Incompetent Fools.All of them.

I once had a 5 review on here, but not anymore! Our last oil change we waited WELL over an hour for the car to be ready. When it was ready I waited over 15 minutes for someone to ring me up. A couple weeks later we realized we had an oil leak when the car started to smell and smoke. Took it to a mechanic because we didn't think it could possibly have anything to do with Pueblo. WRONG!! The mechanic said the filter wasn't put in correctly. So we had to go buy oil and pay the mechanic for cleaning everything. Then today I was changing my brakes and noticed that my tires seemed low. Well they were, which tells me they didn't check them when I got my oil changed. I started going to Pueblo because it's conveniently close and with the discount on Wednesday it's easier on the wallet. However, as it stands I will not be returning. Shame too because I'm due for 4 tires but I'll be going elsewhere.

This place was a total ripoff. I was charged over $1100 for a break job by someone who obviously doesn't know what there doing. Now my breaks lockup an alarm goes off every time i start it and the dash says to check the break system when I turn on my vehicle and the guys at Pueblo are totally confused about what to do. I didn't even have these issues before i went here .I can't drive it now I have to get a tow truck to take it to another shop with certified mechanics to fix what they couldn't at Pueblo. So don't waist your time and money with these con artistsService: Brake service & repair

Service was outstanding, went to get 4 tires replaced and the staff was right on it. From setting up the job and getting tires from local warehouse as they didn't have any in stock. Was back on the road within a couple hrs. Definitely will return in the future. Thank you guys

Did I use this business? No, never got a chance and I'm glad it turned out that way. Left the truck in the morning for repair and called in the afternoon to see what the deposition was. This was two hours before there closing time when i called. Only to find out the truck was still parked on the same spot i had left at. Luckily, i was close by and saw it with my own eyes and told the staff member to not bother checking my truck for i was right around the corner. I get there and there's like 5 staff memebers doing nothing but talking and not doing there jobs.i should've taken my friends advise about there bad service, but i want to give them the benefit of doubt, only to see that my friend was right. I strongly wouldn't recommend this place. Save the headaches!

They say their alignment machine for semis is having a problem at the moment, come to find out from a colleague it s been like that for the past 2-3 months or even longer. They still charge regular fees.

This is your family car care center! If you want it fixed right the first time I definitely recommend this place. Santiago who helped me out was awesome I really feel blessed by the help he gave me. Its the feeling of someone going above and beyond for you to make things right. My family and I are grateful and thankful for Pueblo tires and the incredibly professional mechanic's they have. If I could give this place a zero stars I would. The customer service is terrible. I went there at 7 am to have work done. Finally at 8:30 I went to the counter because my truck was still sitting where I parked it. Was told then that I was still pending. So I sat there for 1 1/2 hours and was told nothing. I would not recommend going to this business

These fellas have always been helpful, just to air up my vehicle tires free of charged. They saved my Christmas holiday travels. Able to be approved for in store credit. 4 Tires , mounted , balanced, front end aligned plus I noted my rear brakes were near to sensor and spongy when braking. They added the rear brakes, turned rotors at the last minute before closing. I was grateful and the cost was beyond reasonable,<$685. Another reason I love the Valley. Thank you Pueblo Tires in Mission.

Brought In A Company Truck, For 2 Front Tires. Got A Quote, And Left The Truck. We Come Back, For Pick Up. And Surprise!!! They, Or Should I Say Frank Decided To Go With A More Expensive Tire. Then Was Agreed Upon On The Written Quote. And It Wasn't The First Time. Bad Service. Never Using That Account Again. Good Luck

I'm so glad I came here. Cheaper than another more local business where I was lied to about the service needed on my vehicle. The employees here were honest and hardworking. I highly recommend this place. Prices are reasonable (from what I can tell) and they don't try to rip you off. Coming from someone who knows very little about car maintenance, I'm fortunate I was told the truth. Give it a chance if you're considering getting work done on your car.

This Employee went above and beyond than he was supposed to do in Mission, TX. I purchased 4 tires with same company but in different city a couple of years ago. That employee in that other city, entered a different name, make and model, not my own vehicle, in the invoice for said tires purchased. So, this employee search and search and came across my purchased tires and I was able to replace my damaged tire. So, this employee deserves a pat on the back for solving the mystery invoice and he saved me hundreds. Excellent job Santiago Cazares in Pueblo Tires.

Bad service, have had tires for only 3 months and they are already warped. Had to spend $500 else where cuz they would not trade my tires but when I left l had warranty. They are just a joke. Rude and slow service. Glad for the people that did get attended well but my personal opinion I will never recommend them to anyone. You have people answering questions and complains that are literally not mechanics. Once you show them that you know what you are talking about they start stuttering. This is Pueblo tires and Mission. .

Its hard to find a good service center that won't ROB you. Santiago treated me right. Then I recommend my son and got the same treatment. Work was done in a timely manner and done rite

This place is terrible. They will take your money, and not fix your issues. I had wheel alignment a couple months back. It worked for a bit, had to go back because the truck is pulling left. Now it's not under warranty. Hate this place and I hate there commercials. I should have known better this place is a joke.

I went to this establishment approximately three weeks ago spent over $900 there for tires and an alignment and it was done on time. today I need oil change and one of my headlight was out I went and purchased headlights at AutoZone and ask them could they change the oil and replace the headlights after a long wait of him trying to calculate he tells me it ll be $137 I asked him why is it so much he says it s gonna take an hour to replace the headlight. my truck is an 05 Ford F150 I ve change the headlights before however I am not at home I am currently traveling for business it s a simple as loosening a screw taking the old bulb out and putting the new bulb in I am extremely disappointed and will never go back there again even for tire serviceService: Tires

I visited Pueblo Tires to get a vehicle's tires and brakes checked out. It took them less than 15min from my handing them the keys to tell me everything was is in very good shape and there was no charge! You know an auto business is trustworthy when they tell you that your vehicle is in good shape instead of trying to sell some unnecessary services.

BAD experience my son is 10moth old seen by Dr SAMINA @10 am and it's 2pm now & my baby's medication has NOT being send to his pharmacy very BAD patient care .WILL CHANGE PRIMERY DRMy baby's health care is priority to me and if he sees his Dr. He should NOT be waiting that long for him to start his medication..VERY UPSET PARENT

I thought they were a decent until my most recent experience. They sold me tires that 6 months later they no longer carried in stock. My wife had a blowout just months after purchasing all 4 tires with the additional B.S. hazzard warranty. I had to pay the difference to replace that blown tire with a different tire. Another 7 months and now another blowout, and this time I had to pay $155.00 for another tire! Ridiculous!!! Sounds like highway robbery to me...
