Great service. Friendly staff. We walked into the shop to find it very clean and well organized. Peter was on the phone but waved acknowledgment that he saw us. A few moments later he greeted us. We place two sets of different keys and asked for two copies of each. He looked them over and said no problem . He pointed to the waiting area and offered us a seat. 10 minutes later the task was complete. He grouped the keys on rings for us. The final bill was very reasonable. Great place to do business.

Russ was excellent! Helped me out a lot I left my key inside my apartment, and me and 2 month were locked out and he knew what he was doing and opened it super fast, he is an expert! I couldn t call my landlords because they re only open Monday - Friday and they re building far away. I wanted to cry but happy it was fix! NOW I KNOW I NEED TO MAKE A SPARE key

I called because I got locked out of my home and the guy on the phone said a technician would call me in 30 min. 2 hours go by and I call again because we have been waiting and he says he will call back shortly. About another hour goes by, so I call again and I keep getting forwarded to voicemail. 3 times that I got forwarded to voicemail. The guy never called back. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The technician was nice and got there on time but when I asked him an estimate price for a 2011 fusion before he would start, he made me sign a blank invoice before letting me know the price. When he was able to open my car he charged me $65 for the labor and $65 for the trip. Paid in total $140 with tax. It was a lot.

I got locked out of my car today and I m glad I called premier locksmith, great customer service! Robert got here within 20 minutes of when I called. He got my door opened very quickly and gave me a free bottle opener!!. 5 star business

When I called premier they didn't let me know that there were extra hidden fees. I was disheartened at the thought of having to pay what I was told already came with the price. Thanks to the technician Russell who explained everything to me and worked with me throughout the transaction I am able to say that I wouldn't mind giving Russell the 5 stars for being beyond helpful.

Gilbert was a total lifesaver! He sorted out my stuff super quick! Seriously, he made the whole experience a breeze. So, if you ever need a locksmith, I totally recommend hitting up Premier Locksmith, and ask for Gilbert. Trust me, they're the real deal!

So Premier was recommended to me by an exclusive business in McAllen who was over whelmed with work and couldn't assist me at the moment. I called premier spoke to a gentlement by the name of "Tony" who was very helpful, I mentioned the specifics of my situation and he said no problem we have several tech onsite to help you...I mentioned to him that at the moment I was at work but will call back in less than two hours. I called back Tony was gone for the day, "Gilbert" asked what I needed, so I related my situation to him and mentioned that I had spoke to Tony a few hours earlier. Well Gilbert right away set obstacles for me, he said he didn't have tech onsite, and and what ever I had spoke to Tony about, that it wouldn't work!!! He promised to get a hold of a tech to call me back and I waited till after 8pm on Monday and no call back at all. I figured they wanted to leave early for the day "so lets not get another customer" I called back on Tuesday about lunch time Tony answered so I expained what had happened the night before he apologized for the inconvenience, I told him as soon as I would get out of an appointment I would call him back!!!! I did, to my luck Gilbert answered in a very rude way "he said Ill deliver the message to him" and hunged up!!!! left me talking on the phone..... till this day no return call or nothing..... very bad service horrible employee customer service from "Gilbert" On top of everything I was asked by the exclusive business who referred me to them, I kindly said they didnt do anything to help me!!!!! He apologized to me in behalf of them!!!!! That is embarrassing that someone else has to apologize to a customer for someone elses mistakes.....

Excellent service throughout the whole process, Gilbert picked up my call and after listening to what type of need I had and he had a technician sent to me and everything and my problem was solved within a short time frame. Highly recommend to anyone needing any locksmith services.

I was so surprised how fast they got to my job and got into my truck. The gentleman Russell knew what he was doing didn't waste any time and didn't leave me waiting like the other lock company's I've called before. Definitely recommend premier locksmith if ur stuck in a jam or in a hurry.

Best Locksmith store in the Valley by far they can make any key or unlock any lock. I know because thess guys cut me an R.V key + opened my safe when I lost all my keys. highly recommended

My Dad and I replaced the locks to our front door and had some issues with defects. Returned the parts and reinstalled them and seemed to be OK. The next day my mom called and explained to me she was locked out of the home that the key was working fine but now isn't.I called Premire locksmiths and understood my situation. I told them were from Rio Grande City and they explained to me they service that area.They sent out RUSS! Cool calm and collective. He followed all of my directions to not worry my mother of any costs and to help her get in her home. He explained that the lock we installed he needed a special tool that he didn't have on hand, but he offered solutions not more worries.He picked through 2 doors! And let my mom in her home safe at last.I can't thank Premire locksmiths enough for having a problem solver amongst their team.Thanks again I Recommend RUSS 100%.

Got my lock keys stuck inside my safe and my fingerprint wasnt yet programmed, called Russ and made my experice easy and smooth i really reccomend them 10/10 ask for Russ for your lock problems!

I was told they d arrive in 20-30 minutes. 1.5 hrs later the locksmith arrived. It has taken him 1.5+ hrs to try opening regular locks and they haven t been able to open any of them. They re charging me $180 for the incomplete poor job as I ve asked them I have to go somewhere else. I don t think they know what they re doing. Never using them again
